I cannot recommend Elizabeth England Studios enough! As a bride with medium olive skin tone, I was nervous about finding the right makeup artist who had experience with multiple skin tones, especially since so many makeup artists' portfolios I came across didn't include examples that represented different complexions. From our very first interaction, Elizabeth put my worries to rest, and she truly exceeded my expectations. She took the time to understand each of our preferences, ensuring that everyone felt comfortable and confident in their makeup. The results were stunning – everyone looked radiant, and the makeup looked flawless in every light. As a bride, I was particularly nervous about how my makeup would turn out, as I wanted something that enhanced my natural beauty without feeling too heavy. Elizabeth’s approach was perfect—she focused on bringing out my features in a way that felt fresh and natural, but still elevated. I felt absolutely beautiful, and my makeup lasted all day without needing touch-ups.

Liz is awesome! She was professional, on-time, and did an excellent job. Our looks were really fresh and glowy, with natural tones. I really appreciate the fact that she uses organic makeup, as several of my bridesmaids have sensitive skin. She brought her assistant McKenzie too, who did a great job on my mom’s eyelashes and on my maid of honor’s make-up. Thank you again Liz and McKenzie!

Liz is AMAZING. From the moment I met her, I felt at ease and completely trusted that she would do an amazing job. She is an aesthetician focused on all natural skincare- she even has her own line of products! She will consult with you about your skin and advise on things you can do to prep your skin for your big day. She recommended the most WONDERFUL products that I still use to today! My skin has never been calmer/more even textured. For me, I just love how she emphasized my natural beauty instead of making me look fake just for the purpose of camera-readiness. She made me glow! My experience was truly wonderful- I truly cannot say enough great things about Liz.

Elizabeth England did a fantastic job at my daughter’s wedding two days ago. My daughter and her attendants looked amazing! Not overdone but fresh and beautiful- perfect for our elegant Vermont wedding. Liz is also thoroughly professional, friendly, right on time and stuck to our very tight schedule. And at the last minute when an unexpected request was made, she was on it and flexible, and made time and room for an additional guest. Thank you so much!!!

I could not have been happier with my make up for my wedding. I was all over the place with how I wanted to look, and Elizabeth perfectly captured what I was going for. She also did make up for my mom and sisters, and they were absolutely thrilled with the results. Elizabeth is such a calming presence during a busy day, and she is the utmost professional. She only uses very high quality beauty products, which made my skin glow all day and night and I didn't even feel like I was wearing makeup. Thank you, Elizabeth, for making me look and feel so beautiful!

Her work seems nice but I reached out almost 1 month ago through the various platforms she uses, including Instagram, and she never replied to any inquiries. Every other vendor who was booked at the very least replied that they’re unavailable, most to my surprise, even forwarded a list of their recommendations.

Liz hit the nail on the head for my wedding makeup. I was nervous at first as I wasn't 100% with the trial run but she took my concerns and did an incredible job. My wedding makeup far exceeded my expectations and she went beyond what I was able to articulate! It was the most relaxing part of the day and I was able to have fun with my bridesmaids. I looked natural but also like my best self. I would recommend Elizabeth England studio to anyone getting theirs (or their wedding party's) makeup done for their wedding. Thanks Liz!

I feel VERY lucky that I was able to book Liz for makeup on my wedding in June. She did such a beautiful job making my bridesmaids and I look like the best versions of themselves…glammed up but natural at the same time Everyone loved their make up, so much so that some of my bridesmaids were inquiring about having her at their wedding! Aside from being truly talented, she is so knowledgeable about the products that she uses and is just a super cool person to hang with on your wedding day. Insider tip - if you book Liz for makeup, I’d also highly recommend booking Jessica from Salon Luna for hair…they work together often and are undoubtably the best team in VT.

Liz is amazing!! I always knew I wanted her to do my wedding makeup and I was so glad she was available when it came to be my turn. I don't wear a lot of makeup in my day to day life and she did a great job of making me look bridal and beautiful while still feeling natural. My whole bridal party was very happy!

Elizabeth was a pleasure to work with and such a sweet person. She was calm, flexible, friendly, and very knowledgeable. All my bridesmaids loved their makeup - as did I! I don't wear much makeup on a daily basis and Elizabeth completely put me as ease - giving me natural look that still felt special and romantic. Scheduling a trial with her was easy and she made the best of a slightly cramped prep space on the day of the wedding.

She did a wonderful job to bring out my best features using few products; which were also great for sensitive skin! Elizabeth is also such a sweet and lovely person, she was a great presence to have while we got ready!

Elizabeth is awesome to work with - friendly, and easy going. She does beautiful work and emphasizes making you look like a 'more beautiful version of you' on your wedding day. Whether you never wear makeup or wear it daily, she will adjust to your preferences. Her products are all natural and I didn't feel like my face had layers and layers of goop on it, but it stayed all day and night, even in the very hot and humid weather. I highly recommend her!

Elizabeth England is absolutely amazing. She is an extremely talented artist who uses the best high quality products to make your skin look naturally flawless. She has a gentle demeanor that makes her easy to work with and enjoyable to be around. She also came to the wedding venue to pretty me up and made me feel comfortable and relaxed on the big day. Not only did I have the pleasure of her doing my make-up for my wedding in 2014, but I’ve also enjoyed working with her on many different projects. She makes all her clients look stunning. I would highly recommend her!

Liz is amazingly talented! She did my wedding makeup last year and I was also in a wedding she did the makeup for the year before. She listened to everything I wanted during our trial and came up with the perfect color scheme and look. The day of was of course hectic and a little overwhelming, but having Liz's calming energy around made me feel well taken care of and relaxed! Liz also made my mother and mother-in-law, who never wear makeup, feel totally comfortable - beautiful, but still natural. Added bonus I still use her organic face oil almost everyday! Liz was an absolute delight to work with from start to finish. I had been recommended to her by two separate friends, and feel lucky to have found her! She listened to each member of my bridal party, my mom, mother-in-law and grandmother and made sure that they not only looked beautiful but felt gorgeous! Elizabeth provided make-up services to me and my bridal party. Everything from the hair and make-up trials, to the day of our wedding, was exceptional. She is very detail oriented, and dedicates time to match make-up products to your skin tone and complexion. Not only is she super fun to work with, but she has a great way of capturing who you are in the make-up that she helps you choose for your wedding day look! I loved that Elizabeth helped me look naturally flawless on my wedding day. It was also a blessing that Elizabeth came right to our wedding venue the morning of our big day. We eliminated any stress about having to get get to a salon on time! Nothing was over done, and not one detail was missed. Her products hardly felt like make-up at all. Would highly recommend!

I've been in two weddings in the past three years where Elizabeth did the make up for the bridal party. She did an amazing job both times, and I only wish that she could do my make up for every event I ever have (or just every day...!) She's professional, she uses only the best products, and she’s just lovely to be around. I go to her seasonally for facials as well - she's helped me with my skin issues and she transitioned me to a new skin care regimen that's been great. Obviously when I got engaged this past summer, I told her immediately that she would be doing the make up for my wedding - I can't wait!

I used Elizabeth England Studios for my wedding day makeup in 2013. It was a terrific experience from start to finish. We did a test run in advance and all went wonderfully on the big day. She uses only the highest quality products and worked with me to create a look that was special and stunning but not over the top or "too made up." I've had friends who got married outside of Vermont say they wish that they could have used Elizabeth England Studios for their weddings as well! I would use these services again and again.
