our negative and concerning experience working with Eli.
I contacted Eli approximately 10 months out from our wedding, indicating that we were going to be married on October 4. We ultimately signed a contract for him to perform photo services at our wedding on October 4. The month leading up, I confirmed that he was good to go. He claimed he was. However, he did not show up day of, until my coordinator called him. At that point, he attempted to say that we had signed a contract for the following weekend. I however had the contract saved with the date in question on it. The man simply did not calendar himself properly and tried to blame us. While he did end up attending, it was late, and our ceremony had to be delayed, which also limited our photo time in the space. I am disappointed that he has gone radio silent on us since providing the photographs (which, to his credit, was on time), and has ghosted our requests to discuss the day and what happened to come to amicable resolution.
