I highly recommend Elizabeth for your wedding hair & makeup! She took all my feedback from our trial and used it on the application on my wedding day to make me feel my most beautiful. She's so sweet and easy to work with.

Elizabeth and her team were absolutely phenomenal to work with. Communication was quick and easy, my trial went perfectly and Elizabeth has been extremely accommodating to my requests and my far-off venue location. I had five bridesmaids and three mothers as well as myself to get ready with both hair and makeup and we all looked amazing. I would absolutely recommend Elizabeth and her team twice over, they are some real girls girls.

Elizabeth is definitely talented. She was very responsive and easy to work with. The booking process went very smoothly. Elizabeth and her team showed up on time for the wedding day and were professional. My hair and makeup trial with Elizabeth was amazing, I absolutely loved the look. I decided to switch from airbrush foundation to traditional foundation for the wedding, and she was happy to meet that request and altered the remaining fee accordingly. I had a few other nit-picky changes that I requested (lighter foundation coverage under eyes, etc). My hair and makeup looked great overall on the wedding day, I have no major complaints. The makeup held up throughout the night while we danced the night away. It might seem like a small thing, but I preferred the thicker eyeliner look of the trial- it was thinner for the wedding. This certainly did not result in the makeup looking bad, I just preferred that aspect from the trial because of the shape of my eyes. I think I even mentioned that I loved the thickness of the eyeliner after the trial. (On the day of the wedding I didn't notice the thinness until later, as my mind was preoccupied with anticipation and excitement for the big day.) I also preferred the look of my hair during the trial (the only change I requested after the trial was no loose strands around my face). Initially the updo she did on the wedding day didn't quite match the trial. It was noticeably less full in the back (she didn't use a volume hair insert like she did during the trial), and the placement of the hair pieces was more spread out so they looked a little less integrated than before. She took reference photos from the trial, so I was a little bummed at first that it looked different. I was super nervous to request that she make it more similar to the trial, but when I did she was willing to change it and it ended up looking great. Still not quite at the trial level, but I realize that it must be difficult to replicate a look exactly, so I know it's not going to be perfect. The artist team Elizabeth brought with her were fabulous (Sierra and Sara) and they did an amazing job on my bridesmaids. We all felt beautiful! All in all, my wedding day look was great, but in comparison to the trial it didn't quite meet my expectations. I still think Elizabeth is awesome and I would recommend her services. I just wanted to be completely honest in my review.

Elizabeth and her team surpassed expectations. Everyone was friendly and thorough. My bridal party and I all felt and looked beautiful.

Elizabeth, Sara, and Sierra did an amazing job on everyone in my wedding party. Elizabeth took her time and made sure my makeup and hair were done perfectly. We jammed out to 90’s tunes and just had a fun and relaxing morning. I couldn’t thank them enough for the amazing work that was done. 10/10 would recommend.

Elizabeth is the BEST. I am so honored to have had her do my (and my mom, and bridesmaids) hair and makeup! She planned all her own travel and ferries to Roche, so that was simple for me. She made me feel the best I've ever felt and I cannot recommend her enough. She has a super fun personality and team dolled up my ladies to perfection. If you want the best, book Elizabeth!

Elizabeth White was wonderful to work with! She listened to what I wanted and styled a natural yet elevated hair and makeup look for my wedding. She and her assistant were fun, professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and kind throughout the day. She and her assistant did my bridal trial, bridal HMU, as well as hair and makeup for 5 family members, and everyone left feeling beautiful and authentically themselves. I appreciated that she was LGBTQ friendly as well as knowledgeable about working with an array of skin tones and hair textures. She even thought to leave me with a touch-up kit to take care of anything I'd need to fix after dinner. I can't thank you enough, Elizabeth!

Elizabeth was the best! I got to work with her three times over the course of our wedding season - engagement photos, a bridal trial run, and the big day. I’d never had my hair or makeup done professionally, but Elizabeth made the process smooth and easy. She asked so many great questions, listened to feedback, and helped me come up with two beautiful, glowy looks for both my engagement session and my wedding day. She can do anything - glam, romantic, natural, you name it. Also, if you’re thinking of using an airbrushed look for your big event, absolutely do it - everyone’s makeup lasted all day and all night, and we looked flawless! Elizabeth was the best to work with! I first met her for a trial run on my hair. I showed her a few pictures of what I was hoping to do, and after a brief chat, she got to work and created exactly what I was hoping for. She was professional yet relaxed, putting me very much at ease. On my wedding day, she and a team member were already there and set up when we arrived. They were efficient and did an amazing job on everyone's hair and makeup. They were also just a pleasure to have around. Seriously, I LOVED my hair on my wedding day. And I wasn't alone - I got so many comments on how beautiful it looked. Overall, I can't recommend Elizabeth enough!

In short, hair extensions and the day of wedding artistry services did not meet expectations. I voiced my concerns to Elizabeth. She was dismissive during both encounters and not receptive to requests for correction. I would not recommend Elizabeth White Artistry for important events where attention to detail and quality matter. Extensions: I wanted to add volume with a great color match. Elizabeth asked for pictures of my hair in advance to match my hair color. I drove 4.5 hours round trip from Renton to her Sedro-Woolley (near Mt. Vernon), WA salon where she promised to have an appropriate selection of extensions to color match. Elizabeth put blonde hair extensions in my brown hair. I was shocked by the color and asked why she didn’t put matching extensions in my hair. She dismissed my concerns and said that the blonde extensions ensured the ends wouldn’t look “too heavy”. Bridal Hair and Makeup Trial Run: Despite the color mismatch on the hair extensions, I loved the trial look for my hair style and makeup. This trial run gave me a natural look with very little eye liner, and soft, well blended makeup. Bridal Hair and Makeup Wedding Day: Day of hair styled by Elizabeth did not match the trial run. I had not authorized any changes and expected she would replicate the trial run style on the day of the wedding. For example, in my trial run we put my hair up in the front so that it was away from my face; on the day of my wedding she left several strands hanging down to frame my face. Day of makeup left me with makeup that was smudgy and cakey, a harsh demarcation line on one cheek, and much thicker, unnatural, eye liner. For both the hair and makeup, I pointed out concerns and asked for corrections. In response Elizabeth became rude and defensive. She attempted to tone down the eye makeup, and blend the harsh makeup line on my cheek, then said she couldn’t do much more to fix it without starting over. Because of scheduling time constraints starting over was not possible. I was so upset by the final look that I excused myself to the restroom to fight back tears. Bridesmaids Hair and Makeup: Elizabeth’s associate, Siera, came to the Renton salon the day of the wedding, to complete hair and makeup for my bridesmaids. Both loved their looks and Siera was able to provide helpful suggestions about products that proved very useful. Thank you for doing such a great job, Siera! Cost: Elizabeth's prices are high for the quality received, and she unapologetically overcharged $150. Her price sheet states: • “Bridal on-site hair + air brush makeup + trial run (includes lashes): $500” • “Bridal hair extensions: $300 and up” I didn’t need on-site (at the wedding venue) services or lashes, and communicated with Elizabeth directly to get an accurate cost estimate based on these facts. After we spoke for the first time, she sent me this estimate: “The price for your tape ins does depend on how much hair you will need. However I can give you a average guestimate is 300.00 plus installation is 150.00, so a total of 450.00. Then bridal hair and air brush makeup for the day is 350.00. Your two additional ladies are 175.00 each so all together would be 700.00.” The day of my wedding she refused to honor her estimate “bridal hair and air brush makeup for the day is 350.00” and instead charged me the $500 price that included the lash and on-site services I didn’t utilize. Day of services were received at her salon space in Renton.

Elizabeth is truly just all in all is the best ever! Not only did she make me feel beyond beautiful, but she paid attention to every detail I asked for and took her time to over achieve my vow renewal look. She truly is now and forever my go to for any type of hair and makeup needs. Love you Elizabeth, I cant thank you enough for everything!!!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Elizabeth for both hair and makeup for my engagement photo session, wedding trial run, as well as the ‘big day’. I’m not the type of girl who generally does her hair & makeup – my idea of getting “done up” is curling my lashes, a bit of blush, and some lip gloss. I’m always a bit nervous that I will feel over-done when getting my hair & makeup professionally styled. Elizabeth asked a lot of great questions & listened to my feedback to come up with a beautiful look that worked for my engagement & wedding vision. On the day of my wedding, Elizabeth & her team was so comfortable to work with & made my Mom and maid-of-honor look gorgeous as well. I hope I can work with Elizabeth again for future special events in my life.

I am so happy to have chosen Elizabeth as my hair and make-up artist for my wedding! I am very nervous around people and don't enjoy small talk, so I was deeply relieved to find that Elizabeth put me at ease right away. She listened to my vision and worked with me between my trial and the wedding to make sure that we achieved the look I wanted. On my wedding day, Elizabeth arrived right on time and created distinctive looks for my bridesmaids and myself. She was a lovely, positive, calm presence to have with us as we got ready. I was astounded by how well my makeup lasted through the whole day! I cried (hard) straight through the ceremony and my make-up stayed looking completely fresh--I'm not kidding! Thank you, Elizabeth for making this day so special :)

Elizabeth and her team did an amazing job with hair and makeup for my big day. I had a trial run and loved it, but I realized leading up to my big day I wanted a couple changes and she was very accommodating. My bridesmaids had all different hair styles and makeup they wanted and she killed it!! I had an outdoor wedding and it was about 87 degrees that day. I was nervous about our makeup sweating off. Elizabeth used airbrush on all of us and let me tell you, it was flawless and sweat proof! None of it smeared or wiped off, it stayed on all day and night! Everyone was glowing and very happy with their looks. Elizabeth is so talented and a great person all around, I could not recommend her enough!!

How can I leave a more glowing review?! I am BEYOND THRILLED with Elizabeth's hair and makeup work for my wedding. Had such a fun time at my trial, and when it came time to the wedding day, I had a few changes I wanted to make and Elizabeth delivered above and beyond!! She is kind, sincere, so professional, knowledgeable, effecient, and all around amazing. I am sad my wedding day is over-- I wish I could wear my hair and makeup all over again! Elizabeth also navigated both my mom and mother of the groom with ease- delivering white the array of updos and hairstyles for all of us. SO talented! We had both airbrush and regular makeup in the group, and everyone looked flawless. I went with a more natural but fully done up look that was just so smooth and looked and felt like ME the entire time. Can't rave enough. Thank you Elizabeth!!

Elizabeth and her team are THE BEST! Elizabeth was so wonderful leading up to the big day, including a trial where she made sure I was happy and confident - I'm not used to wearing much makeup so I appreciated how she listened to what I wanted and then made it even better :) I haven't been to a wedding to date where every bridesmaid loved their hair and makeup - but this team did for seven bridesmaids and my mom! I truly can't recommend Elizabeth enough.

I am very happy I chose Elizabeth as my hair and make-up artist for myself as well as my bridal party and Mothers. She was personable, professional, and talented. After my trial I had just a couple things I noticed with my make-up like creasing under the eyes and I let Elizabeth know and when my wedding day came my under eye make-up did not crease at all! I felt like Elizabeth highlighted my natural beauty. I had an updo for my hair and it turned out gorgeous and full. Elizabeth was easy to work with and had good communication with me throughout the time I worked with her. My bridal party and the mothers really enjoyed their hair and make-up too. I was honestly surprised about how well the make-up held up for a busy 10-12 hour day!

Elizabeth is absolutely amazing and I am so lucky I got to work with her! I rarely wear makeup and have wavy/curly hair that can be unpredictable, but Elizabeth was so helpful and made me feel so confident and beautiful! She enhanced my natural features and I still felt like “me” on my big day! She and her team also did the hair and makeup for 5 bridesmaids, the mother of the groom, and the makeup for my mom. They worked so efficiently and were so friendly- time flew by! All my girls and the moms were so happy with how their hair and makeup turned out. They also all have a variety of hair textures and skin tones so I really appreciated how Elizabeth and her team were able to make all of them feel beautiful and make their inspo photos come to life. I 100% would recommend Elizabeth and her team to anyone who needs a hair and makeup artist! Elizabeth is so friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and just an all around rockstar.

Elizabeth is so incredibly talented and I'm glad to have been able to work with her! She and her team did the hair and makeup for myself, our moms, and my bridesmaids. I was worried when first figuring out the booking because I have really frizzy and coarse hair that can be hard to tame, but at my trial Elizabeth put me at ease and made my hair smooth and shiny in loose curls. During the trial I mentioned wanting to try glam waves and Elizabeth exclaimed that she loved doing that look - I've had others try on my hair and fail, but Elizabeth executed it to perfection. I wanted to look glam for my wedding look but not over the top and she delivered, even helping me choose a more neutral palate for everyone else! My bridesmaids all had very different skin tones and hair types and her team did an amazing job getting them done up, and getting their look to be beautiful and consistent! And our moms' makeup was also gorgeously done. I knew there may be some trouble with keeping everyone's looks beautiful and natural. Her team did a great job recommending certain color tones and dissuading ladies of the most extreme false lashes, and I was greatful for not needing to handle the pressure of that myself! It was awesome to see all the most important ladies in my life looking their best! I'd recommend Elizabeth and her team to anyone given my great experiences with her!

We love Elizabeth! She's friendly, fun, responsive, accommodating to feedback, and made us look beautiful but still very much "us"! She's so talented in both hair and make-up, and we all looked amazing throughout the entire wedding. Thank you so much, Elizabeth!

Elizabeth is freaking amazing! As a biracial woman I’m always concerned that makeup artists won’t be able to work with my complexion as you rarely see portfolio photos of black or brown brides on these types of sites. All of my fears melted away with Elizabeth! She is incredible and is a true artist! Hire her immediately! She did the makeup for my entire wedding party and my mom. I also love that she gave me a makeup bag with touch up powder and lipstick to freshen up later in the evening. She is fantastic at her job and is overall a wonderful person!

Elizabeth made me feel like an Absolute Queen on both my Wedding Day last year and again on my Anniversry this year! I had originally booked her for our Wedding last Autumn and due to the pandemic, I had to reschedule her services for a Vow Renewal Ceremony and Anniversary Party this year. She was super responsive and the process to reschedule for a new date was smooth. When we decided that we were still going to get married in a small, Intimate Ceremony last year, I checked in with her to see if she might be able to do my Hair at a Hotel we were staying at. I was very excited she was available and my Hair turned our Amazing! This year, I worked with her and her team for my Hair, Make Up, and my Bridesmaids Hair and Make Up as well. Everyone looked beautiful and her team was great to work with the morning of our big Event! I will definitely be using her again for any future Beauty needs!

Elizabeth is wonderful! We, like many people, had to postpone several times, and she was always responsive and supportive. She did a gorgeous trial for me. Then, she created a whole new look when our event and my vision changed 18 months later. She's incredibly talented, patient, professional, and a great person to spend time with on a high-pressure day! Day of, her assistant was sick, so she coordinated with me to start early, and she got all of us down herself in time! She's amazing, and she's going to make everyone feel their absolute best. I have gotten to work with Elizabeth on many elopements and she always does AMAZING work! I recommend her to everyone! She is truly an artist and makes all of my brides look STUNNING! I don't know how she makes the makeup STAY ON in the rain, but I've had brides elope in stormy weather and their makeup still looks good after being soaked! Elizabeth is amazing! Despite several postponements to our original 2020 wedding, she was so flexible and willing to work to be available for our new date. She travelled down to our venue in Oregon for our day, and she made us all feel so beautiful. She was punctual and professional, and my hair and makeup held through the drizzly Oregon fall weather! It was so worth the wait to be able to work with her 15 months later!

I was a 2020 bride who had to reschedule to 2021. Elizabeth was so understanding and flexible when it came to my change of plans including adding more services to my day from what I had originally needed. As someone who doesn't often wear makeup, I was scared I wouldn't look like myself after the makeover, but the trial definitely eased my nerves! The trial run left me confident I'd be looking like Me 2.0 on my wedding day; still me but just more glamorous and sparkly :) On my big day, I did ask to adjust a couple things, and Elizabeth was very accommodating. My makeup and hair lasted throughout the day even in the warm weather! There are not a lot of people who can easily vibe well with everyone, and Elizabeth is so funny and warm, she'll make anyone in the room feel at ease which is especially important on a day like your wedding day! I recommend her to anyone looking for an easygoing, fun makeup and hair session.

Elizabeth did my hair and makeup for both my small intimate ceremony, as well as my bigger reception the next night. I sent her pictures of what I was thinking - and wow did she deliver! I did two different hair looks and both turned out amazingly beautiful! It was exactly what I had pictured in my head. I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair and make up! Elizabeth was so great to work with, and such a calming presence on hectic days! Would highly recommend her work to anyone who wants to feel beautiful!

Elizabeth deserves more than a paragraph of words, but it's all I can give! It's really tricky to trust a stranger with your face, especially because I have sensitive skin and had nightmares about looking like a clown on my wedding day haha. But from the very first trial, she was awesome: great at listening while also suggesting ideas that could make my vision come to life. "My job isn't to make you look totally different, but just the best version of yourself--Yuna 2.0!" And she did just that. She also let me come back from a second trial AND threw in HMU for my mother-in-law as a last minute request. Lastly, she's just a chill, fun and relatable woman who I'd call friend. <3

I looked amazing on my wedding day - and Elizabeth is a huge part of the reason why! Her hairstyling and make-up touches are thoughtful and superb. She easily understood what kind of look I was trying to achieve for my big day, and it seemed effortless on her part to create it! I couldn't recommend Elizabeth enough!! She was incredibly flexible and was able to accommodate so many change of plans being a 2020 bride. She was able to accommodate a less than 24 hour change of plan and drove about 2 hours to be at my hotel room at 6am and have me ready when I needed to be. She was SO sweet and easy to talk to, not to mention she made me look absolutely FLAWLESS for my mini elopement! We did airbrush makeup that lasted all day long and my hair (which is difficult to hold curls) held its own for the entire day. I am so excited to be working with her again next year for my bigger wedding!!

Elizabeth is a magician! She made me look and feel like a million bucks. My make up was natural, soft, glowing and low key but highlighted all the parts I wanted, and none of those I didn't. I was particular about how my eyeliner should look and she made sure I was 100% satisfied before she moved on to the rest of my face. Elizabeth even worked with me to add hair extensions that look flawless, and incorporated my hairpiece to perfection. It rained on the wedding day and she came prepared with a plan and my makeup lasted all day! Hair never failed me... Then, it was difficult to figure out actual plans and I was all over the place with communication... Elizabeth was very patient and kind! My matron of honor ended up working with her directly to find a way to make a home hair appointment safe and functional for my wedding day. Elizabeth is more than amazing! She not only provided my day of services for me (the bride), two bridesmaids, and my mom, but also helped me with my entire skin care routine which is life changing. Elizabeth was so accommodating when it came to makeup trials and making sure I had exactly what I wanted and was completely satisfied. I had several concerns because of my skin type and she went above and beyond to help me figure out the right products that would help me improve my skin and get me the look I wanted for my wedding day. She is also amazing to spend time with while bringing out your beauty. Such fun conversation and so relatable. The quality of products she uses is also amazing. My makeup stayed all day and into the next, still looking perfect! She was helpful with telling me the names of products I can use everyday and provided a super cute and helpful touch up kit! I can't wait to hire Elizabeth for another event! She really made me feel so beautiful! I highly recommend Elizabeth for any event! She is amazing!!

Elizabeth was just wonderful to work with! I don't normally wear a lot of makeup so was nervous about getting my makeup done for my wedding day but Elizabeth created the perfect look for me with just the right amount of glam :) Elizabeth and her team were so fun to work with and were very efficient in getting hair and makeup done for my wedding party. Elizabeth was also very flexible in scheduling my trial day, which was difficult because I was planning from across the country and only in Seattle for a few days. Highly recommend her team for affordable, but very high quality hair and makeup!!

Elizabeth is wonderful!! She is so talented at what she does and so accommodating! I got married in the winter across the Snoqualmie Pass and Elizabeth made sure to stay near my venue the night before to make sure she could be there for my wedding day. I knew after going to my trial that she would do such a great job! She is personable, kind, friendly and so funny! I felt so at ease the morning of my wedding and my bridal party was so impressed with how their hair and makeup lasted the whole day (especially with the weather we encountered!) This review is far overdue, but I am so thankful I got to work with Elizabeth for my wedding. She is kind, thoughtful and an expert at her craft. I was nervous to get my makeup done because I've had women at makeup counters do my makeup and I have never been excited about the outcome. Elizabeth delivered.... I felt so good both on the day of my make-up trial and my wedding day. I loved it so much I ended up buying the lip colors she used on me. And not to mention my hair...AMAZING. If you are looking for someone that can give you old Hollywood curls, she is your gal. She did them on myself, mom and sister ( both who are very picky) and we all LOVED them. Elizabeth was an absolute dream to work with and cannot recommend her enough.

I used Elizabeth for my wedding, and I'm so glad I did! First off, she is incredibly kind and easy to talk to. She is also very flexible. I was flying in for my wedding and wouldn't be in state until a few days before my wedding. Elizabeth made the time to do my trial five days before my wedding, on the day before Christmas eve! She executed my vision perfectly and made me look and feel so beautiful. The makeup and hair lasted through the wedding and after party. I would recommend Elizabeth to any bride-to-be.

I am writing a long overdue review for Elizabeth regarding my wedding this past September. I contacted Elizabeth in February to do a trial and from my basic description she was able to test run an elegant style that really fit my vision. Makeup was stunning and simple like I wanted. Elizabeth was absolutely the best hair and makeup choice! She was friendly and knowledgeable from the beginning of the process through the end. Even before we hired her, she answered all of my questions (and there were a bunch!) and put me at ease with the process. My fiance and I had a destination wedding to WA and Elizabeth worked with me to squeeze a trial into my schedule a few days before the wedding. She found the common thread in the inspiration pictures I showed her and really listened to my likes, dislikes, and total vision for my look. It turned out beautiful and I received many complements on both my hair and makeup! She even gave my mom a look she loved and my mom never uses makeup or "fancy" hair styles (as she would say). My bridesmaids' looks were spectacular too! Our ceremony and pictures were all outside and it rained the entire time. Everyone's hair and make up held up with no mishaps. Elizabeth was sensitive to the emotions in the room, I was a roller coaster of excitement and nervousness and she both joined the conversation and let the quiet happen when it needed to. I appreciated the time and effort she made to make sure she was on the ferry and to our space early in the morning. They did a spectacular job and I was happy to include them in my wedding day!

She will listen to your makeup wants, help you match your look to your dress (and even your wedding theme). She's also so very kind, funny and easy to chat with. She did my hair and makeup while her assistant did makeup for my wedding party. Everyone looked so beautiful and raved about both Elizabeth and her assistant's work. She perfectly captured exactly how I wanted to look — elegant and mythic — on one of the most momentous days of my life. She even brought her own lighting set up! Talk about being prepared. Elizabeth was a phenomenal addition to our wedding!! First of all she is extremely talented and so reasonably priced!! I did a trial run with her and she made me feel so welcome and she was such a joy to talk to. She had a great energy. I loved my look at the trial and she was able to make it happen again the day of. We did a brunch wedding and she and her team got there right on time even though it was early in the morning. My bridesmaids and I all loved our looks. And after the ceremony, reception, dancing, etc. my husband and I did pictures and my makeup still looked flawless. I have already recommended her to brides I know, and I would recommend her to anyone else looking for a great gal to work with. The biggest thing that I appreciated about Elizabeth's work - her ability to work with naturally curly hair!! My sister has super curly hair and has had really bad experiences with people doing her hair in the past, Elizabeth just worked with her natural curls and made them look amazing! My sister and I were blown away.
