I pride myself on creating meaningful connections with my clients by making them feel their most beautiful, luxurious selves. 11:11 Concepts is Nashville-based, but I've had the pleasure of working with beautiful brides and clients all over the world as a traveling artist. Our beauty services are also ideal for photoshoots, birthdays, maternity/baby showers, and original designs + concepts.

k before our scheduled trial I messaged her via emailto reconfirm. No response. The night before our scheduled trial I texted her and she finally responded to confirm. I asked her if we could do airbrush makeup for the trial and she didn’t respond. The day of our trial she was an hour late, citing an optometry apartment that was running longer than she anticipated. I told her it wasn’t a big deal, and went to the trial an hour later than originally scheduled. She instructed me to enter through her garage when I arrived at her home. However, when I got to her home, the garage wasn’t open. I texted her to let her know I was outside her house waiting. The text said, “Hey sis. I’m here but the garage isn’t open.” She responded telling me not to call her sis, and said she was busy still setting up for our appointment. (Mind you she already pushed it back by an hour.) She left me waiting in the car outside of her house for about 15 minutes before finally inviting me inside. She did great makeup but not at all what I asked for. I told her I wanted to trial airbrush but she couldn’t find her airbrush equipment. I told her I wanted pink/brown hues. She did copper/earth tones. Since she wasn’t able to do the airbrush makeup like I wanted she agreed to have me come back for another makeup trial that she wouldn’t charge me for. I asked her if Friday would work, she said ok. Friday afternoon, I texted her just before heading to her house and she responded saying she forgot about our appointment and was busy doing something in Nashville. She never apologized for her error in scheduling and I decided to forego using her services any further. I cancelled her services for my wedding, and didn’t bother fighting her for the deposit. I just wanted to be done with her.

l. We did two trials before the wedding- one was for my rehearsal dinner. I am not someone who wears much make up and I expressed this to Kinsey and i truly felt she listened and exceeded my expectations of a "natural bride glam".
She was so accommodating with the ever changing minds of bridesmaids and mother of the brides going back and forth on hair/make up quick to update the schedule to fit everyone in.
