Hannah at Elite Events made our dream wedding come true! With a year-long delay and a sudden slam of seemingly everyone in Seattle getting married at once in second half of '21 due to the pandemic, Hannah and her team were able to navigate serious obstacles thrown their way while keeping us calm and updated. Her relationships with local vendors were strong and she knew some tradecraft tips, like "hire a better band for cheaper from Portland" and ties to the best flower vendors. She had fantastic attention to detail with plenty of patience for our particular asks.
I absolutely would recommend Elite Events to any bride. Elite Events truly embraces your vision while also enhancing it. Not only are they extremely creative and resourceful, they are also extremely organized and efficient. The truth is, the process of creating your perfect day can be so overwhelming, confusing, and time consuming, but Elite Events makes your experience effortless, enjoyable, and extremely understandable. Every step of the process is extremely transparent so you always know what you should be doing to prepare, what they are doing to prepare, how much everything costs, and the quantity and quality of things you'll be receiving on your big day. They truly cover all your bases. Not to mention, that each member of their team is so sweet, understanding, and flexible, while maintaining strong worth ethics, and never letting you feel taken advantage of by the bridal industry.
I truly had the picture perfect day on my wedding, and I attribute a lot of that to Elite Events. I would highly recommend them to any bride, but especially those who want to souly focus on the joys of their wedding and their engagement. I honestly miss working with them, but can't wait to see all the beautiful weddings they continue to bring to life!
If you want the best of the best of the best, you have to hire Elite Events! This is the second wedding my family has used Elite Events for, and we could not recommend Hannah and her team enough. Not only is Hannah a lovely person, but working with her was so seamless and fun! Planning our wedding was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Not only is Hannah excellent, but so are her vendors and contacts she recommends to work with as well. Everyone we hired throughout the process was exceptional and truly helped make our day one for ages. My husband and I both had a great time throughout the entire experience and would recommend her time and time again. Our guests were blown away by this wedding, and it was all thanks to this fantastic team! To Hannah and your team, thank you so much to each of you for all you did to make our dream day come alive! OH MY GOSH! The ABSOLUTE best wedding planners! Every single detail was handled PERFECTLY! Truly the most beautiful wedding I have EVER attended and I am not being biased simply because it was my daughter's wedding. Truly the greatest team from start to finish. I have been to so many lovely weddings but this truly was perfection. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Hannah and Cindy. You will NOT be disappointed if you choose this team. AND you won't have a Bridezilla! They handled everything with elegance and grace, even the stressed out father on the actual day!

Hannah and Cindy helped put on an amazing bridal shower for me this past summer. Since my wedding was postponed until next year, we held a small wedding shower with our closest family and friends in the Seattle area. Hannah and Cindy used all the Covid measures to keep me, my fiancé, and our small group safe. They used gloves when handling glassware, utensils, and plates, which I was grateful for. They are seriously an amazing team and I couldn’t have asked for a better event team. They went above and beyond. Cindy came up with the theme of our event and it was a hit! She thought it would be sentimental and cute if we had a “Something borrowed, something blue, something old” theme. Guests were notified to bring something that fit the theme and present it to us as gifts. A lot of laughs, tears, and sharing of embarrassing moments throughout the night. Thank you, Hannah and Cindy, for making my bridal shower amazing despite the global pandemic!
The support and guidance Hannah and Cindy at Elite Events have given us during COVID has made the process of postponing and rescheduling our wedding to 2021 as stress-free as it could be! Their attention to detail, experience in managing vendors, positive and kind attitude throughout planning and rescheduling has made it a wonderful experience. Hannah is always ahead of the game and provides professional but warm to do lists, action items and things to start considering. She went above and beyond to reach out to vendors the second there was a possibility of postponing our wedding and came up with creative solutions to every hurdle that we encountered. We can't recommend Hannah and Cindy at Elite Events enough!
Hannah and Elite Events saved me from myself! As the father of the groom and my first wedding experience, I naturally thought I could arrange everything (rehearsal dinner, grooms family responsibility, etc..) on my own. I am happy that I was talked out of that by my wonderful wife and my awesome daughter in law! Hannah was in charge of the wedding day and graciously agreed to take over the rehearsal dinner(65 persons), she managed the invitations, food, drink, venue, timing, decorations and music. She created a spectacular evening from start to finish. She handled all the little and big details with professionalism and diplomacy. AND she answered questions about the process (that we did not know) and our responsibilities as the first time parents of the groom. The whole weekend was incredible! Our thanks to Hannah and Elite Events!!
