AJ, Doug and their team are absolutely amazing! I bought my fiancé a gorgeous engagement ring and subsequent wedding rings from them and it's been the best experience in the world! AJ will help you customize your ring, work within your budget and give you the real scoop from not only a retailers point of view but also from an insiders view. It's truly astonishing what markup is at some of the big box retailers (not mentioning any names) but if you want a Nordstrom service experience with fantastic values and personalized touch-Elite is the BEST!

Most beautiful rings/jewelry collection I’ve seen. It was so hard to pick one! My fiancé and I were so pleased with their hospitality and hands on approach to helping us get our perfect dream ring. Highly highly recommend !!
