Elite Event Planning

nks outside the box and goes above and beyond to make your day truly special. Thank you so much!! I feel so grateful to have found her.

lp bring our vision to life. They handled every detail flawlessly—from creating a clear timeline to managing vendors and making sure everything ran smoothly on the big day. Their calm, professional presence kept us relaxed, and their quick thinking solved any small hiccups before we even knew they happened. Because of their hard work, we were able to fully enjoy our wedding day without any stress. It truly felt seamless and magical. We are so grateful for everything they did and would 100% recommend them to any couple looking for a coordinator who goes above and beyond!

ncerns very quickly! She was a delight to be around and made our day even more special! She worked out any kinks we may have run into and made the day extra beautiful! I would recommend her and her services to anyone!! Thank you again!!

’t even aware of. She was also super efficient at executing whatever needed to be done. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

created a custom plan of what she could offer for my price. I was extremely pleased. The whole month before as well as the day of Chantel was so extremely helpful. We had some issues with our venue a month out and after weeks of my mom and I trying to fix the issues ourselves, Chantel swooped in and fixed it all within a few days. Finally, on the day of our wedding, Chantel had everything I needed and was there for any questions or advice. My husband and the boys all said she was super sweet and helpful too as they needed help pinning their flowers on their tuxes. I would absolutely hire her again as she helped create the wedding of my dreams. As a plus: she's also hilarious so she is able to lighten the mood if any other brides are nervous like I was.

d, everything was pretty much last minute. Chantel handled it all with such grace and efficiency. She made the church process so smooth and stress-free, and on the wedding day, she kept everything perfectly on schedule. She followed all of my instructions closely and stayed on top of every email I sent. I truly can't thank her enough for her support, professionalism, and care during such an emotional time. We are so grateful for everything she did to make our day as special as it was!!! <3

endors, and most importantly—she really listened to everything I wanted. Chantel truly brought my vision to life! I can’t recommend her and her business enough. She will go above and beyond to make sure your day runs smoothly. For example, I had cannolis shipped in from New York that weren’t piped—and Chantel and her team hand-piped all 120 of them without hesitation! The only small piece of feedback I received from some of my guests was that she seemed to disappear during the reception, and a few people weren’t sure where she went. Other than that, everything was amazing and I’m so grateful for everything she did to make our day so special.

up virtual meetings for when I wasn’t in town. I am so appreciative for her quick responsiveness and flexibility for when I couldn’t answer right away since I work nights. She is very hardworking and passionate about couples having a stress-free and fun wedding day, and she did just that! I also highly recommend her preferred vendors for bartending and floral. They do a fantastic job! Thank you Chantel and Elite Event Planning for planning my husband and I’s special day and making it the most enjoyable day for us and our families.

ly thanks to her. Any little bumps that happened behind the scenes were completely taken care of, we didn’t have to worry about a thing! We also heard from several of our vendors about how much they loved working with her, which just confirmed that we made the right choice. We truly appreciate everything she did for us, and we HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing day-of coordinator. She helped make our day so special, and we’re so grateful.

o thankful to her for all of her and her assistants work (bonus picture of her below)! They were also our florist through San Antonio Floral and I wouldn't have it any other way than to book these two services together. They were both incredible and I 1000% recommend!

vendors. She was very responsive, professional and brought such a calm demeanor to our wedding. Even with a groomsman having to drop out last minute and our wedding rehearsal having to be the same day, she was there with suggestions and ensured things went smoothly. We are so so grateful for Chantel and making our wedding the best day. We truly couldn't have done it without her.

anges, Chantel DILIGENTLY made sure everything flowed smoothly and turned out exactly how we wanted. Because of this, we were able to enjoy every moment of our special day stress-free. Chantel and her team were so easy on the nerves and fun to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner. I HIGHLY recommend Elite Event Planning!

icky 😊 and wanted to ensure my daughter wouldn’t have to worry about anything on her special day. Chantel made sure that happened. I would recommend her to anyone I know planning a wedding!! Thank you, Chantel!!

e line went according to plan and no hiccups came about!

hantel was the opposite. I gave her minimal information and she ran with it and took care of absolutely everything. If I ever had any questions, I texted her and she immediately answered with kindness. She even helped calm my nerves just about the big step in life that marriage is. She was incredibly professional when dealing with the other vendors and helping to confirm them for our big day. On the day of, she made sure every detail was 100% taken care of. I didn’t lift a finger and I feel like she didn’t have to ask me a single thing that day, because she’d worked so hard to prepare and it was all good to go. It made me much more relaxed to just focus on getting ready and hanging out with more girls. She did things like bring our food to the table herself and hand us drinks before our entrance. She brought candles and candle holders when I asked her last minute if we could have some. Little things like that that made such a big difference to us! She is also just an incredibly sweet human being, and I honestly want to be her friend haha. Without any doubt in my mind, I’d recommend Chantel to plan your wedding. She did a spectacular job for us and went above and beyond to make sure our day was one we will always cherish.

fident in her role. She reassured me every step of the way and listened to all my questions and concerns that comes with planning. She has such an eye for design, too. She designed our florals, all of our signage, our entry tables, dinning tables, and more (pics included) One of our wedding guests had also hired Chantel for her wedding the very next weekend, that’s how good she is! I would recommend her to any bride :)

n problems created by other vendors and was a problem solver on the fly. She is creative, calm under pressure, organized and has high expectations of herself. What a true professional. She is a gem.

emely patient and helpful during the wedding planning process. Our timeline was followed to a tee! Anything we needed on our wedding day she was able to provide for us with no hesitation. If we had to do it again, I would without a doubt work with her again. 10/10 recommend! (My husband said, “She is the best! You all better book her!”)

ning she was amazing to work with. She listened to my needs and wants. She made my vision come true I could not have enjoyed my day if it was not for her. Book her you will not regret it.

tional skills and dedication. From the moment we first met her, Chantel showed a level of professionalism and attention to detail that immediately put us at ease. Throughout the entire planning process, Chantel was incredibly responsive, organized, and creative. She listened attentively to our vision and went above and beyond to turn it into reality. Her ability to anticipate every need and address any concerns made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. On the day of the wedding, Chantel truly shined. She orchestrated every aspect of the event flawlessly, ensuring that everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Her presence was calming, and her expertise was evident in every decision she made. Thanks to Chantel, we were able to relax and fully immerse ourselves in the celebration, knowing that we were in the best hands possible. I cannot recommend Chantel and Elite Event Planning highly enough. If you're looking for someone who is passionate, professional, and dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences, look no further than Chantel. She truly is the best of the best, and we are forever grateful for everything she did to make our daughter's wedding day absolutely perfect. Thank you, Chantel, from the bottom of our hearts!

mothers wedding so their was no doubt we would have her again. I would refer her to anyone who needs a wedding planner I give her 5+ stars. She was always on top of things and had the answers to everything. Thank You again Chantel!

2023. It worked out that Chantel was the prospective wedding planner we both got to speak to in an introductory call. We were very impressed by Chantel’s professionalism, expertise, availability and calm demeanor. We are happy to share that Chantel and her team maintained this throughout our wedding planning process, especially with the added stress of my husband and I being apart. Chantel is candid and sincere in her consulting, diligent, and her years of working in the wedding industry shows through her excellent event planning, vendor recommendations, and ability to keep you on track as a bride. Elite Event Planning truly shines the weeks leading up to the wedding and on wedding day. My husband and I got to enjoy our wedding rehearsal and day and not stress about anything! Chantel and her team handled ALL of it impeccably, to our timeline, details, vendors and set up and take down. She even made sure to bring us our signature cocktail drinks and appetizers while our guests enjoyed cocktail hour during our B&G pictures! The only thing I would have changed would be to set a time to go around and greet our guests. My husband and I should have planned this in our timeline sooner and reiterated to Elite Event Planning during our finalization calls. I advise future brides/couples and Elite Event Planning to keep this in mind and possibly put this in wedding timelines so it leaves more time to enjoy the celebration and dance since it does go by fast!! :) We enjoyed our day and couldn’t have done it without Elite Event Planning. We highly recommend hiring Elite Event Planning for anyone’s wedding or event! They are the best of the best. Thank you so much for making our wedding day the best day ever and everything we dreamed of! We are so grateful!! Also, I hired San Antonio Floral Designs for our wedding, and it is a floral company co-owned by Chantel Aboytes Jasso and her mother Josie Aboytes. She knocked my vision out of the park with my floral arrangements (I wanted deep jewel-tone colors and dark evergreen greenery). They were GORGEOUS and everything I dreamed of. Also, if you have Elite Event Planning as your wedding coordinator, it can be economical hiring SA Floral Designs since Chantel will already be on site which covers the costs of set up and take down of florals. I highly recommend them and their reasonable price point. Thank you SO much Chantel & Josie!

I had visioned it!! They were both very attentive all day! I could not have asked for anyone better for our wedding!🩷

he executed everything beautifully. I would 10000000% recommend her to everyone!! She's AMAZING at her job and made the month up to the wedding, the wedding rehearsal, and my wedding itself so seamless. Every dollar spent on Elite Event Planning was SO WORTH IT! She's attentive, caring, detailed, and so kind. She managed and contained my very large and crazy wedding party (which is not the easiest with our friends) and she does whatever it takes to get the job done! Book Chantel and you won't regret it!!

e was there from the beginning to the end, from set up to clean up. The timeline ran just as planned! She was always quick to respond when we had questions and I never had to worry about anything! She was everything I hoped a wedding coordinator would be and I highly recommend her! 👏🏻👏🏻 Thank you Chantel for all you did!

gone back and forth about hiring a planner with us both having demanding jobs and little time. When we contacted Chantel she made it easy for us to decide we absolutely needed a coordinator and we needed HER as our coordinator. She was very down to earth, needed little direction to execute, and always available (even on vacation)! During the wedding planning process she gave us the best options within our budget, and when things didn't go smoothly with a vendor she had our back 100%. We also loved that she had sister companies and contacts to work with, which made or vendor shopping 1000% easier. We were able to get our florals and bar completely taken care of at a great price which meant I was able to have exactly what I wanted. I also can't say enough about our flowers. I gave Chantel only a few pictures of inspiration and the only direction I gave her was I would like something colorful for our Mexican themed wedding, and man did she deliver. When we walked into the Witte that night I was floored. She had set up my vision exactly, again without much back and forth and with little information. She did so much leading up to and on the day of, I have no idea if I would have loved my wedding as much if I had hired someone else. She was able to handle last minute changes to the timeline and run of show smoothly and was running around behind the scenes making sure everyone was ok and having a great time. She even fashioned a makeshift throw away bouquet because I had forgotten to bring one and didn't miss a beat. I have to say the thing I am most thankful for is the BTS content she caught of our wedding. Myself and my family look at this almost daily. After the event everyone raved about the space and the planning and most of all what great a planner I had because they could physically see her giving 1000% during the event. I failed to mention that we had a ton of moving parts to our Mexican/Jewish ceremony in a different location that she had to accommodate . Overall all I have to say is, if you are on fence about hiring Chantel and her team of experts to handle your planning and wedding, do not hesitate. She is kind, accommodating, and resourceful and I promise you, you'll be thanking yourself for years to come.

the whole planning process easy by making a detailed schedule and finding unique solutions to all our problems. It made our special day run extremely smooth, their support was great and we would recommend to anyone looking for wedding planners/coordinators.

not have chosen better!!! I’m so happy that I picked chantel as our wedding coordinator. You will not be disappointed .

ses. The day of our wedding, her and Mallorie handled everything, from setting up decor to keeping us on schedule with timeline. Mallorie even had drinks for us after our formal photos! You definitely cannot go wrong with hiring Chantel and her team!

the day of. I’m a type of person who likes to do things on my own but with help and Chantel definitely did that for me! She was always there when I would call her to answer any questions I would have, she went above and beyond with the vendors before and after the wedding. I can’t thank her enough for everything that she did for us! The best choice was hiring you! ❤️

sured that every aspect of our special day unfolded exactly as I had envisioned. Chantel kept the wedding on a seamless schedule, expertly managing our vendors and gracefully accommodating even my last-minute changes. As someone who prides themselves on being detail-oriented, I thought I had thought of everything, but Chantel effortlessly filled in any gaps. From the smallest details, like providing pens for the sign-in book, to orchestrating the grandest moments, it felt as though she could read my mind. Her dedication and professionalism were truly exceptional. Chantel is like an extra BFF on your wedding day! Even when the bridal team had trouble zipping up my dress or helping me do a quick change in wedding outfits, she got it. On a scale of 1 to 10, I wholeheartedly give Chantel 20 stars! Her expertise and passion for her work transformed our wedding day into an unforgettable masterpiece."

ndor we had, set EVERYTHING up the day of (literally matched my vision of the day!!), helped pickup food and made our day just that much more perfect. They kept us right on schedule and made sure everyone in the bridal party ate, had drinks and made sure we had the best day!! If I could give 10 stars, I would a hundred times over!! We recommend Elite Event Planning over anyone in the area!! They are sooo amazing and will help make your big day so smooth and beyond perfect!!

s free throughout the whole wedding day/night. The communication was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better team to help plan/organize/coordinate my wedding! 110% recommend!

about anything. They treat you like royalty!! It was hot and once the ceremony was finished Chantel was right there with a fan, water and some food! They make sure you get the food and drinks you want too before stuff runs out. I’m so happy and glad I had Chantel and her team with me on the day of my wedding.

usband and I had the pleasure of having Chantel as our wedding coordinator. She was incredibly easy to work with, and made the process very smooth. When comes to Chantel, I have to say the best and most visual on point wedding coordinator I have experienced . The communication was very spot on and have to say not a time I didn't feel I was lost in the clouds. Chantel is absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Her dedication, attention to detail, years of experience and know how to get things done was perfect for what we were looking for or I was. As a hands-on bride who knew exactly what she was looking for I knew I could trust Chantel. Thank you once more for the best experience of my life.

you’re a type A person. She is great with communication and responding to questions. She really kept the wedding on the timeline flowing accordingly. She decorated the tables perfectly. Her and her assistant made my day 100X better. If you’re in the market or debating whether or it’s worth it, highly recommend booking with her. She’ll ease your stress and she’s great at her job. I wish I could get married again just so I can hire her!

taking care of everything. Highly recommend!

lways on the ball, very thorough, calm, and is truly an expert in the industry!! I’m detail-oriented, anxious, and type-a and she handled my (many) questions with grace and was always so quick to respond with great organization and communication skills! She fit our many unique wishes for our reception into the smoothest timeline and when we had to make changes close to the wedding she was so calm and made the changes and communicated it to our vendors with ease! She handled all vendor and delivery communications (on top of everything else) so I could truly focus on being a bride for the day. She fulfilled my dream wedding vision for our ceremony and reception. I trusted her expertise and she fulfilled it more than I could imagine! I had many unique features and aspects of my wedding and she handled them all SO well! She was truly there for EVERYTHING during the day! From helping decorate our cake, decorating, coordinating, she even bustled my dress, grabbed us cocktails, curled my hair while I reapplied lipstick, and was a source of calm amidst all the excitement of the day! She made me feel like a bride and managed our wedding head on to make it go so well! She even grabbed my phone and took incredible clips for my wedding tiktok! She is the absolute master of her craft and took on every role she needed to give us the perfect day. Our day went by so smooth, we had the most amazing time and Chantel is one of the biggest reasons for making our dream wedding a reality! You seriously can’t do any better than Chantel and her amazing team! Chantel, I can’t thank you enough!! You’re the absolute BEST!

s out from your date and includes her and an additional assistant. This meant I did all the planning and hiring of vendors, and she pretty much took over right before the wedding. This however doesn’t mean she won’t talk to you beforehand. She was more than willing to answer any questions I had, offer suggestions, recommend vendors, etc as part of my planning process. Chantel is a dream to work with; always professional, polite, prompt and is a real hustler in the wedding world. She made me super comfortable that I was in good hands. I am a type A perfectionist and she followed my every request for my wedding. I had a particular vision in mind and she nailed it. Without her I don’t even know what I would have done. She even remembered important things that I forgot. Chantel handled all my vendor follow ups, set ups and tear downs, had all my requests ready to go as planned and was just overall a gem. I would recommend her to any bride as someone who will make sure everything goes as you plan it. The value of the service for the cost was second to none. Highly Recommend. Thank you Chantel for executing the best day of my life!

ring our wedding planning process, She gave her recommendations and let us know what things might go smoother based on her experience which was also so helpful!! he answer to every question we had, and offered packages that fit within our budget. Quick and sharp witted, I knew this girl knew what she was doing. During my planning journey she was very approachable, kind, and there to answer any questions or provide recommendations along the way. Another thing I also loved about her was how quick and timely she responded to my texts and emails. That in itself is a relief just to have someone so dependable to work with. When it came to wedding day, whew, this girl was ONNNN IT! She knew exactly how things work, where they go, where to direct guests, vendors, and how to handle all the hustle and bustle that goes on behind the scenes. I even had some of my guests take notice of her and mention to me how Chantel was very on top of things! My recco to all brides, go with Chantel/Elite Event Planning. You definitely won't regret a thing! She's absolute top tier perfection!

ich relieved any stress or anxiety about the big day. She bent over backwards to make sure everything ran smoothly, and she made our day PERFECT!
