This review is for Thomas dba; Elite Mobile Entertainment. My fiancée and I hired Thomas for his DJ Service at our wedding that was originally scheduled for April 4, 2020. When we hired Thomas, we signed a contract in June 2019, we paid a $30...0 deposit, and then on March 1, 2020, we paid the remaining amount of $1306. When we hired Thomas, we had all intentions of using his service on the date originally scheduled. All of our wedding planning over the past year and half was for everything to take place on that date, postponing or rescheduling was furthest from our mind. However, a tragedy struck the world, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, from the President on down to the Governor of the State of Arizona, have stopped all social gatherings, which includes our wedding for April 4, 2020. We informed Thomas of this, we worked with all of the different vendors we hired for our wedding and we were able to set a new date of October 17, 2020. However, Thomas was unable to provide his DJ service on this date. He did provide other dates that he would be available but none of those dates worked. We then asked Thomas for refund and he completely refused to refund us, but continued to provide dates of his availability. In our conversations with Thomas he brought up the contract about cancelling or postponing, we in turn talked to him about what is going on with the coronavirus and that it was Government leaders postponing our wedding and it was not our intentions, Thomas would not move an inch. We have since informed Thomas of three options, either provide us DJ service for October 17, 2020, provide us with an alternate DJ at no additional cost, or refund the fee that we paid. Thomas has refused. Unfortunately, we have had to give Thomas an ultimatum to provide us with one of the three items. Based on Thomas continued refusal we will be taking legal action against Thomas .
