Adrienne developed a true passion for fresh cultural flavors and superior service from her family. Her father Chef Mark Elia, now a member of her team, is a retired CIA Chef Instructor, Master Butcher/Sausage Maker and Stepfather CIA Graduate Chef John Garbellano have very strong influences in her work.

Adrienne and her team bring excitement and experience to guide you through the entire personalized process beginning with the initial planning, rental coordination and creating your own unique menu from appetizers, entrees, and desserts. They feel you should serve food that you love!
During the early planning stages they offer a tasting and perform at least one venue walk through to ensure all the details are reviewed and the vision is clear. They are happy to accommodate specific food requests such as; dietary restrictions, cultural, religious or ethnic specialty foods.

From the first introductory phone call with Adrienne, we knew she would be the perfect fit as caterer. She came to the phone call ready with ideas for our day and truly made the planning process seamless. She was always there to answer any of our MANY questions. Adrienne met with us prior to our wedding at our venue to ensure she was prepared and comfortable with the layout and helped coordinate our mobile bar location, cocktail hour location, tables, and ensure the flow of our wedding day was perfect, and perfect it was!
Not only did we absolutely love the food, our guests did too.! Everyone had nothing but amazing things to say about Adrienne and her team! The Texas parfait cups, Mozzarella action station, twice baked potato, Boneless Beef Strip Loin and Seared Salmon were just a few of the INCREDIBLE foods that our guests have not stopped raving about since.
Adrienne truly goes above and beyond and helps you coordinate so many other aspects of your wedding day. In the chaos of the day, Adrienne was the calm, taking care of anything that we needed.

If you are lucky enough to have Adrienne available for your wedding day, please do yourself a favor and do not hesitate to book her and her company. Like most brides to be, I had no idea what I was in for or how to go about all the ins and outs of wedding planning, but Adrienne truly became the saving grace I needed.
It started when I saw pictures of her absolutely stunning food displays, continued when I read her mouth watering sample menus, and culminated with a wonderful correspondence with the most caring, dedicated and genuinely sweet person, Adrienne. I felt like my wedding planning got on track because of her, as she helped me coordinate not just my menu, but other vendors as well. Her knowledge alone is invaluable, but her pallet and culinary talent surpassed anything I could have dreamed for my wedding! People are still complimenting the food at our wedding (8/3/24), and on that note I will offer one more piece of advice, please do yourself the huge favor of actually sitting down at your wedding and actually get to eat her delicious food.
One more thing I’d like to mention is her wonderful staff. Adrienne is so wonderful that I had full faith that she would surround herself with equally wonderful and dedicated people, and boy was I right. The morning of my wedding was so chaotic but her and her crew came in and swiftly tied up loose ends, set up beautifully and were self sufficient and professional. Every part of her crew were friendly, compassionate and a joy to be around. They were even the ones reminding me to hydrate and make sure I had a moment to sit and eat.
In conclusion (if you don’t want to read this whole essay), look no further. Hire this company. You will not be disappointed, in fact you will be thanking yourself for years to come. Great food, great people amazing service. Thank you so much to Adrienne and her crew, we appreciate everything you did for us!

EliaRamos literally perfected my wedding menu. Guests were raving about the food all night, saying it was the best wedding food they ever had!! Adrienne and the rest of Elia-Ramos catering absolutely blew me and my wife away with their outstanding service, remarkable teamwork, and of course incredible food. Before our wedding Adrienne was so collaborative and helpful and put us at ease with the entire process. Day of, the catering team took care of everything from set up to tear down.
The food was abundant and delicious. Not to be biased but I believe this to be the best food I’ve ever eaten at any wedding I’ve been to.
However, what stood out the most was the incredible service the Elia-Ramos team provided to my guests. We even had been accommodated for a guest with a severe food allergy. They prepared delicious food according to their dietary needs and held and served it separate for safety and discreetly as to not draw attention to the guest. Everyone who came up to us afterward noted how incredible the service was.
I will never be able to recommend this team highly enough and am so happy we found Adrienne to be such an important part of our most special day.

Adrienne and her team did a fantastic job. Our guests are still talking about how great the food was and Adrienne was a pleasure to work with. Adrienne is by far THE BEST!!! Aside from being an excellent chef, she is there for you every step of the way offering insight and suggestions. Our guests were totally thrilled with the menu of food we chose for our wedding and they are still raving about it! I recently had the pleasure of working with Adrienne and her team for my wedding catering, and it was a fantastic experience. I cannot say enough how grateful we were to find Adrienne and her amazing team at EliaRamos for our wedding catering. Adrienne is so thoughtful, collaborative, experienced and professional. She also is an incredibly talented and creative chef with food that the entire wedding has been raving about for days. She went above and beyond from day 1 to make sure the food was perfect. We had many calls and conversations leading up to the day to make sure the venue was prepped and set up for a fluid dinner service, and having her guide that process was essential. She truly held our hands through the entire wedding planning process and made sure to regularly checking in on what we needed help with. We had a buffet style dinner + family style salad and bread to start. I can't emphasis enough how amazing the food was.
I would recommend the EliaRamos team to anyone who is looking to work with a caterer that they can trust, and rely on!
So grateful that we had Adrienne on our big day. I will certainly be making my first call to her for any of my future catering needs.

Adrienne and team provided the most incredible menu and experience for our wedding day. We had been searching for a caterer for a few months and were getting nervous as we got closer to our event date. Adrienne was able to work with us immediately by providing availability, a comprehensive menu, and confirmation that she could get what we wanted for our wedding day. She was so responsive to all our requests and made us feel completely comfortable every step of the way. She worked seamlessly with all of our vendors and venue coordinator, and was so thoughtful about every dish. She was able to work with local businesses to source the food and all the special items we wanted. She was able to serve family style and buffet, so that we could keep the party going but also cater to the variety of guest dietary restrictions. Our guests continue to rave about her texas parfaits, chicken and waffles, corn salad, lobster mac& cheese and the amazing Raw Bar she did for us. Everything was absolutely incredible and we enjoyed the leftover boxes she made for us for weeks!

Adrienne was absolutely amazing to work with and incredibly patient. She dealt with a million questions and suggestions on slightly changing some of the food items we wanted, and worked with us on price as well.
We had a more unique menu we were looking for, and she accommodated us every step of the way. She even was able to take control and ask the venue exactly the right questions so things ran smoothly. On the day of the event, everything went so well!
The food was absolutely incredible and our guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious everything was. They were even more thrilled they got to take the leftovers home with them!
We are beyond thrilled with how everything turned out, and cannot recommend Adrienne enough.

I cannot express how much we loved Adrienne and her teams services. Our guests could not stop talking about how good the food was. From the trays that were left over, guests came back to eat and take food home. They made my wedding unforgettable from how sweet and kind and thoughtful they were. They went above and beyond expectations and we would recommend (and have already) them to anyone. Truly wonderful, superb professionals and would definitely contract their services in the future.

I contacted Adrienne in a pinch about 5 months before my ~150 person wedding and from that moment she hit the ground running. She is a gem! She was absolutely game for whatever we needed and flexible with the particulars of our reception, with no less attention to detail and care despite on such short notice. She was always quick on the reply and available any time I needed to touch base with her. She worked with us every step of the way and was available any time for layout suggestions, day-of schedule coordination, etc. Adrienne was truly a joy to work with and made the process so painless. She worked seamlessly with other people coordinating the reception too. She adjusted the menu to fit our needs and wants, and was kind enough to even include a carving station when it wasn’t even included in the initial agreement, and they carved it on the line for us! I am very picky with food and was determined not to have the usual bland Italian-American fare at our reception. Adrienne absolutely went above and beyond. The food was plentiful, flavorful and original. The Texas parfaits, mini chicken and waffles, Thai shrimp, and cornbread all received rave reviews! The few bites I managed to get in confirmed it. To boot, the leftovers were all gobbled within a day after the wedding, which I think is the best indicator of how good the food really was. On the day of the wedding, Adrienne and her whole staff were quick and attentive, and flexible to coordinate with extra hands we hired separately. It was evident from the start Adrienne really cared about making us happy, and she definitely accomplished! I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to her again for my next big event.

Adrienne was simply amazing to work with! And her food, was absolutely delicious. Our wedding guests are still talking about our wedding food. And although we went 'simple' with BBQ pulled pork, beef brisket, mac and cheese, it was cooked to perfection. There isn't a thing I would change from our wedding day. Not only was the food great but Adrienne was SO easy to work with. She was quick to respond to emails and questions, came to the walk through of our venue (two separate times) on time and with tons of input and ideas and always a pleasure to talk to. She also gave us a ton of great suggestions that went beyond just the food.
Due to covid we had to reschedule our wedding 3 times (in 2 years) never really knowing when it would actually happen and Adrienne was an angel through the whole process. Always letting us know she'd be there whenever it did happen. She offered us words of encouragement and was just there for whatever we needed. I've heard horror stories from couples that were in our situation dealing with vendors who wouldn't move the date, who charged them extra fees, and were just awful to couples who were trying to navigate a hard time.
We knew on our wedding day we wouldn't have to worry about anything food related or even Adrienne related. Sometimes you feel like you need to babysit your vendors or keep on top of them. We knew with Adrienne we didn't have to worry, that she would handle whatever came her way professionally and without bothering us. She also packaged up all our leftover food and even let us take home the extra from when we did a tasting with her. You know someone is passionate about what they do when they look forward to feeding you and it isn't all about the money. I would use Adrienne a hundred times over again. I can promise you you won't regret it.
