Planning and coordinating a wedding can be an extremely hectic process. We are here to help with this process allowing you to savor every moment of your day. Our services range from day-of coordinating to full-service. We serve Dayton & Cincinnati but will also travel. Our company have been helping brides for over 17 years create weddings of their dreams.
Our three packages include a full-service package where we handle all the planning details. This is for the busy couple that do not have time to plan their wedding. The responsibility of the wedding will fall on us to make sure everything is done. The next package is a partial planning package where we jump on board and help the couple plan from now until the wedding. And then we have a day-of management package where we assist with a timeline/day-of logistics 3-4 months out from wedding, do your vendor confirmations, help with ceremony planning, run the rehearsal, and then two lead coordinators manage the day for you. We can assist with décor set up and work as a team with the photographer, caterer, and DJ making sure everything runs smoothly for you. At the lend of the night, we can gather your personal items and help with removing them from the venue.
We limit ourselves to about 10 weddings a year to give a more personalized approach to our couples.
Packages start at $1800 depending on package chose, location of wedding, and amount of set-up/breakdown that will be required on the day of the event.

Betsey was amazing to work with, and made our day go off without a hitch! Not only did she help us realize our dream wedding through her expertise, but she also put us in touch with some amazing vendors. I would highly recommend her!
Betsey was an amazing event planner. We hired her for a large corporate employee event (over 600 people). I could not have imagined planning the event without Betsey's expertise. She was there for us the entire way as well as the evening of the event. She knew all of the local vendors and all of her recommendations turned out perfect. We spent a lot of money on our event, but by far the best money we spent was on Betsey! I would highly recommend Betsey!
We decided quickly in the planning process we wanted a day-of coordinator to create a timeline and allow us to really enjoy the day. Betsey did so much more than being a day-of coordinator. She provided suggestions and guidance from day one. Her timeline was perfection and she ensured every aspect of our day was perfect. I didn't worry for even a second the whole day. She is an INCREDIBLE value. Do yourself a favor and book Betsey!!
It was a wonderful experience working with Betsey. She helped with our day of coordination because we wanted to be very hands on with our planning, but needed a little extra assistance on the day of so that we were able to be stress free! The day turned out to be everything we had wanted. It was so magical showing up to our venue and seeing our vision come to life. She was very good at keeping the night running smoothly so that we did not have to worry. She had a great rapport with all the vendors and the venue and we would highly recommend her and her team if you are looking for wedding coordination in the Dayton area!
We hired Betsey to help coordinate our wedding that we were planning from across the country. She was absolutely a joy to work with and it was clear she has ample experience in her field. She was incredibly personable, professional, trustworthy and truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt as stress free as possible. She even allowed us to drop off table decor at her house prior to our wedding. We would highly recommend her!
It was our first wedding as parents. I wanted help the day of the wedding because I didn’t know what I was doing. Betsey and her assistant made it happen! We could enjoy the day with our daughter. The timeline flowed smoothly and everything went well. Betsey helped with the ceremony, made the timeline and worked with our vendors, set up and packed up! Money well spent! We would hire her again!
I hired Betsey for my wedding in October and it was the best decision I made in the planning process! I chose the package that included help with planning and "day of" coordination. I got engaged at the end of May, so I only had 4 months to plan the wedding, and I couldn't have done it without Betsey! I live in Cincinnati and I'm not familiar with the Dayton area, but Betsey has years of experience and was able to find great vendors for me on short notice. She was very well organized, thorough, and always quick to respond to my emails & questions. She attended vendor meetings with me and reassured me when I got stressed out. On the wedding day, she was LIFE SAVING. She coordinated with all the vendors and directed the setup while I was getting ready. She was working behind the scenes the whole day so that I could enjoy my wedding day. When problems arose, she solved them so I didn't have to stress. If you are wondering whether it's worth the money to hire a wedding planner, I can say hiring Elizabeth Anne Events was absolutely worth every penny!! I would highly recommend them to anyone getting married in the Dayton area!
Betsey and Paula were absolutely fantastic as day of coordinators and I can't recommend them enough. Not only do they take care of all the behind the scenes stuff on your big day, but Betsey came along to meetings with the venue and caterer and worked with all our vendors to create a timeline for everyone.
We initially hired Elizabeth Anne Events just to be “peace of mind” on my daughter’s wedding day that everything was as it was supposed to be. But having Betsey on board was so much more than that. Neither my daughter nor I were in the Dayton area which makes things a little difficult to start. And planning during covid, with one postponement, really complicates things. But Betsey made everything so easy. She knew all of our vendors, and already had a good relationship with all of them. She supervised the setup of the room, and made sure that everything moved along as scheduled. I really don’t know what we would have done without her. Truth be told, I hesitated to spend money on a wedding planner, but I can honestly say that it was worth every penny and then some! Cannot say enough nice things about the expertise that she will bring to your event
Extremely professional. Betsey works wonderful with the vendors. She helped smooth a rough situation and is there for the wedding couple not the vendors. She keeps everything running smooth to truly keep the stress off the wedding party. Highly recommended .
Hiring Elizabeth Anne events was the best thing I did as mother of the bride! We hired them for “day of” services. We met with Betsey well in advance of the wedding date and she went over all the wedding specifics with us even things we had not even thought of. We discovered Betsey was well connected with the Dayton wedding scene and was familiar with most of our vendors. She was able to give helpful advice about our venue and caterers. At our first meeting Betsey created a timeline for the rehearsal dinner and wedding day which helped us as we continued to make our own specific plans for each event. Betsey and my daughter stayed in contact about wedding details even through their Covid-canceled wedding. She helped us to re-plan for the new wedding date as well During the wedding week Betsey contacted the vendors with all the information to ensure everyone knew our plans and for us to know theirs. While she did all of this we got to focus on the fun things not having to worry about all the little details. At the rehearsal Betsey directed the practice with an 18-person wedding party-she kept everything moving along. All we were responsible for was bringing all the decorations to the venue for them to use on wedding day. I also provided Betsey with all the vendor tip envelopes which she distributed for us. The wedding day arrived and Betsey was in contact with us as needed during that day through texts. She had everything under control and we didn’t worry about anything-all we had to do was get dressed and show up. It was an amazing feeling knowing that all we had to focus on was enjoying the day. After the ceremony during the room flip for the reception Betsey made sure the table decorations and favors were done exactly as my daughter had planned. I was glad to know Betsey was available to help but I never once had to go to her for help-she was working things behind the scenes so we didn’t have to worry. At the end of the reception Betsey and her assistant helped us gather all of the decorations, leftover flowers/favors and gifts and helped us get them loaded into cars. I was very appreciative of Betsey and her team on the wedding day. She worked behind the scenes taking care of all the little details while we enjoyed the wedding. I highly recommend Elizabeth Anne events to anyone planning a wedding-you will be very glad you did!
Betsey was fantastic! She helped us through the always changing rules/guidlelines covid brought. I was hesitant to hire a wedding planner, but it made my day extremely stress free! I would definitely do it again:)
We couldn't have pulled off our wedding day so successfully without Elizabeth Anne Events! We found so much value in consulting with Betsey who is a professional from the industry, to really guide us through the several choices and decisions we had to make while planning and executing a wedding. In fact, Betsey brought up several details we never even thought of. She was also instrumental in our venue walk through and rehearsal. On the day of, even though we had a tricky one-hour room flip from ceremony to reception, and an unusually large bridal party, Betsey remained organized, directed everyone flawlessly, and was able to make sure everything went off without a hitch. I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding day, because I knew we were in such great hands. At the end of the wedding night she stayed to make sure all our items we brought were packaged and organized and loaded up in the cars. We are so grateful for Elizabeth Anne Events.

We were so happy we chose Betsey to plan and coordinate our wedding. She has been working in the field for a while so she directed us to excellent vendors. She eliminated all of the independent research I would have had to do and saved so much time. She is professional and honest. She would present options to my fiancé and me. Then we would make a decision together. She was also the liaison between us and the vendors. The day of the wedding was perfect. We trusted Betsey to make last minute decisions and she made sure everything executed at the right time. We spent none of our wedding worried a out the distribution of food , people or drinks.
Elizabeth Events is a lifesaver! Betsey was my wedding planner for our Fall 2019 wedding. I wanted a fall wedding and wasn't too picky, or so I thought and went ahead and booked a date. Then, as a person who never particularly thought about a wedding realized I...knew nothing about weddings. Well, in swooped Betsey. She spent her time helping me narrow down choices making the phone calls, emails and setting up tastings. We discussed what I really wanted, what I did not care about and what I should care about. She rolled with every curve ball I threw her and she is creative, organized, patient, calm, kind and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
Betsey was a dream to work with! She helped us figure out exactly how we wanted our wedding day to go and made it happen. She offered great advice, especially on decisions we hadn’t thought about. I had zero concerns the day of our wedding (minus rain, but no one can control that!) and Betsey was a large reason for that. It was a magical day that could be enjoyed by my husband and I and our mothers, worry free!
Betsey was amazing! I had just moved and started a new job and felt the stress of planning a wedding. She completely took away all my stress and worries. She took care of not only the timeline but also communicated to all vendors for us. It made not only our wedding day a breeze but the weeks leading up to to it. We cannot recommend Betsey enough!
Can I give 6 stars!? Betsey and her team were simply amazing. We used her Day of Service. What piece of mind it was having her run the day! From ideas, timelines, set up, decor and tear down and so much more, I told her I’d never plan another wedding without her. As the Mother of the bride, I didn’t have to worry about a thing!! Betsey's reviews are what drew me to her ... so it's only right that I leave one of my own! I echo everything that has already been said: having Betsey on board was one of my best decisions ever! It was as if a weight was lifted from my shoulders the minute we spoke on the phone. I started the planning process with a total DIY mindset. That quickly changed as I discovered what truly went into wedding planning, but Betsey helped me stay completely hands-on and involved while expertly navigating the fine details. Two things that sold me on Betsey's day-of coordination package were the on-site meeting (held 2 months in advance) and detailed, personalized timeline. Betsey wore so many hats on the day of the wedding! She started by picking up my flowers from Floral V, placing individual greens for table runners, coordinating placement of food stations, and calming my nerves. She lit all of the many candles I had placed both at my ceremony site and reception with perfect timing. She worked closely with our DJ to coordinate the wedding processional, and her assistant kindly held my train as dad and I walked to the aisle :) After the ceremony, Betsey was the one who bustled my dress, and she seamlessly coordinated all of the reception components. She worked so well with all of our vendors! Her warmth and kind nature were the perfect addition to our small, intimate reception. She also refused to let me throw my Floral V bouquet in the toss (THANK YOU) and somehow crafted a beautiful toss bouquet in about 5 minutes??? She is a jack of all trades. We ended the night with sparklers and s'mores (rather than a sparkler exit, we were able to enjoy more time with our guests after photos were taken - another amazing Betsey idea!). I could go on for days. I highly highly recommend Elizabeth Anne Events to any and every bride looking to be hands on during her big day, but needing some extra help. Thank you Betsey!
Hiring Betsey was one of the best decisions I made during the planning process. She met with me and my fiance multiple times, creating a timeline, working out details, and providing design recommendations, as well as acompanied us to the venue, making certain everything was in place. She contacted all of my vendors leading up to my wedding, making certain everyone was on the same page. On the day of my wedding, Betsey and her assistant Paula were literally life savers! It rained all day and I was insistent on having the wedding ceremony outside in the forest. Betsey coordinated all of my guests and vendors and made sure my dream wedding went off without a hitch! I thought I could plan my wedding by myself but with my busy schedule I realized I was getting behind on wedding planning. I found Elizabeth Anne events through the knot and hired Betsey about 3 months before my wedding. She was well organized and helped us through the last few months of wedding planning. She also made sure everything the day of my wedding went smoothly. She was very nice and relieved a lot of stress from me leading up to the big day. I recommend her for any of your wedding planning needs!

Betsey did an exceptional job, both prior to the wedding and on the wedding day. Betsey's assistant Paula was also a great help on the wedding day. It was a pleasure working with Betsey, and I highly recommend her.
When my now husband (!) and I first decided to get married in my hometown of Dayton, we knew we would need one things above all: a stellar wedding planner. We are both located in Chicago, and know next to nothing about the Dayton wedding market-- and we needed an expert.
And an expert is just what we got! Betsey was attentive and dedicated from day 1. We didn't have to worry about most anything-- she was on top of it. She kept things organized and vendors aligned, bringing us in for decision-making (and showing patience when it might take awhile for us to respond because of travel!). She had a billion ideas and was super open to ours. We could only come to Dayton once every few months, and when we did, she would have all of our meetings scheduled and beautifully timed and with all of these absolutely incredible vendors. Nothing felt difficult-- just fun!
The one piece of advice I received from almost everyone was this-- on the day of, just let get go and don't worry about anything. With Betsey and her amazing assistant, we didn't have anything to worry about! Things went so smoothly-- vendors were paid, party was cleaned, and everyone was happy, well fed, well watered, and well danced.
I'm pretty bummed that we don't have anything else to plan right now with Betsey-- so Betsey, get ready for some future baby shower! THANK YOU so very much for making our day-- our entire year-- just so much fun!!
Hiring Elizabeth Anne Events was the best decision for my daughter’s wedding! Betsey was detail oriented, extremely knowledgeable of vendors and all things wedding! She met with us regularly and offered to meet anytime we were feeling nervous or had questions....she continually helped us feel at ease throughout the whole process and helped make our big day run so smoothly. I just can't say enough about Betsey. I hired her as a day-of-coordinator and I don't know what we would have done without her. She and her assistant made everything run so smoothly and I felt nothing but confidence that they had everything under control. Plus Betsey was on top of all the details weeks before the actual wedding. She finalized everything with our vendors and even got us $150 back from our florist after catching a mistake in the bill! Betsey was always super responsive and willing to offer her expertise on every part of the wedding process. The icing on the (wedding) cake was her very reasonable fee--hundreds less than the other wedding planners in our area. Hire Betsey! You won't regret it.
We hired Betsey and her fabulous team as day-of coordinators for our Cincinnati wedding in June 2016. Betsey met with me several times before the wedding to create a timeline and also reached out to all my vendors ahead of time. On the day of the wedding, Betsey did an amazing job of making sure everything was seamless... from the flowers at the venue, to the timeline of the speeches and first dances, and making sure we had everything we needed to take home at the end of the night. I am a very A typical woman who, like a lot of brides, wanted everything to be perfect for my wedding. I picked a venue that only offered the building so I had to organize everything down to the tiniest detail. I had a very generous budget to work with but everything adds up so quickly and when I looked into a wedding coordinator, everyone was so expensive that I wasn’t going to use one. Until, the stress finally took a toll on me. I searched on The Knot app, the BEST WEDDING TOOL, and found Elizabeth Events. I met with Betsey and immediately felt at ease and booked her right then. She made sure that I was on track with my scheduling and reminded me of things I need to do. I worked with Taylor for the rehearsal dinner and both ladies for the day of the wedding. I was not overwhelmed at all on my wedding day. I trusted Betsey and Taylor with everything and if anything went wrong (as it is inevitable) I was unaware of it. Everything went smoother once I hired on Betsey. I highly recommend using Elizabeth Events to help you with your wedding! My wedding turned out to be the most beautiful, stress-free event, and I will always remember it as being the best day of my life as opposed to chaos and random crises!
I hired Betsey based upon reviews I read online and I'm so glad I did. She went above and beyond to make sure all details were perfect on the wedding day. She communicated with vendors and confirmed contracts so that I didn't have to worry about the details. There were 3 hours in between our ceremony and reception and Betsey assisted with set up while we took pictures. I had no concerns or worries that it wouldn't be perfect upon arrival. And it was. She is incredibly responsive to emails and answered any questions I had. She was very knowledgeable about the entire process and made sure that everything was accounted for. She had contacts with many vendors and helped me choose the best ones for me. She literally made sure everything was perfect. I would recommend her to any bride who is planning her dream wedding.
Our wedding was beautiful, fun, and stress-free, all because of Betsey! From planning to the day of, she handled every aspect of our wedding. My husband and I both have full time jobs in D.C., and we are both in graduate school, so there was no time to plan a wedding. Betsey emailed us about once a week to ask our preference for flowers, food, etc, which was extremely considerate given our busy schedules. The day of was absolutely wonderful. I have no idea what disasters may have occurred behind the scenes because Betsey took care of everything. I highly recommend Elizabeth Events. I could not have asked for a better, wedding experience!
Our wedding had a lot of DIY components, and we went with a rustic barn sort of feel. My wife wanted to be very hands on and do a lot of the work herself, but when it came to the day of the wedding it was very important to both of us that we were hands off and able to enjoy the day without the little nuances and issues popping up.
Enter Betsey.
She was exactly what we were looking for. The groomsmen and myself got to the barn a little early to hang some lights and do some basic setup, but after we left to get ready and start the pictures Betsey and her assistant took care of all the rest of the setup, most importantly the centerpieces. From around 1pm until the end of the night, my wife and I were just able to coast through the day and take in as many memories as possible, Betsey handled the rest.
She helped coordinate the ceremony; who should be where at what time, and when should they start walking. She talked with all the vendors to make sure they were on the same schedule. She worked with the photographer to make the family pictures part fly by (and we have big italian family on my side!). Our caterer ran out a couple of the primary beers, so she worked with them to get replacements from the store. From our point of view, the day went off without a single noticeable hitch...and that was no doubt a testament to Betsey's services.
She was also very helpful during the wedding planning phase portion. As I said my wife was very hands on during all of the planning, so Betsey mostly stood aside and let us run with it. She provided some helpful reminder emails and helped a little with the budget and scheduling parts too.
Overall we highly recommend Betsey if you're looking for a great stress shield on the day of your wedding. She offered a great service for a good price, and executed her end flawlessly, what more could you ask for?
We had 9 months to plan our wedding, which was a challenge in and of itself. On top of that, we were getting married 5 hours away. We felt great about our planning up until 2 months before the wedding and decided we needed a day-of coordinator to ensure everything was executed. My husband and I met with Betsy and shared our vision, vendor list, expectations, etc. Within a couple of weeks she had contacted each of our vendors directly and was able to put together a minute-by-minute timeline for the entire day. This included every detail of the day (hair and makeup times for each bridesmaid, when we would arrive to the Church, the order of the reception, etc.) Having this timeline was a game changer for us as we hadn't nailed down EXACTLY how the day would go ourselves. On the day of the rehearsal and the wedding, Betsy and her assistants were there by our sides making sure everything went according to plan. She mediated at the reception before we got there and even dropped off our gifts in our hotel room after the wedding so we didn't have to worry about them! The best part about this team was that we didn't even have to think about them...we trusted that they were taking care of everything and they really did! We would highly recommend their services.
Betsey is simply the best. I needed a LOT of help planning my wedding from afar (I live in NYC) and she was simply amazing. Her knowledge of local vendors and her relationships with them were key. She always responded quickly to my emails, no matter how stupid they were. :) In the final and very stressful month leading up to the wedding, she kept my sanity in check by helping me and supporting me with anything I needed. The day of my wedding, she helped with snafus that arose with a calm attitude and I never once worried about a thing, knowing that she was in control. She is a wonderful person and a phenomenal wedding planner and I am SO GRATEFUL that I had her. You will be, too! :)

Before the wedding, Betsey helped with every step of planning. I live out of state, so my face-to-face time with Betsey and vendors was limited, but she helped make the process very efficient so I got the most out of my planning trips. She is a great communicator by phone and email. She also works with some great vendors but was open to trying new things (for example, Elizabeth Events had never done a wedding at my venue or with the florist I chose, but Betsey did an awesome job coordinating with both vendors).
On the day of, Betsey made sure everything went smoothly. There were definitely some little hiccups that I heard about later (there always are) but Betsey just handled them and made sure I had nothing to worry about other than having a great time. We loved our wedding, and I am so thankful we decided to work with Betsey. I think my Mom and I are still sane because we had her help. Betsey is worth every penny!
I hired Bestsey for full wedding planning... And I could NOT be more pleased!! As a motherless bride, I was very worried about planning a wedding. I wanted it to be fun for everyone yet personal for my groom and myself. Betsey was extremely helpful, and calming and made our day amazing. She linked us with vendors who were also amazing, helped me find my vision, calmed me when I needed it (and told me to relax when I needed that too!) She solved several little issues, and gently guided me in the right direction. Her "day of" coordination was fabulous. I did nothing, but feel amazing!! My groom wasn't sure about hiring someone.... But as we walked back down the aisle after the "I dos", his first words were "I am SO GLAD we had Bestey!" I think that speaks volumes.

Betsey Beech of Elizabeth Events was a real asset in making our daughter's wedding a beautiful and happy celebration. Betsey's organizational abilities were first rate. She kept track of all the details, and we were able to rest easy and enjoy the wedding. Betsey offered good advice when we met with vendors, and helped everything go smoothly. Betsey did a terrific job with our wedding! She was able to suggest several terrific vendors and did a FANTASTIC job of taking care of communication as the wedding got closer. She was on top of the caterer, DJ, lighting, you name it. She saved my sanity!
I used Betsey as a full service wedding coordinator. She helped me plan my wedding from the very beginning through the very end. She coordinated appointments with my vendors including the reception hall, florist, DJ, photographer, limo driver, string quartet,linens, chocolate fountain, and wedding stationary. If I had questions about anything, she would contact the vendors for me. She also went with me to most of my appointments. She found me the limo, string quartet, and chocolate fountain lady. She came up with recommendations on the amount of money I should spend in each category based on overall budget and which areas I wanted to splurge on and other areas that I wanted to save money on. She also typed up a timeline for the day of the wedding which she sent to all my vendors so they knew what was going on and I sent it to my family and bridesmaids so they knew what was going on too. She also came to the rehearsal at the church.
The day of, Betsey came to the church to make sure flowers had arrived and everyone got their corsages and boutonnieres. She made also made sure everyone walked down the aisle in the correct order. Once she got me down the aisle, she went the reception venue to make sure everything had been set up correctly. During the reception, Betsey would frequently check up on my husband and I to make sure everything was to our liking. She also made sure all the gifts and cards made it to my parents' hotel room at the end of the night. She was dressed very professionally in black pants and shirt and wore a nametag.
Betsey is a good problem solver too. The cocktail hour had been set up wrong by the venue. Betsey told the venue staff how everything should have been set up and made sure it was fixed before any guests arrived at the cocktail hour.
She made recommendations on which flortist to use and gave me advice on what flowers to use in my bouquets and gave me ideas for my centerpieces. She recommended where I should get my invitations and other wedding stationary(i.e. programs, save the dates, programs, etc.) from and helped with creative design. She recommended where I should get table linens from and helped me pick out what would look good together.
She responded very quickly to phone calls and emails. She would get back to me about things usually the same day I emailed her or the next day. I never had any problems getting ahold of her when I needed to.
I would definitely recommend hiring Betsey. She is very passionate about weddings and being a wedding coordinator. She is very knowledgeable about vendors in the area and has had experience working with them. She gave me great suggestions about décor and creative design. I work 40 hours a week, so it was a really big help that Betsey contacted vendors and scheduled appointments for me. All I had to do was give her my schedule. She took a lot of the stress and worry away from me the day of the wedding so I could enjoy my special day. My wedding would not have been the same without Betsey.
I used Betsey services for partial planning, and she went above and beyond to make sure that my wedding went off without a hitch. The day before the wedding she helped my family and I make all the bouquets, corsages and boutinniers. Which would have cost me 4xs more to have done. She helped me pick out all the flowers and I I had exactly what I had envisioned for all of them. No florist could ever have put the touch of knowing someones style and vision like Betsey did. I had a DIY wedding so I was a bit hesitant at first to hire a planner. I had to make sure it was the right one. After meeting with serveral planners I really felt Betsey was it. Her strong and sweet personality was perfect to make sure that my day went completely perfect. Which it did! To feel no stress on your wedding day is a feeling that every bride should have. Betsey did that for me. She handeled the DJ, and the caterer, and the photographer decorated the tables just to name a few. I know now why she comes highly recommended!!
We live near Washington DC, but because of health problems my mother was unable to travel. So we decided to have the wedding near her home in Dayton -- and therefore definitely needed a long-distance wedding planner. Betsey came highly recommended by a friend of a friend, and she turned out to be even better than advertised. She is friendly, easy-going and down-to-earth, not at all like those snooty, high-strung, expensive planners who are more concerned with image than substance. But she also really knows her stuff and is assertive when needed, so no one pushes her (or you) around. She frequently volunteered to do extra things to help us out (without charging more), and she really endeared herself to me when she cried sincere tears of joy for us on several occasions. Her rates are far less expensive than what planners in the DC area charge -- yet many, many times she went above and beyond what her contract obligated her to do. So her services were quite a bargain and worth every penny. If not for her, neither our wedding nor our reception would have turned out half as wonderfully as they did!
My wedding was at the Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas. I bought a package deal that included a wedding coordinator, chapel, minister, bouquet, etc. The closer the wedding got, the more concerned I became about the compentancy of my Bellagio coordinator. Her emails were not well written and did not insure me with confidence. I don't deal well with uncertainty, especially on my wedding day. It so happens, a college of mine hired Elizabeth Events for her daughter's wedding at the Dayton Art Institute and it was fabulous. I decided to spend the extra money to bring my own coordinator with me. Trust me it was well worth every penny. Betsy stayed with me from the time they began my hair and makeup until I walked down the aisle. I happened to be dressed about 30 minutes before the ceremony and Betsy new I was nervious, so she took my camera and starting taking pictures of me around the hotel. Funny, they were just as good as the professional ones. She also discretely let me know how much to tip the photographer. Trust me, not everyone knows all these little protocols and you could really embarass yourself. During the photo process, Betsy made sure my dress was straight and smooth for the pics. Finally, as the wedding guests were proceeding to the dinner reception, Betsy took it upon herself to take all my pre-wedding stuff up to my room so I wouldn't have to worry with it. I can say without a doubt, it was the best day of my life and Betsy had a huge part in it. Remember, just because you have a vendor who tells you they know what to do, take it with a grain of salt. Also, make sure all the vendors know that Betsy is in charge, so they will go to her for questions and issues, and you can just enjoy your day. I wish you all the best, and with that, you can't go wrong with Elizabeth Events. One last thing, I only needed Betsy for one day, but if I would have had a wedding locally, she would have done it all for me.

After my mom and I met with several wedding planners in the Dayton/Cincinnati area we chose Elizabeth Events. We had the Platinum Package. Betsey was down to earth, fit my personality, and the vision of what our wedding day should be. She took care of everything!! I had a horrible time with the caterer from day one and Betsey took care of all of it. Betsey was willing to do anything and didn't charge me for every email, phone call, research, or time she spent with me like other planners do. When she says UNLIMITED she means unlimited. She even wanted to put her personal touch on my wedding and designed the escort card table.
She truly cared for me as a bride and didn't treat me like every other bride. I knew she was dedicated to me even though she had many other weddings to plan. She doesnt care if your budget is $10K or $100K she makes your day special and keeps you with in your budget realistically.
