We are truly sorry that your original photographer accepted a new employment opportunity and was forced to relocate out of state, and had to be replaced. We are also sorry that your second photographer tested positive for covid the day before your wedding. As much as she wanted to be at your wedding, we could not allow her to subject you and your guests to getting sick. But, we pride ourselves on having backup photographers within our company and we were happy to still be able to capture your wedding day. Your satisfaction is important to us and as you mentioned, it has been over 14 months since your wedding. Because it can be hard to remember all the details of your day after that amount of time, we reviewed your online gallery of images for you and are happy to share that we see images of the items that you mentioned you did not think were captured. Your images of you coming down the aisle are 452-458. Your photographer tried to capture you coming down the aisle and also get images of you from behind. He wanted you to be able to see how you looked and how your guests saw you as you walked down the aisle. In regards to your first kiss, there are over a dozen images taken from the center aisle of the church. It was such a wonderful moment to capture. We found that none of your first kiss images were captured from the balcony, although your photographer did go to the balcony to get some photos during your ceremony. Lastly, from after the recessional through your reception, there are a total of 135 images of the two of you taken together, plus many more taken during your ceremony. In reviewing your photography booking, we see that you opted to go with a digital only package, which does not include any type of Wedding Album or Memory Book. Your wedding day is so special that it would be wonderful to look back on it with fond memories. We feel very confident that we can create a beautiful design and an amazing keepsake with the collection of images from your wedding day. If you are interested in us helping you with a keepsake, please contact us any time. We would love to show you how amazing your wedding photos can retell the story of your wedding day.
