Elite Parking Systems Group has been in business since 1954. Our group is the ONLY local company to provide hospitality-infused valet parking and greeting services, and is geared to improve the hospitality, service, and overall positive image of each facility and event we serve. We use training methods derived from “The Disney® Approach” and “Marriott© International Guest Service Training” modules to ensure all guests receive a personalized greeting upon arrival, and unprecedented service all the way through their departure. We administer hospitality training programs and guide each of our staff to provide not only valet parking, but unmatched services such as personally welcoming every guest we come in contact with a pre-scripted, personalized greeting just for your event (i.e. "Good evening, welcome to the [name] wedding"). We also hold all vehicle doors open for multiple passengers, we offer to assist guests with their belongings to and from the facility (or home), we jog to retrieve each vehicle to lessen any wait time, as well as provide several other enhanced services that no other valet company provides; your guests will be pampered before they even walk in the door. We are the only local company within the valet parking industry that provides these hospitality enhanced services.
