We are so happy we hired Elite Event Rentals for our wedding day. The wooden tables and cross back chairs were elegant and just rustic enough to create that garden party vibe we wanted for our wedding. The bistro lights were magical. The restroom trailer was well-kept, clean, and surprisingly spacious. Shannon and Mike were great to work with and they made sure that everything was perfect for our day!
We arrived to pick out items necessary for our daughters graduation party on a Thursday evening I believe. The following Thursday our daughter turned 18 and ran away from home, specifically stating she would not be returning. I immediately contacted them to cancel our order AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND A NEARLY $4000 order! States in the contract I signed only 50% would be refunded. Does 💩 happen, yes. Should I have combed the contract better, yes. Would I ever use or recommend this company to anyone, HELL NO. (& no, our daughter is still out there living her worst life with friends who are going nowhere in life, it was indeed not a lie.)

Worth losing $118 if this helps people to look elsewhere for their event rentals. Wedding planning is a stressful time as a bride and groom. You want a vendor who has good customer service and will have your back in case anything goes wrong. This is not Elite Rentals. I advise you all to stay away.

I'll preface my review with this: I take ownership of the fact that I did not review the final contract closely enough and missed that our order was set up as a pick-up and not a delivery. However I do not believe we are fully responsible for the miscommunication and even more so, there should at least a little bit of willingness to work with us.
So here's what happened. My fiancé inquired about renting a few things and in the initial inquiry she said no delivery. Well we get an initial breakdown and some time passes and I call to finalize things for the rental. I spoke through the process with their salesperson, Shannon. I told her we actually do need to have the items delivered. We talked though that process and I gave them the event address and she sent over the final contract. We signed it and paid the for the rentals.
We get to the day before the wedding when we thought our rentals were to be dropped off. Nothing arrives and our day of co-ordinator calls them at 1 to check in and we discover that our contract was for pick up not delivery. Upon looking at it again this was true but I was still surprised as I talked through the delivery process on the phone with the salesperson.
According to our coordinator, whoever she spoke with at Elite Rentals did say there must have been a miscommunication because they did have a delivery address on file for us it just never made it to the contract as a delivery. Anyways, they still told our coordinator that we needed to pick it up by 4. No option to get it early in the morning on our wedding day. We could not make that work as we were all on our way to the welcome party. I called to try and work out some sort of refund but did not get through and left a message. Thankfully we were able to secure a last minute wedding arbor that our awesome coordinator owned.
6 days later (post-honeymoon) I still got no response so I called again to work something out with them as we did not get any of the rentals we paid for. I spoke with Shannon and she gave nothing but defensive responses. They pointed out how our contract was not for delivery. That is correct. I own that. However, I pointed out that we talked about the delivery process and she refuted and told me that we did not. She also mentioned how we had all day to pick up our items. I told her we did not hear from them that day. She told me that isn't true as their policy is to always call their clients the day of to check in with them. So I repeated: we got no phone calls from them. Period. It was a frustrating conversation as Elite Events kept avoiding the topic of a refund (which we never got). I could tell it was going nowhere and said have a nice day.
So I write this novel of a review in hopes that it helps people make a more informed decision about where they do event rentals. Until they fix their customer service issues, I'd stay away for the time being. There are two sides to every story and I do admit to not closely looking at the contract. However, there's no excuse for not trying to work with your client on any level. Over $118 to boot...
Elite not only saved my wedding day but provided fast service, incredible quality products, and gave us the best prices we found in the area for all the items and service we required from them! I would recommend them time and time again for any services or items such as tables, chairs, bathroom rentals, and any other supplies you may require for your wedding or event.
The day of my wedding, my venue coordinator texted me asking who was providing my tables and I had completely assumed the venue provided them. My coordinator reached out to her contact at Elite and they had everything we needed including all 100 chairs, 15 tables, and linens within an hour. They saved the day!
They were amazing! Set up our tents and tables on Thursday for our Saturday wedding! It gave us plants of time to make sure we were ready.
Elite event and rentals was really great in getting me all the supplies that I needed for my wedding, when they delivered the dance floor we quickly realized it was the wrong one for outdoors so they had their people switch it out for one that works outdoors. BUT when we got all of our cups, plates, cutlery as we were taking everything out to start setting up I noticed NOT just a little bit of grease on the plates and cutlery but THERE WAS FOOD CAKED ON STILL, and I (the bride) had to sit there on the day of my wedding in the morning and clean 100 plates, 100 cups and 200 pieces of cutlery to ensure that none of my guests used anything that had some nasty dried and caked on food or grease. This was very disappointing to me because the company actually charges their clients a cleaning fee and I don't know what kind of cleaning they do and what their quality control consists of but it wasn't very good. I tried to get in contact with the company several times, explained what had happened and sent MANY pictures and DID NOT HEAR ANYTHING BACK.
That lack of communication back is what nailed in the fact that nor will I ever use them again because they seem to not care about their clients but I will not refer them to anyone ever.
This company was so wonderful to work with. Flexible, responsive and friendly. They're prices are awesome and they're showroom is nice. We did have an issue the day of with lighting not being correct, but they rectified the issue with no hassle. Even after the mishap I'd still recommend them, they're so great to work with. Plus renting from one place is so much easier than sourcing from multiple places. I mainly spoke with Riley, and she was great!!!
Brandon was so great to work with as I planned my wedding. He was responsive, flexible and accommodating. He has a wide selection of inventory and was eager to work with me to achieve my goals. Many companies I reached out to were slow to reply, didn't have what I was looking for, or just too expensive. He is professional, pleasant and I highly recommend him! Elite Events & Rentals is a top notch company and all the supplied materials for my wedding were beautiful. Thank you Brandon!
I had a beach wedding and called every business in the county to find affordable chairs for my wedding ceremony!! (come on we only used them for 45 minutes right?)
Brandon at Elite Event Rentals was AWESOME! He was very reliable, comprised with me on price and had great looking chairs!! The hotel I got married behind offered rental chairs that were very beat up and they were almost $2 more PER chair MORE than Brandon at Elite!! I was a little hesitant at first cause I didn't have any review on him but my fiance spoke to him and felt good so we went with him and couldn't have been happier!!
