I would give Elizabeth a million stars if I could. I fell in love with Elizabeth's editing style when we booked her but after the engagement session and the wedding--she truly is an amazing person inside and out. She made what could sometimes be awkward posing moments and turned them into fun adventures and memories. She captured all of the important moments of our wedding day and was able to easily adapt to the schedule when we ran a bit behind for the first look. The entire wedding gallery is amazing and I am so grateful to her for traveling to Louisiana for our wedding to capture the moment. She truly captured the authentic emotions throughout our wedding and looking back at the gallery just makes me feel all those emotions every time. These will definitely be heirloom pictures that I cannot wait to show to literally anyone who will look at them.

While the planning of the wedding can take place over time (ours took approximately 2 years), the actual wedding day goes by in blur. You walk down the aisle, have some cake, hit the dance floor, and then you’re saying goodbye to your guests. Because of this, having pictures gives you the opportunity to look back at moments that went by too quickly or those you may have missed, and if they’re good, you truly can relive that time and that space. This is exactly what we got from Liz! When I first met her, I knew immediately that she was the one and she did NOT disappoint. You can look at samples of her work and see that she is absolutely amazing, so I won’t spend much time there because what I really want to talk about is her heart. During our engagement shoot, Liz was so fun and relaxed! She was able to put us at ease and make us laugh; she even kept me calm when we were confronted by an unwelcomed guest. A few days before our 2021 New Year’s Eve wedding, my husband contracted COVID, and the world stopped for me! We still wanted to get married on this date, so we planned to quickly elope in a local park, socially-distanced from one another. Do you know who was there to capture this moment – Liz. When I realized that I’d left the marriage certificate at home and it needed a witness signature a few days later, guess who was there with a black ink pen – Liz! And during our wedding, she was there with her assistant and captured some of the most beautiful moments I could ever image. Getting married is a big deal and you want this day to be perfect, so choosing a photographer who produces beautiful work is important; however, it is important to choose a photographer who is beautiful as well. This is exactly who Liz is! She is gracious and kind, thoughtful and charismatic, and I cannot sing her praises enough! She will forever have a place in our hearts… and on our marriage license!
