We absolutely loved our experience and so glad we chose the Elgin Country Club as our wedding venue! Christine helped to make sure that the day was everything we wanted and was so incredibly helpful. We had a big wedding with lots of allergies and special requests, all of which were taken seriously and handled with care. Everything was gorgeous, the food was amazing, and the price was very reasonable!
We absolutely loved our experience with Elgin Country Club. We had our wedding during the pandemic; Christine was incredibly helpful in adjusting our plans and needs with the changing rules and guidelines. The downsized event was beautiful; the staff were incredibly professional and helpful. We are very glad that we were able to have our wedding here.

Christine Abbinante
Director of Catering
Christine has served as the Catering Director since 2002, bringing over two decades of expertise to her role. Prior to this, she held the position of Director of Membership and Marketing from 1999 to 2002. In 2016, she further expanded her skill set by earning a Wedding Planner certification. Before joining Elgin, Christine worked as the Banquet Manager at Rolling Knolls Country Club. A lifelong resident of Elgin, Christine pursued studies in accounting and banking at Elgin Community College. Outside of her professional accomplishments, she is married and is a proud mother and grandmother.
