Hi, I’m Kelly — owner and lead planner of Elite Events Design! Based in South Jersey, I’ve spent over 20 years planning weddings, parties, and celebrations that bring people together in meaningful ways. I truly believe there’s something magical about watching a room full of people you love celebrating one unforgettable moment together. Planning events isn’t just what I do — it’s who I am. Honestly, I’m probably not fully happy unless I’m planning a party, organizing details, creating timelines, styling décor, or dreaming up ways to make an event feel extra special. I love taking what can feel overwhelming for couples and turning it into a calm, organized, and exciting experience. My approach is hands-on, personal, and real. I’m the type of planner who notices the little things, fixes problems before anyone sees them, and wants my couples to feel fully present on their wedding day instead of stressed about logistics. Whether it’s a romantic backyard wedding, an elegant ballroom reception, or a unique celebration that completely breaks tradition, I love helping couples create a wedding that truly feels like them. A few fun facts about me: • I’m a huge chocolate lover • I love being outdoors, especially anything peaceful and nature-filled • My dog Holly is basically family and absolutely runs the house 🐾 • I genuinely get excited over timelines, décor setups, and beautifully organized spaces • I believe the best weddings are the ones filled with emotion, personality, and moments people never forget When I’m not planning weddings, you’ll usually find me designing décor ideas, sourcing unique pieces, spending time outside, or brainstorming my next creative project. At the end of the day, my goal is simple: I want my couples to walk into their wedding day feeling confident, supported, and able to truly soak in every moment while I handle everything behind the scenes.

With five years of experience in sales and three years in the wedding industry, Alissa is passionate about building genuine connections and helping clients feel excited, comfortable, and confident throughout the planning process. Her warm personality, natural sense of style, and ability to make people laugh instantly put couples at ease. When she’s not working with clients, Alissa loves spending time with her husband, their two boys, and their dog Daisy, who keeps the whole family entertained. She has a love for fashion, beautiful details, and creating spaces that feel welcoming and personal. Known for her great sense of humor and positive energy, Alissa brings both professionalism and fun to every event experience.
