Elite Expressions

Tammey and Elite Expressons made our wedding day one of the easiest days I have ever had. From start to finish and even the minor hiccups didn’t change the flow of the day. I started working with Tammey starting at the 8 week mark and she was there since day one. I appreciated her attention to detail, responsiveness, attentiveness, and even being there for reassurance during personal problems. I truly trusted her expertise and never questioned whether I hired the wrong person.

We were sold on Elite Expressions offering premium services for wedding planning services in our initial consultation to plan our wedding. However, after we signed the contract within a month, things took a turn for the worse in terms of providing the exceptional services that we were promised in our consultation. The biggest issue was there was a noticeable decline in communication from Elite Expressions when we paid for unlimited communication and deliverables were not met. We requested a timeline, more follow up calls, as well as our wedding budget, all of which we were entitled to based on our wedding package (the highest package offered). When we tried to work with Elite Expressions owner on a resolution, the owner took it upon herself to cease wedding planning services via email. Elite Expressions returned half our funds via CashApp, and followed up with an email. Then, the owner submitted the deliverables in the final email, simply to save face for her brand. It was highly unprofessional and just simply bad business to cease providing services via email instead of giving us a phone call. Not to mention, that the bride is a out of town bride and we expressed the importance of communication, consistent follow up, and professionalism. So the distress that it caused the bride was also an issue. The issue was not ceasing our wedding services, but it was the matter in which things were handled by Elite Expressions. We paid for unlimited communication and did not receive it, the company failed to meet the majority of the deadlines, deliverables we received were of amateur quality, and the owner’s attitude and professionalism was the worst we’ve ever experienced. Also, we did not agree with the amount of money that was returned to us based on the services rendered. Please learn from our big mistake in hiring and trusting Elite Expressions for wedding planning services.

With reference to a review dated 08/08/2016 I note that I was the best man at this wedding. I am aware of the malicious attempt by this individual who has commented and has deliberately omitted their identity for such reason. For clarity, Sequoia was great and executed her job with diligence. She is a meticulous individual who exhibited her industrious attributes with exceptional professional conduct. This was not a normal day at work for Sequoia as we attempted to model a true African wedding on US soil. So there were many challenges of which Sequoia embraced. Despite this she coordinated all the high level aspects very well and even the intricacies that came with African facets we threw at her, mostly last minute. I would highly recommend her to any couple looking forward to a great day. The attempt to tarnish her image for any personal reason is unwarranted and unjustifiable for such a remarkable coordinator. This is corroborated by the numerous comments I have read herewith which describe the industrious and professional person I remember her to be throughout her assignment.
