About this vendor
Based in the heart of Washington, DC, Eli Rose Images specializes in candid, heartfelt wedding photography that captures real moments as they unfold. With a passion for storytelling and an eye for quiet beauty, I focus on the emotional details—those fleeting glances, soft touches, and spontaneous laughter that make each celebration uniquely yours.
My style is natural, artistic, and timeless—never forced, never overly posed. I believe your wedding photos should feel like memories, not performances. With years of experience photographing couples across DC, Virginia, and Maryland, I bring calm energy, thoughtful direction, and a deep respect for the joy and intimacy of your day.
Whether you’re planning an elegant city soirée or an intimate garden elopement, I’d be honored to help you preserve it beautifully.

I have been careful to think through how I wish to approach this now for months, since our October wedding, and my husband and I have now made the choice that we need to share out ...
our negative and concerning experience working with Eli.
I contacted Eli approximately 10 months out from our wedding, indicating that we were going to be married on October 4. We ultimately signed a contract for him to perform photo services at our wedding on October 4. The month leading up, I confirmed that he was good to go. He claimed he was. However, he did not show up day of, until my coordinator called him. At that point, he attempted to say that we had signed a contract for the following weekend. I however had the contract saved with the date in question on it. The man simply did not calendar himself properly and tried to blame us. While he did end up attending, it was late, and our ceremony had to be delayed, which also limited our photo time in the space. I am disappointed that he has gone radio silent on us since providing the photographs (which, to his credit, was on time), and has ghosted our requests to discuss the day and what happened to come to amicable resolution.

very special moment was captured beautifully. The photos of us, our friends, and family are stunning—crisp, high-quality, and truly reflect the joy and love of the day. Eli’s attention to detail and ability to make everyone feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera made the experience even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer to document our big day and highly recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional photography with a personal touch. Thank you, Eli, for your incredible work!
