I found EGP through my (amazing) wedding planner, Chelsea Suddes @ Pearl Weddings & Events, who recommended Elizabeth as a great fit for me - and she was right! Her expertise, determination, and warm personality set her apart from other wedding photographers. She is someone that you can trust to get ALL of the shots you want on your wedding day. And personally, I'm a bit of a type-A control freak, so it was a big deal for me to find someone that I trusted enough to take full control of the photography for my wedding. The second I met Elizabeth, I knew she was the PERFECT person for the job. Elizabeth's process involves a ton of thoughtful preparation leading up to the wedding. The day of my wedding she showed up with a full schedule and shot list, and she already had an idea of the best photo spots at my venue (The Wadsworth). She vibed with my wedding party and family SO well, striking the right balance of fun and leadership (which is an important quality in wedding photographers that people don't talk about enough!). She was able to effortlessly command the attention of my gigantic/loud Italian family AND boisterous wedding party to get everyone to follow directions. Her warm energy and hilarious commentary kept things light and fun (while still on schedule) - we all had such a great time getting our photos taken with her. Her amazing partner, Kevin, was her second shooter and did an incredible job as well - the two of them were a dream team! One of my favorite aspects of working with Elizabeth was her creativity and ability to pivot when inspiration strikes. For example, after my wedding cocktail hour, my partner and I were about to head into the venue for dinner - but we noticed how beautiful the ceremony/lawn area looked right after the sunset... so we decided to get a few more shots. Elizabeth asked, "What are your thoughts on running down the lawn?" We excitedly agreed and then started running through the lawn, laughing, and my partner even picked me up and spun me around... all while Elizabeth and Kevin were snapping away on their cameras! It was such a spontaneous, organic, joy-filled moment, and these ended up being some of my FAVORITE shots. I'm blown away by Elizabeth's ability to capture everything I hoped for on my wedding day... from beautiful/natural candid photos, to intricate "detail" shots, to wide-scale family portraits, to FILM shots using a real film camera, to cool editorial-style shots that I'll be hanging on my wall immediately... I am so happy! She really went above and beyond to deliver on every single thing I wished for. My husband and I are SO grateful to have these beautiful pictures to look back on. dition to incredible talent Elizabeth surprised us in that her presence was not intrusive or demanding. My husband and I and our family were sad to see her leave at the end of the evening. I have described Elizabeth as the “Swiss Army Knife” of our wedding. In addition to taking amazing photos, she pinned boutonnières, bustled dresses, removed us from awkward conversations and hyped us up throughout the event. We couldn’t have chosen a better person/artist to help us treasure our special day.

ur package, we got an engagement shoot. This was SO helpful for us to get to know Elizabeth so we felt comfortable with her on our wedding day. After the engagement shoot, Elizabeth made us feel so supported that when I had a crisis with another vendor, I reached out to her for advice. Elizabeth not only answered my email with an immediate text and phone call, but she gave me advice on what to do, reached out to other vendors to hook me up with someone else last minute, and followed up with me whole way through until the crisis was solved. Towards the end of the planning process, Elizabeth accompanied me to my venue for a final walk through and stood up for me when I felt bulldozed by another vendor. She also made us a timeline and coordinated with the DJ and Day of Coordinator to make sure everyone was on the same page about the timing. And on our wedding day itself, she was AMAZING. Not only did she take gorgeous photos, but she set the emotional tone for us to have a perfect day. It was like no drama could get to us because she was our funny, friendly, and organized protector. I think I hugged her a thousand times. My husband loved her, too, obviously. And finally, seeing our photos was a magical experience. We have gotten a billion compliments. I cannot believe that I actually looked that angelic and beautiful. So, hire Elizabeth. I cannot stress this enough. She is the best.

she was the perfect person to capture our day. I just want to emphasize that no only is she strikingly talented, but she's a kick ass woman who will go above and beyond for you. (Not but seriously, she bustled my dress, fixed my hair, and made sure I was still breathing on our wedding day!!!) We had so much fun during our engagement shoot and she really made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. It was FAR less awkward as we imagined because of her easygoing, friendly attitude. She sent us a day of timeline months in advanced and made me feel like it was one less thing to worry about on our to-do list. The day before the wedding Elizabeth met up with me and picked up my dress, jewelry, and other accessories to get a jump start on detail photos before we all got to the venue. She was a HUGE help with making me feel better about the timing of everything. I felt like I just had to show up and she'd take care of the rest. Elizabeth and Kevin fit right in with our friends and kept us laughing all day. They were able to get a group of 20 of us in the wedding party to pay attention and focus while taking pictures which is no easy task. Elizabeth made sure to get each picture we asked for and then some. At one point my husband and I found ourselves outside of the venue hanging out and talking with Elizabeth and Kevin as if they were of our friends who were invited to our wedding just catching up on life lol. We got our sneak peek back and loved every picture they captured; we cannot wait to see the rest. I would absolutely continue to book Elizabeth again for more big milestones in our lives!

Our engagement session was in September of 2019 (on a really hot and humid day!) and Elizabeth used her shirt to wipe the sweat off of my face! Our engagement pictures came back stunning. Our family and friends raved about our save-the-dates (multiple, of course, thanks COVID!) and our experience on our big day were just as fantastic. Covid forced us to alter our original wedding plans, but Beth was still there for all of it. Our "first" wedding day was short, sweet, and to the point but Beth captured the most amazing shots - all the emotion, excitement, and even turned a rainy day into the dreamiest photos. Fast forward to this summer when we finally got the wedding day of our dreams. Beth and Kevin were the coolest, funniest, and most helpful pair the entire day/night. Elizabeth is the rare kind of person who is not only wonderfully organized and prepared, but also relaxed and easy going. Prior to us meeting with the venue or any other vendors, Elizabeth had basically laid out our entire wedding timeline for us. After talking to her, meeting her for our engagement photos, and all the way through the endour wedding day, it was almost as if she was fulfilling the roles of photographer, de facto wedding planner, and unofficial stress mitigator. She and Kevin were a joy to be around on the day of our wedding. Elizabeth helped to calm us down when things got a bit overwhelming, helped to button the wedding dress, and reminded us to spend a little time alone throughout the night. She seriously kept us on schedule all day and was so well organized with her printed shot list in hand! We received so many compliments from our guests on how impressed they were with Elizabeth and Kevin, and this was BEFORE they saw the final photos. Planning a wedding can be stressful. And as wonderful as a wedding day is, there is always a tiny bit of stress sitting there in the back of your mind. Elizabeth’s greatest gift to us was her helping to alleviate those worries, allowing us to relax and enjoy our day, which comes through in her photos. I tell myself that Elizabeth and Kevin were so thoughtful, helpful, and kind to us because we’re an exceptionally charismatic and personable couple, but the truth is that they’re just REALLY GOOD at making the bride and groom feel and look like the most important people in the world on their wedding day.

She texted me back instantly though each anxious bride text I had, landscaped my backyard to make it look perfect for gown hanging photos, buttoned my million buttons on my dress, held my lip gloss all day and gave me reminders when the lips were dry, and even CHANGED wedding dates for us at the drop of a hat. She reminded my husband to allow other people to help setup and just enjoy his wedding day. She literally was our comfort through planning and day of- she made me realize that Dave was the only thing that mattered, to focus on the man at the end of the aisle. Multiple people (including us) said how she is literally a jack of all trades in this wedding industry. She made sure we got every shot we wanted and every type of photo/ location of photos that we wanted. Her talent is unreal, all I have so far is a sneak peak and I’m already in my glory! Both Elizaebth and Kevin go ABOVE and beyond for their couples. Elizabeth bustled my dress, helped when my sisters hair came undone, dealt with family and guest drama, kept our other vendors in line with what both of our wedding visions were, and just overall was both of our go to person on our wedding days. During our engagement session, my husband and I talked with Beth for an extended period of time before and after we took our photos, enjoying each others company and wine of course! d also traveled to NYC to photograph engagement pictures that came with our wedding package. We actually ended the "engagement" shoot at City Hall in NYC where we legally got married, which I only shared with my husband, our parents...and Beth&Kevin. I am so happy that I chose them to document this very special (and what was private) day because not only did they captured such great content at/around our NYC apartment and finally at/around City Hall, but they made it fun, while maintaining the intimacy. Beth's work is absolutely beautiful and I have TONS of pictures from last year to prove it! Her easy going personality makes for such a pleasant experience in front of the camera and my husband and I both felt like we were just hanging out with an old friend, rather than having professional photos taken. For our wedding, we had a very large bridal party and my husband has a very large family and she managed to wrangle us all together for some awesome shots without it being too overwhelming. She even does boduoir sessions, which I booked with her to gift my husband. Again, it was a very intimate and private experience and I felt completely comfortable because of her demeanor.
