Elite Glamour Events of New York offer wedding packages for those who require full-planning, partial, or day-of coordination assistance. Each package is custom and built around you. The full-planning option is ideal for those who are daunted at the prospect of organizing their entire day. We will be there step by step through venue selection and help you down to the last detail of seeing the final guest off at the end of your event. Through detailed consultation, we can gather your thoughts and desires and begin to shape the process around you. Some examples of what we do are: venue and vendor booking, creating a timeline, securing rental items, full set up, full break down, serving, transporting, creating centerpieces, set up of details, fetching off site food, RSVP tracking, unlimited contact time, transportation selection, and so much more. Lindsey and Elite Glamor Events is the best decision you can make for any event that needs coordination. Lindsey was our go to person on and before our 5/7 wedding and she never left out side for a single second. Her and her team were there every step of the way and managed to save us from a great deal of stress!@
Lindsey was my Day of Coordinator for my July 2 wedding at the mansion at Glen cove. I cannot recommend her services enough!! Seriously, it's so worth it. Knowing that Lindsey was there to take care of any details that we discussed and intercept any issues that may arise was EXTREMELY helpful. She met with me at the venue to walk around a few weeks before the wedding, and we had a few zoom meetings to go over notes. Lindsey and her team are organized, professional and personable. I felt so good with her nearby throughout the day for anything i needed. I cannot imagine my wedding day without this company!! <3
I do not have enough words for how amazing Lindsey and her team are. My wedding day would not have been the same without her. She made everything flow flawlessly without a worry to me or my husband. She provided excellent advice before the wedding. She coordinated so many things for this wedding and so meticulously to exactly what I wanted. Nothing was too big or too small for her to handle. She made our day the amazing time that it was. On top of everything, the pricing is extremely reasonable and she will work with you for what you need. I already referred someone to her and keep talking about how everyone needs to hire her. If I could do this again, I would hire her first and then my other vendors. Highly recommended! My perfect wedding day was one week ago, and without a doubt, the smartest decision I made since getting engaged was to hire Lindsey! She thinks of the questions you didn't know to ask, is always there for even the smallest decisions, and knows EVERYTHING about the process. I am still amazed at how well she made my vision come to life! Best. Planner. Ever.
Lindsey and Morgan were absolute god sends the day of my wedding. From answering my millions of questions leading up to the big day to handling literally everything the day of my wedding. It was honestly the best money we spent. My husband said it multiple times, Lindsey and Morgan were there to help when it unexpectedly started raining during our first look communicating with the venue, fixing my dress after it broke, making sure everything was running on time, creating the timeline for the day. Staying on top of the groomsmen to make sure they were on time, dressed and putting on all of their boutonnieres. I could go on for days, they were absolutely amazing and made my day run so smoothly. I can’t thank them enough!
We hired Elite Glamor Events after reading a review from another bride. I was really looking for someone to help me plan the day out and be there for me so I could enjoy my wedding day. Elite Glamor Events surpassed my expectations and made my day perfect! Everything leading up to the big day was handled by Lindsey, without whom I would be beyond lost. She is so organized and efficient it made me feel a million times better knowing she was handling planning out the timeline for the big day. Each time I emailed her with what I thought were silly questions, etc., Lindsey responded within a few hours and knew exactly what to say to either calm me down from my over-thinking or had the rational logic to make sense of the stressed out spiral I was in. When my husband and I met Alyssa and Stephanie, the girls who would be “running the show” on the wedding day, both of them were already prepped before meeting us and knew exactly what to say and knew what I was referring to when I spoke about vendors or details. It put me at ease to see how on top of things the whole team was. I have to admit that I felt so relaxed in the days leading up to the wedding and on my wedding day that I thought I was “doing this wedding thing wrong”. It was extremely helpful that Lindsey confirms all vendors prior to the wedding day, something I probably would not have done myself in the proper time frame. There was a hiccup with one of my vendors and Lindsey was right there to catch it and fix it all in the same day. Lindsey is so on top of things I didn’t have to stress out over anything she was involved in. Alyssa and Stephanie were at my house early and stepped right into their role of making sure things went smoothly. Even when there were a few slight issues that came up, they handled them with what seemed like a seamless transition to me. I would never have known if things were going off the rails behind the scenes because they both had a smile on their face and reassuring words that everything was being taken care of and there were no problems. It was EXACTLY what I needed. While doing all that, Stephanie and Alyssa were also reminding me to eat and take my medicine which is again what I needed knowing I would get caught up in the overwhelming day and forget to even go to the bathroom. Looking back, I am beyond grateful for all the hard work Lindsey, Stephanie and Alyssa put into making my wedding day so amazing. Without each of them, I would have been a stressed out disaster. I recommend this team of amazing ladies to anyone planning a wedding or any other type of event - these girls know how to handle everything!
I hired Elite Glamour Events for planning my March 26, 2017 wedding. In our first phone conversation Lindsey spent about 45 minutes talking about our vision for our wedding and I knew that she would be the perfect planner for us. My fiancé and I had a 2-year long engagement and I was not very proactive about planning. Lindsey would check in with me frequently but was never pushy. Whenever I had questions she was there to answer them and to provide multiple suggestions. Lindsey always promptly replies to emails, texts and phone calls. She went with us on our vendor search and asked questions we never thought to ask. On the day of my wedding, she brought Ashley to assist her. They took care of all the little details that a bride shouldn’t have to worry about. They were friendly and personable and handle all details with the vendors day of. I didn’t have to talk any vendors about last minute details. Lindsey picked up bagels for the bridesmaids, made sure that everyone stuck to the timeline, arranged my dress and our rings for the photographers and even painted one of my bridesmaid’s nails. Lindsey was right by side the entire time we were getting ready and right before I walked down the aisle. She brought me drinks; kept me calm and rounded up family and friends for photos. If you are looking for a planner/coordinator Lindsey is an absolute joy to work with. Our wedding would not have turned out as beautifully as it did, had it not been for her.

I honestly could not have pulled off my intimate backyard wedding without Lindsey and her team at Elite Glamour Events. Since my wedding was in my mom's backyard, I literally needed to book everything from a caterer to a restroom trailer on my own. Lindsey helped keep me organized and was there for me if I had any questions, day or night. On the day of the wedding, she and her team dealt with all the deliveries and vendors and all the chaos of setting up the tent, all I had to do was show up and get ready. She literally took all the stress and anxiety away and I am forever grateful! As an added bonus, Lindsey and team took amazing photos of my whole ceremony/reception set up, of me getting ready, and even the first look moment when my husband saw me for the first time in my dress. It is so special to have these memories captured and I wouldn't have them without Lindsey and Elite!
I got married June 3rd, 2016. I never planned on having a day of coordinator until I became a little overwhelmed with planning and executing everything on my own. Before I get too deep into my review let me explain, I am a bit of a neurotic and perfectionist (I had a 3" wedding planning binder before even meeting with Elite Glamour Events). Lindsey and her assistant Stephanie not only understood that this is meant to be the best day of any girls life, but also stood by me in ALL my decisions. From day one, Lindsey was willing to help with anything and everything from answering the smallest questions that I had, to even helping me pick out my wedding dress. On the day of my wedding my veil was misplaced in the hotel room and taken away by one of the cleaners there. With only 30 mins till my first look and a few hours before ceremony Lindsey and Steph jumped into action! They managed to track down my veil in one of the laundry bins in the hotel and bring it to the venue in the nick of time! I also handmade a bunch of signs and corn-hole boards which she made sure EVERYTHING was in the right place. (Even the flowers, when they showed up at the hotel I was a little iffy about some of the leaves put in there, but she made sure they were remove and it looked perfect!). Lindsey went out of her way I don't even know how many times to make sure that the big day went off without a hitch. I can't speak highly enough about Lindsey and Steph or Thank them enough for everything! You guys are truly something special!
Lindsey was amazing and kept everything running smoothly throughout the entire wedding day and allowed me to be stress free! She handled any issues that arose, made deliveries, steamed dresses, dealt with guests who arrived right in the middle of the processional, kept us on schedule so we could enjoy cocktail hour... I could go on and on. Her attention to detail and amazing organizational skills allowed my fiance and I to truly enjoy the day without any worries!
i had originally hired Lindsey because I was planning on having a beach ceremony but it's very difficult to get married on an island full of beaches-who would have guessed? that fell through, but I had already signed a contract with her-it's was honestly the best $550 I have ever spent. We took pictures on the beach instead and she kept everyone on track, fended off the park rangers, got us to leave on time, talked me down when I started to get nervous before the ceremony. She is worth every penny. Seriously amazing and the best.
