Adrienne developed a true passion for fresh cultural flavors and superior service while being mentored by her father, now a member of her team, CIA Chef Instructor and Master Butcher/Sausage Maker Chef Mark Elia and Stepfather CIA Graduate Chef John Garbellano. It's all about the quality of the events they cater to, not quantity! They cater to only one wedding per weekend throughout the year and their attention and dedication is their commitment to you! They provide reassurance and a sense of calm during a time in your life that should be most memorable. It can be challenging for clients to think of everything. They offer suggestions on ways to help the client stay within budget. Adrienne and her team bring excitement and experience to guide you through the entire personalized process beginning with the initial planning, rental coordination and creating your own unique menu from appetizers, entrees, and desserts. They feel you should serve food that you love! During the early planning stages they offer a tasting and perform at least one venue walk through to ensure all the details are reviewed and the vision is clear. They are happy to accommodate specific food requests such as; dietary restrictions, cultural, religious or ethnic specialty foods. EliaRamos asks their Happy Couples to do their due diligence before they sit down together.
