Kandace was excellent with communication leading up to my wedding and all the guests (including myself and my husband) absolutely loved the food. Kandace and her team were able to ...
feed all 224 guests in under 20 minutes. All guests raved about the cocktail hour bites, signature drink, and dinner. Some comments including: how fresh it all tasted, how flavorful everything was, and how tender the meat was. We highly recommend elite catering for their overall quality of service and Kandace is a sweetheart, she’s great to work with!
If you’re looking for a caterer for your wedding, Kandance is absolutely the one. From the tasting to the very last moment of our wedding day, our experience with her was incredibl...
e.
We started with a tasting and immediately fell in love with the food. The chicken and steak were amazing, the sides were delicious, and she had such a great and varied selection of appetizers that it was honestly hard to choose! From the beginning, Kandance also helped guide us beyond just the food. She gave us recommendations for the bar and helped us figure out our rentals, recommending her husband, Julio, who was wonderful to work with as well. Having the two of them handling those parts of the wedding made everything so much easier and gave us one less thing to worry about.
But the best part was seeing everything come together on our wedding day. The food was even better than we remembered from the tasting. So many of our guests came up to us throughout the night specifically to tell us how amazing the food was. Everyone was talking about the steak, the appetizers, and how delicious everything tasted. We even had guests who work with premium meats tell us that the quality of the meat being served was excellent — which says a lot!
One detail that meant so much to us as the bride and groom was that Kandance and her team made sure we actually got to enjoy the food too. During cocktail hour, they came to find us and personally made sure we tried the appetizers so we wouldn’t miss out while we were busy taking photos and enjoying the day. It may sound like a small detail, but on your wedding day, those are exactly the things that make you feel truly taken care of.
Our guests also kept telling us how incredible the drinks from the bar were. Food, appetizers, drinks, service, rentals — everything came together beautifully.
Looking back, choosing Kandance was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The food was exceptional, the quality was there, our guests were happy, and most importantly, we were able to enjoy our wedding knowing everything was being taken care of.
If you’re a bride looking for amazing food and people who will genuinely take care of you throughout the entire process, I cannot recommend Kandance and Julio enough. ❤️
WOW—words truly cannot describe how much Kandace and her team knocked it out of the park with our wedding catering.

y better than restaurant quality, which you don’t always expect at weddings. We had the bacon, ahi tuna, crab cakes, BBQ chicken tacos, and spring rolls, and every single one was insanely delicious.
Dinner was just as much of a hit. We’re still hearing from guests about how amazing the food was! We served chicken and steak with mashed potatoes and carrots, and everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. We loved it just as much as our guests and couldn’t get enough.
Beyond the food, Kandace was truly the best to work with. She offered great advice, helped with logistics, and went above and beyond—even taking a moment during the wedding to fan us and help us cool down. She was professional, kind, and always incredibly quick with communication.
We truly cannot recommend Elite Catering enough!

ng process Kandice was responsive, kind, and accommodating. In terms of the food we got so many comments from our guests telling us that this was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. What makes Kandice and her team special is that they prepare your food as if they were having family and friends over for dinner. The care, time and thought put into every bite was evident. Many caterers we met with and had tastings with felt “corporate” in a sense but that was not the case with Kandice and her team. On top of all of that they also have very fair pricing especially when considering the quality of the food. Elite Catering is truly the only way to go when choosing a caterer for your wedding in south florida!

we’ve built a friendship and I was so grateful to have her as our caterer. She was always available for me and worked with our budget to help us create an excellent experience for our guests. At the tasting, not only was the food incredible but the presentation was elegant and that’s why we knew we needed her. On wedding day we had the salmon and chicken as protein options and many of our guests complimented us on the food afterwards and even during the reception. The drinks were also delicious as well. Julio’s rentals were also so elegant and amazing. Honestly I could go on and on but we are so grateful to have chosen Elite Catering!! Thank you Kandace and Julio!

ommended to us by our wedding planner, and from the very first interaction, they went above and beyond to accommodate every single request we had.
From small details like agreeing to use pink Himalayan salt for our salads to handling more intricate requests such as managing specific guest allergies, Kandance and Julio ensured everything was perfect. Every dish they served was nothing short of perfection, and even days after our wedding, our guests couldn’t stop raving about the quality of the food. The feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive, especially about the responsiveness of the service staff and the overall excellent service.
Kandance and Julio didn’t just meet our expectations—they exceeded them. They fulfilled every additional request we had, including late-night snacks like tequeños and French fries, which were a huge hit! Their cocktails were equally wonderful, and they truly added a special touch to our celebration.
One of the most memorable moments for us was during our tasting session. Even though Kandance was recovering from an injury and had to navigate the process using crutches, she treated us like royalty and made sure everything was perfect. Her professionalism and dedication to ensuring a fantastic experience for us were evident, and we couldn’t had been more grateful.
If you're looking to elevate the food experience at your wedding, we can’t recommend Elite Catering enough. Chef Kandance, Julio, and their team are absolutely incredible, and their service will undoubtedly make your celebration unforgettable! Thank you so much for making our wedding day so special!

Elite Catering is extraordinary and is a huge hit and conversation amongst our guests. I would recommend Elite Catering to anyone who asked me for a recommendation in that area or even outside of that area. When it came to the day of my wedding, elite Catering and Kandace personally were very involved on making sure that every detail was perfect and that the food was delicious. While Kandace helped us curate our menu from 900 miles away as we live out of state, I do believe that anything served by them would be delicious as I know that they are high-quality and can see that their staff are professional.

ously a culinary masterpiece. Usually wedding food has a bad reputation and that could not have been further from the truth for mine- Guests still compliment me on the food! The team was incredibly professional, ensuring that every dish arrived on time and at the perfect temperature. The visual display was beyond our expectations — a stunning, elegant spread that complemented the venue beautifully. I expressed, early on, concerns about our large guest list and food, and they suggested family-style serving – a perfect solution that I'm thrilled they recommended! The attention to detail and genuine care for bringing our vision to life were evident at every step. I would choose them a thousand times over again. Thank you for making our day extra special and for being the one thing I knew I didn’t have to worry about at all! There is no hesitation to recommend Elite Catering- we’ll forever be grateful.

the planing process her communication was excellent; she responded to my texts and calls promptly and was always enthusiastic about brainstorming and discussing the details of our event. The level of care she put into everything was amazing, and her genuine desire to make sure we were happy with the outcome was clear from the start. Ultimately she went above and beyond to ensure that everything was not only delicious (which it was!), but also displayed beautifully and elegantly. Some standouts to note were the ahi tuna cones, the shrimp cocktail, both entrees consisting of salmon and skirt steak which were perfectly cooked even for 160 guests. We ended the evening with late night fried chicken sandwiches & fries which she made for the first time upon our request. I’m getting a craving for one now just thinking about it! We also want to thank Kandace’s team and the waitstaff who were prompt and attentive. As the bride I can tell you that I did not have to go up to the bar once since the waitstaff kept providing me with my drink! Huge thank you to Kandace and team for a perfect evening.

tasting at their showroom, the entire process was always easy and professional with Kandace and her husband Julio who is the event coordinator for An Elite Production (we also chose him to be our wedding coordinator/month of planner) These two together are the combo you never knew you needed. Selecting our menu with Kandace was so fun because we worked together to select cocktail items we knew our guests would love. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the cocktail hour plus the delicious plated dinner. The steak and chicken were cooked to perfection. Which is still mind blowing because we had 110 guests. Having Julio on our side to handle all the rentals and communication with other vendors was seriously the best decision we could have made to make our wedding day stress free. If I had to choose only two vendors to hire on my wedding day all over it would 1000% be Elite Catering/ Elite Productions.

I received so many compliments about the food Elite served and for how the day panned out. It means the world to us and I’m so happy we chose Kandace and Julio for the wedding. Thank you!!! 💕💕💕💕💕💕
