Elizabeth Renea's Bridal & Formal Wear was my only stop for my wedding dress! I had the opportunity to work with Krista. Krista is an amazing individual! I went in with an open mind, not knowing what style would look best on me; Krista took time helping me try on 8-10 dresses. She listened to my likes and dislikes. She made me feel comfortable trying on dresses! I set my heart on my dress that day, a Maggie Sottero! When my dress came in, everything was perfect! Krista was even able to set up an appointment on a Sunday for me and out of town family to see the dress! They stored the dress for me until I was ready for alterations. After alterations, Krista pressed the dress and had it ready for my wedding day! Overall, a very positive experience at Elizabeth Renea's Bridal & Formal Wear!

I cannot express in words how amazing this shop is! I had to rush get a new dress due to botched alterations and the owner was AMAZING. She was patient and empathetic. They helped me find a new dress and even recommended I go to their preferred seamstress to fix my old dress before buying new. They have top of the line customer service and I would whole heartedly recommend them to everyone for this special time!

Steer clear from ordering bridesmaid dresses from this shop. I did on two separate occasions and will never trust them again. First time, the dress order never actually made it to the manufacturer and it wasn't caught until 1 month before my wedding..... There was nothing they could do, so I ended up paying rush-fees via a different company so my girls could have dresses to wear. Second time, I was in my friend's wedding and she wanted us to get our dresses from Elizabeth Renea's, I was hesitant, with good reason... There were only 2 bridesmaids to order dresses for, myself and one other, simple enough, right? I guess not for them. When the dresses came in, they realized that the styles and sizes were completely backwards... So I wound up with a dress a size too small for me... No other option was offered to me other than to take my very ill-fitting dress and be on my way. No return, exchange or refund... Just a $200 dress that doesn't fit me... I cannot and will not recommend this shop to anyone; except perhaps the Better Business Bureau.

My bridesmaids went and got their dresses from here and it went very well! They all have different tastes and Elizabeth Renea's had something for each of them. Even when one of my bridesmaids held up putting in her order, Elizabeth Renea's made sure the girls got their dresses in early enough so the girls had time to get them altered if alterations were needed. Elizabeth Renea's prices are very reasonable and they do price match!

Absolutely recommend Elizabeth Renea's Bridal!! From the first time I reached out Krista was so kind, patient and willing to answer all of my questions or find the answers if she did not know. Throughout the whole process she was so sweet and easy to work with, felt like she was an old friend. She never once pressured me into buying, hands down an amazing person and professional so easy to work with.

I grew up about 25 minutes from Salem, OH and have always been a firm believer in shopping local so I knew I wanted to check out Elizabeth Renea's as soon as I got engaged. Man, I was not disappointed. During the time of wedding dress shopping, my mother had been quite ill and Elizabeth Renea's offered to have me, and those in my circle helping me pick a dress (including my ill mother), come in after hours when they are normally closed so my mother could feel comfortable - talk about amazing customer service! They immediately made me feel like family and treated me just the same. They were so patient as I tried on so many different dresses (they have an amazing selection!), offering their personal and professional opinions when asked. They communicate wonderfully about the the status of your orders, they are super organized, and they are always more than willing to bend over backwards for brides. I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experience there. Not to mention my dress was STUNNING and I've received more compliments on it than I ever could have imagined. We also found our bridesmaid, groomsmen, flower girl, and ring barer outfits there. Again, they were so patient with us - we had a wedding part of over 25 people - and never made us feel like we were a bother. Everyone looked beautiful on my big day and it wouldn't have been possible without the staff at Elizabeth Renea's. You have to visit this cute little boutique if you're in the market for a dress, I can promise you will love it.

Get ready, this is going to be a long review... I visited this store today to try on some dresses. I am very impressed with their staff. For starters, I contacted them because I found a Mon Cheri dress online that I absolutely adore. Elizabeth Renea’s came up on Mon Cheri’s website so I contacted them and every other vendor who carries this line. Kim answered my email and out of the 12 shops I contacted she’s the only one who researched the dress and found out it wouldn’t be in stores until the following Jan-Feb 2019 as it’s their new spring line. She even went on to tell me they could order a sample to try on, etc etc and have a lot of details in this first interaction. This was the week before Halloween and she ended the email with “Have a spooky Halloween!” So adorable! And this was literally the only shop who offered any additional information on how I could get my hands on this dress. Anyways - we can’t get that dress into the shop until the end of Feb so I decided to book an appointment to see what else they have just to see what styles I like, what fit my figure nicely, etc. just to get an idea. I figured they might have something there that I’d like more once I got it on, and if not we could order that sample I’ve been chasing and I’ll come back in the spring. We worked with Krista. She is friendly and gorgeous with beautiful, long dark hair. She was wonderful to work with! My biggest fear coming in was that the sales person would try to pressure us into something, as had happened at other shops. She did not put any pressure on at all. She was great to talk to and honestly felt like we were just hanging out having a good time trying on dresses. She also did a great job of keeping budget in mind. I am not able to spend more than $1k (would rather stay around $500 if possible), and she was not only respectful or that but actively tried to keep the budget in mind. We DID find a dress that I love but it’s just outside my budget so we’re going to order the sample of that other dress and I’ll be back in the spring when the dress I’ve been drooling over will be available. Honestly at this point I can’t imagine taking my business anywhere else. From the very first interaction they have gone above and beyond, my visit in the store went GREAT, and I look forward to coming back to seal the deal. 10/10 for this shop. If you don’t live nearby, it’s worth the trip. I traveled from Columbus and will be coming back until we find the right dress!

I got my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses from them and it was perfect! Everything came in plenty of time and they were all bery helpful!!

I was obsessed with a specific Maggie Sottero dress and I called every bridal salon within a 60-mile radius of me that carried that designer to ask if I could try it on. 8 other salons told me they didn't have this dress and I would have to buy it or they wouldn't order it. Krista from Elizabeth Renea told me she would check to see if she could order me a sample size to try on. Thankfully, the designer agreed to send a sample to Elizabeth Renea and I only had to pay for the shipping (and try on in a week of them shipping it in). Krista was the only person who went the extra mile to make my dream of trying on this dress a reality. The other salons told me they didn't have a sample and could only buy it for me if I was set on it... Obviously, buying a dress I hadn't tried on wasn't an option for me. I am appreciative that Krista gave me the opportunity to try this dress on. It's been a dream of mine to wear it on my special day for years now! I tried on a lot of dresses before the one I ordered to try on in sample (just in case it ended up not looking great on me). All the dresses I tried on were stunning. The salon itself looks very unassuming from the outside but their selection is amazing and the staff is so friendly. Highly recommend!
