Elite Limousine

I had booked Elite limousine for my wedding transportation back in February of 2021. Fast forward to a few weeks before the wedding which was 9/17/22, I had a hard time getting a hold of someone to make my final payment and to go over the timeline of pick ups. I ended up sending an email as days went by and I heard nothing. I got a phone call, and they said they were having phone issues. Paid the balance and sent the timeline. I was told they could only do 2 pickups on the way back which didn’t seem like enough since I would have more people taking the shuttle back then from the hotels to the venue. I was told if I wanted 3 pickups, they would charge me a fuel surcharge of $250. Mins you, the venue was 7 mins from the hotels. I tried talking to the owner Alex, who was very condescending. He also explained to me that I only had the bus for 6 hours, not 8 hours. I asked where this was stated and was told the contract. All the contract stated was “timeline”. This conversation took place on Monday before the wedding. Tuesday, I tried to go over this once again with Andrea and to verify the timeline I had came up with would work, and I got rushed off the phone bc they were “so busy”. Wednesday, 3 days before the wedding, I get a call stating the bus “broke down” and they would need to cancel. What BS is that?! That bus didn’t break down…they realized they were wrong and were going to loose out on money. They are unprofessional, rude and I’m pretty sure this place is going out of business. DO NOT BOOK! They will cancel on you last minute and leave you in a bind!
