Please B Seated was amazing! My husband and I used PBS for tabletop, linen, and kitchen rentals for our 8/12/23 wedding at a private estate in Mattituck. We worked with Lisa from the Watermill Studio. Lisa was so sweet and so helpful throughout the planning process. During our consultation, she was patient and helped guide our decision making because there were just so many options to choose from! She was very responsive to emails and worked well with our caterer and our planner to make sure we had everything we needed. We were able to make changes to our order up until the week of the wedding. Delivery came the day before the wedding and everything was accounted for. The quality of the items was excellent, and we can't thank them enough for helping us make our day so special!

I was very happy with our chair, linen, and table rentals from Please B Seated. I kept adding/changing rental items and Diane was super responsive and easy to work with. Prices were super reasonable as well. I highly recommend.

Ellen with PBS was a rockstar. I kept adding/changing rental items and she handled it all so well. They came all the way from Long Island (we got married on the CT/RI border) and were fantastic with setup and everything. Our rentals were in excellent condition and just how I pictured! Pricing is very reasonable and I was so happy with how everything turned out!

The tents were beautiful (we recommend going the extra $ for the clear tents) and the crew did a great job setting them and taking them down. We had a backyard wedding so our venue was tight and it worked out great and everything was left in perfect shape. Would definitely recommend!

Quick and easy transaction. Ordered the white washed chairs for our wedding. Delivery, pick up, switch up in the middle, everything went so smooth. Professional staff. Placing the order was seemless, changing it prior to our wedding day due to a change in venue, Please b seated was just great to work with.

While the quality of the items rented were in excellent condition the crew who delivered it wasn’t exactly up to par. Unfortunately they arrived late to the limited time we had available to set up. The delivery crew was smoking marijuana at the event location not even in a hidden manner

Ellen at Please B Seated was wonderful to work with for my August wedding! After changing our venue due to COVID restrictions, I knew I wanted to rent a few items to dress up the space. Ellen helped me with endless linen samples until I found the perfect colors and patterns. I also rented larger items such as bars, Adirondack chairs, and a sweetheart table. Everything was easy to coordinate, affordable, and was set up and picked up with no issues. Highly recommend using Please B Seated for your event! Their prices are extremely competitive for the area.

Our wedding planner recommended Please B Seated and we are so glad that we went with them for our wedding! We rented 2 tents with lights, tables, chairs, heaters, cocktail tables, bar top, fabrics and chair covers from them. They came 2 days before our wedding to set everything up and picked it up a few days after the event. Dan at PSB was so great to deal with! Since our wedding ended up being in CT we had to provide the propane for the heaters and when we had issues finding a place to purchase the propane, Dan helped us find a company that would deliver it. Everything looked so beautiful and we highly recommend PSB!!

Top Notch company. Please B Seated has a wide array of choices to fit your style. We did a backyard wedding with a cottage feel and Ellen hit the mark! The tables, chairs, china, and cutlery was remarkable. It not only impressed our guests and us, but it made for remarkable pictures. Highly recommend!

This rental company is far better than any others I’ve used and I’m a chef/caterer. Please be seated provides personalized service at an unbeatable price. The communication is always open for add-ons and even at the last minute. They’re timely and even have nice truckers. Five stars!

I cannot explain how amazing this company is! I cannot say enough about Nora, her team and the product she delivered. A few weeks before I got married I received a quote from a popular NYC based rental company and it was outrageous. I reached out to Nora and heard back from her right away. She was incredibly responsive and never once made me feel like a pain in the butt no matter how many times I changed or added the item list. The products they offer are also way better than any 'popular' rental company **Cough cough**Broadway rentals** cough **cough. Save your money, get a better product and work with Nora! I will never ever recommend anyone else or any other company. Thank you for making the rentals the easiest part of wedding planning!

Please Be Seated is our #1 choice always - they are superb! Their inventory is perfect for our company's food - upscale, elegant and also homey. We've worked with them for years and I can honestly say I've never had a single complaint. Last but definitely not least, their customer service is BEYOND good.... they know their catalog, respond immediately, and are always available for questions and advice. I can't recommend them highly enough :)

When another vendor didn't have what we needed, I immediately set out to find someone who did. I am so happy to have found Please B Seated. My contact, Daniel, was extremely helpful. There wasn't time for a site visit so I sent him a picture of my yard with some rough dimensions. Everything worked out perfectly. We ordered the rattan sofas, half barrel cocktail tables, low hedge tables with a white top and white padded folding chairs. Not one guest left without commenting on the hedge tables! It was a lovely addition to this event. I will definitely use Please B Seated for future events!

Please B Seated is so fabulous to work with - Nora in particular! Not only did we appreciate the variety of items to rent and styles of furniture but their efforts to accommodate our every change and demand was flawless. I will absolutely use PBS in the future and recommend to any party needing rentals!

Overall we are happy with our experience with Please B Seated. We hired them for our backyard wedding on June 30th. Email communication was quick and easy throughout the planning process. They delivered our chairs 2 days before as planned, however, they did not bring the ones we ordered. I called our point person, Nora, to tell her about the mixup and she was extremely quick to apologize and rectify the situation by offering to bring the correct chairs the next day. For ease of time and setup we decided to keep the chairs that were delivered (rustic wooden chairs with burlap seat cushion instead of ivory) because even though they were not our first choice, we wound really liking them and how they fit with our rustic/garden theme. They were beautiful, quality chairs and were in great condition. Overall we would recommend hiring Please B Seated despite the mixup in delivery.
