Any communication with her was quick and without issues (unlike many other vendors) and she sent us the photos from both our engagement shoot and wedding extremely quickly. She genuinely cared about us and our opinions on what style of photos we wanted. She was receptive to all ideas and extremely pleasant to work with. She made us feel super comfortable during our photo shoots, which could have been really awkward with other photographers we looked into. ome months later, I visited her website. She wrote a lot about family in her biography which really stood out to us. Also her photos were not like others we had seen online. She captures candid moments which was really important to us. For our initial meeting, she offered to meet us via Skype and at a time that worked with our busy work schedules. Awesome! Elizabeth worked with us on the budget and asked us what we wanted and didn't want in our wedding photos. All correspondence with Elizabeth is digital (contract, payments, emails). Not to say you couldn't call her, but she quickly responds to emails and is readily available. Love this! So easy and convenient to do everything digitally and not have to mail a check. Weeks before the wedding, Elizabeth and I met at our wedding venue which was my parent's house. This was my first time meeting her in person and she was absolutely lovely. So sweet, easy going and kind. The day of the wedding she and her assistant Tim arrived and got straight to work. My husband and I were nervous about being the center of attention and being in front of the camera but Elizabeth put us at ease. She and Tim were so supportive and easy going. Also Elizabeth captured photos/moments at my parent's house that exceeded my wildest expectations. She took a photo of me in front of family heirlooms from my Grandmother. I didn't tell her to do this. She just did it and captured it so beautifully. She really understood our intimate, family centered, vintage themed wedding and translated it beautifully into photos. She is a delight to work with and I highly recommend her. She really works with you to capture the wedding you envisioned and more. Lastly, she sent us a link with all the photos. We easily downloaded all the photos and voila they are all ours to keep & cherish forever.

She really made it feel like she was OUR photographer and was there for us for as long as we needed her and for however many places we wanted to go. We got married at my mother in-laws house and I was worried about finding spots for pictures, but she came in and found the most beautiful locations that I would have never thought of. She truly went above and beyond for us at our engagement by treading through LA traffic that day. Then at the wedding, she insisted on coming early to photograph our tea ceremony even though I didn't think it was necessary for her to drive 45 min away from the ceremony venue for the short ceremony. That being said, photography was one of the things I didn't have to worry about at all during the wedding! I have already recommended her to friends and hope to have her take family pics for us later too. Finally, our wedding pics came back less than a month later and look fabulous! I recommend to book her early to make sure you get her!

reviews are thought out and I will never give any false information because to me, they are serious to the vendor and to the customer. Elizabeth was the best vendor I have ever worked with. She was the only one I never worried about - never worried about if she would flake, or do a bad job, or forget something I asked her to do. She was so on top of it that she even filled in as a coordinator at times, making sure everything went according to my timeline. She had detailed conference calls with me to go over my timeline before the wedding and to discuss picture locations and shots I wanted. She also goes to your venue a couple weeks before your wedding at the time of your wedding to see exactly how the lighting will be for pictures.. and with all of that she doesn't charge an arm, leg and kidney to photograph your wedding like alot of other fancy pants photographers in LA. On top of all of that, Elizabeth and her boyfriend who is her assistant are KIND people. Nowadays everyone wants to make a buck and just get by with the bare minimum. My motto is be kind and work hard and good things will happen - I refuse to ever pay someone who I don't feel meets that criteria. Elizabeth is a kind and beautiful person inside and out.. if you book her, consider yourself lucky because shes not just a great photographer but shes a great person.
