Elite Wedding Planning LLC, had that award winning effect on us from the moment we met him. Rich immediately made us feel at ease, with his calm and comforting presence, to his insightful planning expertise. As our day of planner for a winter holiday wedding, he spent the year leading up to the event setting up detail-oriented planning sessions. The meetings, over Zoom or phone, gave us a compass to guide us throughout the planning process. His expertise in planning always ensured we never missed a detail. Each meeting was followed with a summary of the discussion, along with next steps for us, so that we always remained prepared and mindful, and never caught off guard. Leading up the wedding itself, Rich eventually takes over communication with the vendors. This proved to be beyond value, as the burden of wedding day stress was lifted off our shoulders, as we felt confidence in Rich to keep matters organized. For example, the night before the wedding, our transportation for the bridal party was in a car-accident, and thankfully no one was hurt. Instead of becoming a chaotic event that we needed to manage right before the wedding, Rich handled it to the point that it was a brief one-minute update to us, as he handled the arrangements for transportation back-up. The day of the wedding, Rich truly shined and many of our guests commented on how great of a job he did in communicating and managing the shuffling of events. Other vendors spoke highly of Rich, and we saw the evidence to support it by how smoothly all of our vendors were able to work – from the DJ, photographer, venue, and more. The next day, as a married couple, we often turned to each other and ask how something got done. How did that day turn out to be so efficient, thoughtful, and magical? And we knew why it was so Elite, and it was Rich, time and time again.
