He Insisted we keep the bride's delicate and intricate bouquet out of water, while I advised that to not be a good idea, he became impatient and at one point, physically removed me from the room as I was speaking with the bride. I work for a very highly respectable florist and wedding planning company in the area, I would advise other vendors or brides that have not worked with this company to think twice. I received countless apologizes from the bride that day for his behavior yet, nothing from Jim. In my experience, he is on his own agenda with little regard for others. Including the bride as she had witnessed the whole thing and should not have been the one trying to diffuse the situation on her wedding day.
