I pride myself on creating meaningful connections with my clients by making them feel their most beautiful, luxurious selves. 11:11 Concepts is Nashville-based, but I've had the pleasure of working with beautiful brides and clients all over the world as a traveling artist. Our beauty services are also ideal for photoshoots, birthdays, maternity/baby showers, and original designs + concepts. 11:11 represents the brand's vision of celebrating individuality and personal style through creative, luxurious experiences, products, and unmatched industry knowledge. Services Offered: *on-location hair (includes extensions, blow outs, and hair styling) and makeup services (traditional and airbrush makeup) *bridal styling + image consulting *male grooming services

Completely unprofessional, unprepared, and incapable of handling the administrative side of her business.

y kept telling us “it’s too late once there’s a signed contract”. This would have been totally understandable had one been in place, however a contract was only provided AFTER reaching out to negotiate services that had only been proposed up to that point. A contract was NOT signed and services were not rendered on our wedding day. Little did we know that was only the tip of the iceberg.
Apparently, in her mind, “small businesses” (as she continuously falls back on) should not be responsible for following up with clients, mutually agreeing to terms and obtaining signed contracts.
Thankfully, we went with another vendor, but she is now harassing us over 30 days after our wedding. This includes making inaccurate statements about the status of our agreement (again, a contract was never signed), attempting to recapture funds for services which were not rendered, disputing and posting retaliatory statements in reviews, and sending direct, harassing messages from multiple numbers after being asked to stop.

She was so accommodating with the ever changing minds of bridesmaids and mother of the brides going back and forth on hair/make up quick to update the schedule to fit everyone in. Everyone could not stop raving how much they loved their hair and make up! I would highly recommend Kinsey for your wedding or any event in that matter!
