My fiancé hired Alana because we had come to the conclusion that, due to our busy schedules, if we didn’t hire a coordinator we wouldn’t get married until 2030. It was the best thing we did. Alana found venues and photographers, and music and …everything that we needed. She clarified packages, assisted with pricing, made suggestions to fill gaps, pre-reviewed contracts for us, helped us set up a beautiful website, built schedules, helped with invitations and RSVP’s, the list goes on and on. She literally was on every detail, was so responsive, and made the process so easy. We so appreciated her attention to detail up to the event, and on the wedding weekend she took care of the inevitable unanticipated challenges that came up so that we could simply enjoy our day. Our guests commented on the amazing attention to detail that Alana, her team, and all of the people that made the event happen brought to the day. I received a text from Alana on our wedding day that said “Dear groom enjoy your day…. …I’ve got the details.” She masterfully took care of every one. My wife and I highly recommend retaining Alana’s services for any event planning. We purchased her most comprehensive package and the value that we received was worth twice the investment.
