The entire staff was professional, organized, and incredibly attentive, ensuring everything ran seamlessly behind the scenes. From the tasting with our parents to the small details we wouldn't have thought of, they ensured we stayed on track to have the best night ever. For our cocktail hour and dinner, they helped incorporate different food items that represent where we're from (Puerto Rico). In addition to the amazing catering, they helped coordinate the entire day. Brooke ensured that all our vendors were up to date on the schedule and that everything proceeded seamlessly. From tent and table/chair delivery to cleaning up at the end of the night, the entire Elite team made our night worry-free. We would 100% recommend them, and will most likely use them again for both personal and corporate events in the future!

When I asked my now sister in law, who attended the tasting with us, what she was most looking forward to about our wedding she said it was the food ;) . The Elite Events team was very professional and attentive - we were so happy to see Melissa (the owner) at our wedding! A couple guests noted that staff were so efficient that their drinks got cleaned up before they were able to finish them and I think one of the appetizers (cocktail shrimp) was so popular we had a guest ready to camp out outside your catering room since they were getting snatched up so fast. Also I really appreciate their willingness to work with the composting and all of the logistics (table settings, plate cleaning, cocktail tables) worked out great from what I could tell! To any other brides with a specific vision (and dietary restrictions like guests with allergies, lactose intolerance, etc.) we found Elite Events to be supremely responsive and accommodating! I have to thank you for that from the bottom of my heart that everyone could enjoy their amazing personalized dinner. Also the pricing was competitive and the communication was clear and warm - I knew we were in good hands and I could trust them and not stress about this! 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
