Elite Image Limousines provided incredible service for our wedding day. I booked Elite Image because Jon gave us really honest and great advice on how to structure our limo reservation. He totally could have gotten me to book extra limos but instead he advised me to book one and have it make multiple trips. Wow. That is a testament to what a quality service this company provides. No other company I requested quotes from did that. We also reserved an SUV pickup at the end of the night for my husband and I. All of the drivers were beyond professional, kind, and great drivers! Thank you for making the transportation a breeze!! The vehicles were all clean and in fantastic condition.

We used Elite Image Limousines for our wedding this summer. They were great, very flexible with last-minute changes the day of (my hair and makeup people were two hours late finishing!), and by far the most reasonably priced limo service. They were also the only limo company we could find with limos that looked perfect for a wedding (white and silver, really beautiful limos). Only complaints would be sometimes slow communication in the planning process and we had requested a driver and got another (sometimes they can't accommodate), but the driver we had did a great job. Overall we are really happy with this choice, they are a solid limo service and definitely trustworthy for your wedding or other important event!

I am so impressed and thrilled with this Limousine Company, they are fantastic. Their professionalism was the best I have seen in years! I cant tell you how happy I was using Elite Image Limousine. They treated me and my guests wonderful. The service provided was exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful and dealt with my anxieties so professionally. You don't have to worry about anything from cars, to service, to personnel when using these guys. They were friendly, prompt, reliable service. Drivers are nice and car are clean. We were referred to Elite through our coordinator. We had to go back and forth with them quite a bit in the beginning, but my husband talked to them and helped sort out the schedule. We used them for rehearsal and for the wedding. The shuttles were clean, on time, and the drivers were friendly. The only issue we ran into was getting contact information for the drivers. The drivers typically aren't assigned until the day of, so when one of them couldn't pull into the hotel, it was difficult to get in touch. (Advice: the transpo companies or your coordinator should make the hotel aware ahead of time of the size of the vehicles so everyone can coordinate.) Luckily, our coordinator helped us get in touch with the driver and they made it happen. We would recommend Elite!

It was really a last minute decision to have a limo take us to the venue from the hotel. The venue was really close, but because we were staying in downtown San Diego, we were concerned about getting everyone there on time. We also wanted a town car take my husband and I to the hotel after the wedding. My mom and I looked up reviews online for Limos, and we were shocked to see such drastic differences in reviews! Many of the bad reviews were due to the limo showing up late or not even showing up at all! We were a little nervous about finding someone, so we asked our wedding coordinator Julie (The Best Wedding for You), and she recommended Jon at Elite Image. We decided to use them, and were very happy with our experience! Not only was he on time, but he was there early! He was very polite and professional and reduced a lot of stress on the day of the wedding! We are so glad we went with then and would highly recommend Elite Image Limousines!

Our limo was great. We only needed them to get us from the venue to the hotel, but it was 5 Star Service! They came highly recommended for our wedding planner & I can see why! They helped me get into the limo- with my huge & tight dress. Made sure my groom & I had everything we needed, offering us water & other beverages. And a few weeks later they followed up with us to make sure the service was everything we wanted... total unexpected & so incredibly nice! Loved them!

The service they provided was excellent and the staff was exceptional! We used their limo service for wedding party transportation to the ceremony and reception, and we also hired a towncar from them to take us from the reception to the hotel at the end of the night. Both of the drivers were SO personable while simultaneously being so professional. We girls had a great time gabbing with the limo driver Maria on the way to the ceremony, and my husband and I had a great convo with the towncar driver at the end of the night. Above and beyond service for what I think was a very fair price, especially after calling around for quotes from other companies. I would highly recommend using them for your wedding and will use them in the future the next time we need limo services!

I was referred by my wedding planner. We only used them for 3 hours but that was perfect for us. The limos are clean and top notch..our was a Chrysler with the Delorean doors in gray. Sooooo cool..it fit 8 comfortably and was stocked with champagne for us. Our driver, Maria, was not familiar with the area it seemed and she had to be directed to where pictures were being taken, but overall that was the only glitch. The company and driver were professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend them. I felt very special in this vehicle on my wedding day!

I used this company for limos for the bridal party. The driver was on time both times for pick up and didn't get lost. My only complaint was that my contact person was difficult to get ahold of by email when I contacted him. But when my husband called, he received a response the day of or early the next day. There was a small problem with the limo on the way back (the driver had run something over and it was making a funny noise) so there was a bit of a delay in getting our family back to the hotel. Overall, I was satisfied with the service we received the day of our wedding but the service leading up to the day left a bit to be desired.

Jon at Elite was fantastic to work with! We were planning from far away and got everything taken care of via email... and it was exactly as expected. And very well priced vs. other transportation companies. We especially liked our driver, Clint. Super nice, personable and knew shortcuts through downtown! Thanks so much for helping us get our guests around town on our wedding day.

We used Elite for our wedding day. We had an exceptionally large wedding party and got the Hummer Limo as well as a Chrysler 300 limo. John and his staff were very helpful and professional from beginning to end. When we ran late and we were stressed out they even reminded us to slow down and enjoy our wedding day. We would highly recommend them and use them again should we have the need.

WE had shuttles from hotel to rehearsal dinner adn then also to the wedding. We also had 2 limos for the wedding - they were professional and affordable - great company - reliable!

Our driver was on time, friendly and enjoyable. She got us everywhere we needed to be, she was flexible when timing was changed and the limo itsself was new, clean and fun.
