Even though I was an out of state bride and very limited by my fiances military obligations, the Elizabeth Bailey team were extremely understanding and flexible. They were more than willing to make meeting times work around my travel schedule, and I truly could not have been more grateful. Brittany answered every single question I had and every email was met with a friendly and timely response. Brittany and Elizabeth Bailey also helped me with the design and decor for my wedding. From the chairs, to the linens, to the plates and silverware, everything they picked out and helped me choose were absolutely stunning and perfect! Brittany and Elizabeth were also able to attend meetings with me to finalize catering and venue decisions. I have never felt more lucky to have two women by my side during those meetings! They were efficient, direct and professional. They are powerhouses. The day of our wedding finally came after a year of planning! The day could not have been more organized or have run any smoother - nor could it have been more beautiful or perfect. Elizabeth was flawless! When I say I could not have planned this wedding without Brittany or Elizabeth, I mean it. It was my true pleasure to work with two incredibly talented women. Deciding to work with the Elizabeth Bailey team was the first and best decision I made after getting engaged and I can promise you it will be the best decision you make too.

The ceremony site and reception ballroom were stunning, my vision truly came to life. Most of all we appreciated Leslie for being our advocate. ding. If you are wondering if you need a planner, or if it’s worth the money, I can tell you that it absolutely is when you have the EBW team. Lee quickly became my favorite person (as well as my fiancé and entire family’s) for so many reasons. I am a bit of a type A perfectionist but from the moment I met Lee I would have trusted her with any and everything. Lee is incredibly organized and doesn’t miss a beat. I make tons of lists and schedules but she was always one step ahead of me. She keeps you on track in terms of decisions and contracts so that you don’t have to sacrifice anything because it is too late. Despite everything I read online about wedding planning timelines, Lee thought of a million other specific items that made the day what it was. Another huge perk of working with the EBW team is their experience working with tons of other wedding vendors. Lee recommended nearly all of our vendors and I can’t think of a single one we didn’t get complimented on by multiple guests… entertainment, catering, décor, everything! She coordinates everything with them from who is bringing what, to timing, to meetings and tastings ahead of time – I can’t imagine the hours she spent coordinating with all of our vendors, I just know I never had to worry about it! I seriously could go on and on for many paragraphs, but in summary Lee and the EBW team are the absolute BEST! She makes sure every single detail is perfect, but she does it with a smile on her face and puts you at ease. We ended our wedding night driving off in a golf cart after a sparkler send-off, and Lee ended up being the driver. It was the perfect ending to 18 months of working together. My husband and I are trying to figure out how we can have another wedding so that we get to work with Lee again :)

n with Lee she was sold! Lee made entire experience so much less stressful! It was so wonderful to be able to call/email/text her with any questions we had about anything wedding related! She hooked us up with amazing vendors, totally understood what we wanted, and how to make that happen! I am so thankful for her and the entire Elizabeth Bailey team! They made our wedding day the best day ever! Almost a year later, our guests still tell us how much fun they had at our wedding! As a total aside, we decided to have chick-fil-a sandwiches as one of our favors so that guests would have a snack as they left the reception. Lee took care of ordering, picking up, and setting this up! It was so much fun! You will absolutely not regret hiring Lee as your wedding planner! Best decision I made, except of course for marrying my husband. :)

Fortunately, we got a referral for EBW from a mutual friend who also had her wedding at the FS. After chatting with the bride & researching local planners, we realized that all of the wedding photos that we loved, were planned by the EBW team! Before our call ended, Lee had already provided invaluable advice; including a rec for a church that officiates evening ceremonies & penciling us into the calendar of one of the most coveted bands in the DC area. Since hiring Lee, there was not a day that went by that we did not say, “THANK GOD WE HAVE LEE!”. She was just AWESOME! Lee is incredibly professional, personable, 'the most responsive person I have ever met' (a very high bar in my book), insightful, organized, has great taste, creative and helped us in countless ways to ensure that our event was gorgeous, rustic/modern, elegant, organized and incredibly fun and memorable for our guests. Lee even helped us to stay within our budget & was invaluable with her relationships with vendors helping us to get phenomenal deals & save costs where we could (a priority for us as $ contributors). Though I know she had other weddings, we always felt like we were her only client/top priority and she was there to lean on even for the silliest questions/concerns; I truly never had the chance to stress. She managed our timelines, made invaluable suggestions and truly planned our dream wedding, & albeit cliché, THE BEST NIGHT OF OUR LIVES! The cost of hiring Lee paid for itself in spades! We cannot endorse Lee Kendall at EBW enough & look forward to staying in touch with her as she became a true friend in the process!

It also rained on our wedding day and Pam and Beth took care of everything and I was very confident when I arrived at the venue that it would be amazing. I think this is a true test of a great planner being able to act on your feet and never make it the bride's problem.
