While I understand it was frustrating that you did not receive a response to your email you sent last week, I have been extremely ill and have not been able to work. After multiple attempts to meet you to give you your requested materials, you canceled on me twice after I was already waiting at the agreed upon location that when mapped was 10 miles from your city of residence and 24 miles from mine. We are now in a situation that does not allow transference of tangible items due to the possibility of COVID-19 exposure. Each one of my packages contains a required photo list but also that the bride and groom provide reasonable assistance in obtaining the photos. While it is unfortunate at times that individuals do not maintain relationships within a family, it is outside of my power to anticipate those conflicts at the time of an event. Once a photo is taken with individuals in the photo, it is solely your responsibility to mention at the time of the photos that you would like the photo taken with an individual excluded. After multiple messages from you expressing the adoration of the high quality photos you received, it is unfair to expect a vendor to accommodate post-wedding preferences and hold their reputation hostage when you don't receive newly requested items 6 months after your wedding. My team does everything within its power to ensure that couples receive the highest quality work, including in this case providing additionally requested photoshopping of individuals in and out of photos, the line must be drawn somewhere.
