finally scheduled our engagement pictures) had only one day over the summer that would work for our engagement pictures (my step-son was travelling out-of-state to spend the summer with his father and we have busy work schedules) and that day just so happened to be the hottest day of the year. Elizabeth was understanding and accommodating. Something that is becoming increasingly unusual these days. In fact, one of her colleagues had suffered heat stroke the day before, which was not quite as hot the day we chose. On that fateful day, I was a sweaty mess, but she still somehow worked some magic. Additionally, due to the heat, the time was abridged. Even with these limitations and challenges, the pictures were excellent and exceeded my expectations and she was gracious and in good spirits the entire time. She and her husband worked the mass and the reception. They never stopped taking pictures, and the results again were beyond my expectations. A fair number of my guests commented specifically about their dedication. However, they were not intrusive at all. As it turned out, 0ur timing was pretty poor and we failed to book her long enough. Our time had expired before the speeches and first dances. She notified me of this and was more than willing to add an additional hour at a very reasonable rate (unlike another vendor who started packing up without talking to me even though people were wanting the party to continue). I hate pictures and I am the opposite of photogenic. I have a terrible habit of unintentionally ruining pictures by blinking, staring in the wrong direction, and any other dumb thing you can think of. She had a very subtle way of putting me at ease while maintaining my focus. She made the whole experience far less painful than I anticipated. Most importantly, she (and her husband) are very talented and have a terrific eye for the environment and background. They are true professionals and take their trade very seriously and it shines through in their work product. A truly superb experience and I recommend Elizabeth Lloyd without hesitation or reservation.

first time we had professional photos taken, so we were both nervous and had no idea what to expect. Elizabeth totally stepped in and helped us out and our pictures are absolutely gorgeous! Throughout the wedding process she was so calm and helpful, even when no one was ready for her to start pictures and family was late , I was crying the whole time (all the things that you don't account for) Elizabeth was smiling and taking the shots that she could and OH MY do I have some beautiful pictures. Elizabeth (and her husband) told my love story through the most beautiful, soft, elegant photos and I will cherish them forever. Her work is incredible!! I am so thankful that I came across Elizabeth LLoyd Photography!

Elizabeth not only photographs every detail and step with perfection but she was also so enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend her. I am an outspoken type person and my husband and his friends definitely don't hide anything and she worked so well with everyone! She is so friendly and loveable and I wish she was my lead photographer (but she was only available at the time to be the second photographer)!! If I didn't live in California now I would definitely book yearly photography sessions with her! Five stars for sure:) Everyone should use Elizabeth, you won't regret it! I had some other small issues happen with some of my vendors but I am so glad my photography was in the right hands!
