After returning we attempted to reach out to Eliza to figure out the next steps. After weeks of emails from us simply looking for an answer/reply, we never heard back from her. By ignoring our many emails and not giving us a reply either way we felt ignored, sad and confused. All we wanted was a resolution so we could continue with our plans, but we never heard back from her. The entire experience put a damper on the start of our wedding planning process, something that I have thought about for so long. After weeks of no response, we started looking for a new photographer. Luckily we found someone great, who responds to emails..

She makes it so easy for you to be yourself in your photos and has nothing but kind words and recommendations to suit any situation. She is extremely adventurous and flexible. dest dreams! Eliza shot our engagement session just 2 days before our wedding on the top of a mountain ( she discovered this gorgeous place on a hike with her family for us). We were in the full bright sun which is almost impossible to shoot without squinty eyes and all other kinds of problems but she shot the most gorgeous pictures I've ever seen in my life!! I never like pictures of myself and my husband is pretty critical as well ( he says he has a good side for pictures haha) but when I saw a glimpse of our shoot my jaw dropped to the floor and tears of joy went streaming down my face! My husband was incredibly shocked and happy! We didn't want the portrait style pictures , we wanted pictures that truly captured our love and who we are and she did that and so much more! Eliza's kindness, positive spirit and energy , patience and just overall awesomeness creates an atmosphere that would make anyone feel happy , confident and comfortable. Eliza then shot our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner and did another beyond expectations job , she captured everything we wanted and more! Eliza listens with care and the biggest heart to make sure everything we wanted was captured!She has a family of her own and stayed super late with a smile on her face and positive energy!!! Even with young children she was always available to answer questions or listen to my desires! The next day she shot our wedding day!! I get tears in my eyes when I think about how amazing and talented she is! Eliza is a magical person and photographer , her work is as perfect and even better than the greatest artist and sculptures of ancient roman history. We went to Italy for our honeymoon and all I could think about when we saw the most famous art in the world was that Eliza's work would've made the history books as well! It was rainy, cloudy, and sunny on our wedding day and Eliza created the most incredible breathtaking pictures I've ever seen!! I can't even believe it's us in the pictures! Again, I am incredibly insecure about pictures of me but she, with great love, passion and the most talented vision took pictures that are a true work of art. I hope that everyone possible can have Eliza as their photographer! I hope that she can capture our love again one day! There is absolutely NOTHING even slightly negative about Eliza Jane Photography , I'd give her an infinity star rating everyday !! Eliza is a one of a kind photographer and person and anyone that crosses her path is blessed!!
