My dress was beyond stunning! Everyone was wonderful to work with and the whole process was great. I did not even have an appointment, I was going with my sister in law to help her pick a dress. They were happy to help me as well and I am so grateful especially because I should have started dress shopping much earlier. I’ve always known that I didn’t want a traditional wedding dress, so having a dress made made completely custom was perfect. I was able to pick different pieces of each of the dresses that I liked and make a dress that I absolutely loved. It was great to have input every step of the process. Elizabeth Lee Bridal Boutique was the first wedding dress place that I went to. I had Cheyenne as my stylist; she was so acknowledgeable and helped me narrow down what I wanted and liked in a dress! I didn't get my dress from here, but Cheyenne listened to the things I wanted in a dress and pulled dresses that I would be interested in! The shop environment was welcoming, and professional, and they were very honest, and wanted to get to know the bride as a person!

Fantastic vendor to work with! I went to several dress shops before and felt like they all had very cookie-cutter designs. Elizabeth Lee had all different styles, which were stunning, trendy, classic - amazing! We ended up going with a completely custom dress where I got to be involved in every step of the process - included materials, patterns, fit, colors of each layer, sleeve and neckline details… it turned out spectacular. And I was very surprised to learn that their custom dress was very affordable! I never thought I’d be able to afford a dress of my design but they made it work and were completely understanding and helpful with every concern or question I had. Wouldn’t change the final product for the world! Five star across the board!

I absolutely loved working with Elizabeth Lee for my custom gown! When I was dress shopping, my mom ended up calling and it turned out there was a last minute cancellation, so we were able to come in and try some gowns on. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, my experience trying on gowns was great because of them. We were able to create a custom gown based off of two of the dresses in the showroom. It was so nice taking aspects from the dresses I loved and creating something that was my own. For a custom gown, I felt the prices were more than fair. When I tried on my finished dress, my dress was a little too big since I had lost a bit of weight, but they recommended a wonderful seamstress who works with their gowns, and I was able to alter it with plenty of time before my big day. I absolutely love my dress and am so happy I chose Elizabeth Lee!

Absolute perfection! I ordered my custom wedding gown from Elizabeth Lee and they did such an amazing job. I got a sketch of my dress and they sent me pictures of my dress as it was being made. They made me feel so beautiful and on my wedding day, everyone complimented me on the dress and said I looked like a princess. Will always recommend them, best in the business!

Custom perfection. Not only did they help me find the perfect dress but I was able to customize details so it would fit right into my day (removable sleeves for a seamless transition from church to reception and raising the back so I can be secure on the dance floor!). They have been supportive and extremely communicative throughout the process. I received texts and pictures through production so I knew where my dress was in the process. Very happy with my dress, I did a slight alteration to make my dress more modest due to the weather in the Kansas City winter and it turned out beautifully. I am very excited to wear my dress on my wedding day! My consultant was very understanding and kind as I did not say yes upon my first appointment as I wanted my parents to see my dress choice first. My maid of honor also found her dress at Elizabeth Lee and we had a wonderful time with our consultants.

Caroline was an absolute DREAM to work with! Going into wedding dress shopping I had a very hard budget but had big dreams of what I wanted. Elizabeth Lee was the first bridal shop I went into and Caroline made the experience everything I wanted and more. I customized my dress and of course had the fear of "what will it look like" when picking it up. I was OVER THE MOON with what the team at Elizabeth Lee were able to create from my vision. I absolutely adored my dress! Every detail was perfect and fit me like a glove. The entire experience from first day to picking up my dress was so easy and the team at Elizabeth Lee are the best!

I cannot recommend this place because I designed a custom dress and it did not turn out at all how I had hoped for it to. I ended up buying a different dress from a different bridal shop which I loved that I wore on my wedding day. I am sad that I spent so much money on a dress I did not end up liking or wearing from Elizabeth Lee Bridal.

Jenna is my hero! I cannot say enough about my whole experience at Elizabeth Lee but it was Jenna who truly got me to my “yes to the dress” moment. I definitely had an idea in mind of what I THOUGHT I wanted. Jenna brought me everything I dreamed of but after several of those disappointed me, she brought me The Dress. It was everything I thought I didn’t want. Not because of budget. She respected my budget limitations with every dress she brought me. Elizabeth Lee was my second bridal salon ever. I walked in there with 0 intentions of committing to a dress because I wanted the full experience of going to multiple stores, trying on lots of dresses, etc. Caroline was my sales associate and she was absolutely amazing! She made my dress experience completely perfect. She was supportive, professional, friendly, hilarious, and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and confident. She walked me through the custom dress experience and listened thoroughly to my vision. I loved the idea of having a 1 of 1 custom dress made just for me, but still thought I wanted to shop around. After I tried on a few dresses and talked about details that could be added, I was feeling more and more comfortable and decisive about saying yes to a dress on my first and only dress shopping day. I loved the dresses Caroline picked out for me and the way she described how they would look with the added custom details, she really allowed me to get a vision for the completed dress. She was so patient with me and even encouraged me to continue shopping at other stores if I wasn’t 100% confident in a dress. I found a dress hanging in a different dressing room and asked if I could try it on. Once on, I knew it was my dress. Caroline saw my face light up and knew it was my dress. She continued to talk through adding additional detailing and really making it exactly what I wanted using inspo photos I had brought in. She then drew a rough sketch of the dress so I could really get the full visual of the completed piece. I LOVED IT. I said yes to the dress at my second bridal appointment ever! I am now about a month or so out from when I initially purchased and I have received my sketch for my dress. It was amazing! Caroline helped me though modifications to make it absolutely perfect and capture my overall vision. I can’t wait to see my final dress! I know it’s going to be everything I wanted and more. I cannot thank Caroline enough for all her help! The idea of a custom dress can be slightly scary since you can’t see the finished product before you say yes, but I would recommend Elizabeth Lee to anyone looking to find their perfect dress. With so many options to choose from and different customizations that can be made, there’s something for everyone!!

My fiancé and I had the best time at Elizabeth Lee!! I got a custom dress and my fiancé got two custom suits (they just launched this side of the biz)! Jenna and Caroline were the sweetest and made the experience so so fun. We all had a blast! Elizabeth Lee was the first and only bridal store I looked at and I am so happy with my decision. Jenna and Caroline made the custom dress process a breeze! We designed the dress which was based off of a photo I had brought in. A couple weeks later, I was sent sketches of the dress and was absolutely blown away! Definitely worth putting on your list, you will not be disappointed!

In all honesty my experience at Elizabeth Lee Bridal was an absolute dream. I was not looking forward to dress shopping at all because of insecurities; however all of that went away the moment I put on the first dress. Not only was my consultant Annabelle the sweetest human being, she actually listened to what I liked and didn’t like. She helped me truly feel like a bride and envision what my custom will look like. they were seriously so sweet and amazing. I was able to take a dress with straps and make it off the shoulder, make it sparkly, add beading, and it is literally perfect. Caroline was so amazing and sweet and gave the BEST suggestions! I also never felt obligated to say YES, she let me come by it completely naturally. They are also going to make a sketch so if there is something I don't like it can be changed and I'm not "stuck" with something less than perfect. I cannot say enough good things about Elizabeth Lee Bridal. To start with, their staff are wonderful and their dresses are gorgeous and well made. Caroline picked up on my style and preferences very quickly, but also brought dresses to me that were a little outside of my comfort zone which lead me to consider elements I wouldn’t have thought of on my own when designing the final version of my dress. The price point when considering that time and attention that goes into designing and making the dresses makes them a STEAL. They made my dress so perfectly that it requires hardly any alterations. After buying the dress they have also been super attentive in helping me choose accessories, and even made a custom veil for me that perfectly matches the beading of my dress. I will recommend them to every bride I know, they’re worth travelling to if you are not close to them.

Such a dream shopping with Elizabeth Lee. So much flexibility with designing my dream dress. AB was delightful, answering all of my questions, and made the process extremely easy! I love that they send you a sketch of you in your wedding dress too! Such a special keepsake.

This boutique was the absolute best! All of the staff were incredibly welcoming and personable! Caroline helped me find the PERFECT dress for my day! I even got to name my dress after me! They truly will do anything they can to make the dress of your dreams! They send you updates and keep you in the loop at all times! I recommend them 1000 times over!

okay if I could give them more than 5 stars I would! my stylist Caroline made me feel so comfortable the whole appointment, encouraged me to try dresses on I hadn’t even thought about, and was just the overall best at dealing with my bridal nerves. the gowns were priced very reasonably, which was amazing. I ordered on the spot. In a world where everything is delayed, my dress ended up coming in EARLY! they were so fantastic during my pick up appointment, helping me pick the veil and accessories. they were the first and only shop I went to, and from that moment I never wanted to look at another dress!!

I had the pleasure of working with Caroline for my bridal appointment and honestly it was the best experience ever!! From being greeted at the front, to pick dresses to try on, to actually trying on I felt so comfortable and heard! I am not a very decisive person when it comes to big decisions and Caroline made me very relaxed and never made me feel pressured. Everyone on their staff is so kind and wonderfully and made me feel so special. Their gowns are absolutely gorgeous!!! I wanted them all! My dress was exactly what I wanted and fit so well when it came in! I am so excited to wear it! The salon is beautiful and as soon as you walk in you feel immersed in the bridal experience. They were amazing! They listened to me and helped me find my dream dress! They were able to modify it to make it perfect. They made me feel comfortable after going alone to look for my wedding dress. When it was time to pick up my dress, they worked around my schedule and helped me select my accessories. They were amazing to work with! Elizabeth Lee is a beautiful boutique, full of unique dresses for every bride. All of their dresses are made in-house - from scratch so to speak. I gave it a four-star review because I was dissatisfied with the try-on dresses. They were gorgeous, but the lining was so thin that each dress was see-through. It was hard to imagine what the finished dress would look like. Also, I asked them if they could ensure my dress would be corsetted well enough to not need shapewear or any other undergarments. I asked this specifically because the dress I ultimately purchased, at another shop, had built-in corsetting that was perfect. I assumed, perhaps wrongly, that a made-to-order dress vendor could recreate a similar corset design. However, they could not, and I found this strange. They control the entire design process from start to finish but did not seem confident in their dressmakers' ability. They were very kind and helpful the entire time, but we did not feel as satisfied with the customer service compared to the first shop we visited. I think this is a great shop for brides looking to create a one-of-a-kind dress, but it did not cater to my particular needs.

I can not say enough great things about this place! They made me feel like a absolute queen! If you are looking for your own custom fairytale wedding dress this is the place to go! Wendy is one of the head designers and was incredibly nice and easy to work with! I had a dress picked out but decided that the top wasn’t for me but the bottom was. She completely sketched a new top part of the dress as well added a train to the gown! They were extremely professional and accommodating! I can’t wait to walk down the isle in my gown! Thank you!!

The BEST boutique!!! The girls that work here know exactly what they are doing! I went in for a fitting, they asked a few questions, and then they brought me a few dresses to try on. I tried my first dress and it just took my breath away! It was so beautiful and perfect that it ended up being my wedding dress! I tried a few after just to be sure and none of them felt like the first one I had tried on. I never felt pressured to buy anything, and the girls were very patient and caring. They also helped me accessorize and they referred me to a great tailor, which is in house. Definitely recommend Elizabeth Lee!

I am so happy I was told about Elizabeth Lee!! I had been searching everywhere for my dream dress and was so disappointed in everything, and then my MIL (that lives in Bedford) mention that she drove past this place all the time and that I should check it out. I am so happy that I did!! Wendy was there at my first apt and told me I could customize a dress if I wanted and honestly it was extremely reasonably priced. We sat together and designed my dream dress in a day. The process was incredible easy and I always felt comfortable with any recommendations they had for me. I also decided to customize my veil with them as well! Just to show how they excel at customer service, I live out of town and had my MIL pick up my veil...a week before the wedding I noticed an issue with the veil and told Wendy. My veil was fixed within 2 days...I was so impressed and incredibly grateful for their team. They truly work to make your wedding day amazing. Even though I had a custom dress, everything they have is just beautiful.

The staff was so welcoming and asked all the right questions to find out what I was looking for. My consultant recognized this and came up with the idea to combine the two dresses I was torn between. The dress turned out perfect and was more than I could have ever dreamt of! Wendy and her team are wedding fairy godmothers! I was having a hard time finding exactly what I was looking for so my wedding planner recommended Elizabeth Lee. This recommendation alone made her worth her weight in gold (she also did a fabulous job with the rest of the wedding). I had looked at ELB's website and was still a little unsure but the team had pulled everything they had to match what I described and we were able to create the perfect dress! I was thrilled with how it turned out and even more thrilled with the price. It came in right on time, Wendy sent me photos throughout the process to check little details and let me know the progress and it only needed minimal alterations (I lost a little bit of weight so the top fit a tad differently than expected). I could not recommend working with the ELB team more!

ELB is the best bridal salon in DFW, hands down. I am a local Event Planner and stylist, and ELB has been my go to for great quality and stunning bridal styles since they first opened their doors.
