nning smoothly. Even with a minor hiccup from the MUA causing a slight delay, she kept everything on track and made it all work seamlessly. As the wedding photographer, I especially appreciated how Elizabeth coordinated everything so well. The wedding was hosted at Estancia in La Jolla, and the couple wanted to head to Torrey Pines Glider Port for sunset photos. Elizabeth made sure we had 20 minutes for the photos and kept me in the loop throughout. After the photo session, we returned and transitioned smoothly to the grand entrance—it was all so well managed! The wedding was absolutely beautiful, and Elizabeth made sure every vendor was taken care of and that we stayed on schedule as much as possible. Her attention to detail and clear communication really made all the difference. If you want someone who genuinely cares about making your event amazing, Elizabeth is definitely the way to go!

to Elizabeth a month before my wedding for her help on day-of coordination. Right from our first phone call, I was impressed by her professionalism and calm approach to wedding planning. She quickly helped me prioritize my to-do list, put together my timeline for the big day, reached out to my vendors, and remained extremely responsive as things came up. On my wedding day too, Elizabeth did not miss a cue. Can't recommend enough.

g times to go over detailed timelines so that she could handle everything the day of the wedding. And she did! She was also very sweet and personable which I really appreciated. and a wedding planner seemed like a luxury item, but she played a huge role in executing a big investment that we had put into the wedding. We chose the Day of Coordinator Package. Elizabeth was professional and knowledgeable from our consultation, all the way through to the end of the wedding when we had to tear everything down. Even though the package was for the Day of Coordinator, we did talk and meet with Elizabeth before the wedding including zoom calls for updates and to discuss where we were in the wedding planning process. She also had great advice along the way of things to consider especially with the timeline. We forwarded her the information on the vendors, in which she would contact and coordinate for the week and day of the wedding. There is so much going on as it is with wedding planning and the wedding that having Elizabeth to carry out the logistics was vital. On the day of the wedding, she helped us stay on the timeline, which is hard as there are so many things that can steer you away. But, with the most calming demeanor ever she’d guide from one thing to the other! She always left it up to us and was very supportive. We always took her advice as her advice seemed more reasonable. She also had a lot of initiative and was very attentive. She always made sure we ate and enjoyed our wedding food, she communicated to vendors on our behalf, she made sure I sat down as I waited for my dad as he was late to the church, so I’d rest my feet. Just to name a few. After investing so much money on such an important day, Elizabeth made sure the venue shined, that everything went smoothly and that everyone had a beautiful time. We also had a small wedding of 50 people and didn’t want to ask too much from our family and friends as we also wanted them to enjoy themselves. Elizabeth helped us to make sure that happened. We truly enjoyed our wedding as one of the best days of our lives and Elizabeth made that possible. We initially chose her on her reviews, affordability and initial impression. But we were truly lucky with the quality of work she provided. Highly, highly, recommended her.

things the last few months but she was able to ask good questions. The day of Elizabeth was instrumental in getting the day to come together and really helped me out as I wasn't feeling well that day and wasn't able to eat until dinner. She really went above and beyond to make the day special and we really appreciate all of her efforts. I highly recommend hiring Elizabeth for your event, particularly if it is a wedding.

o the wedding Elizabeth was so organized and prompt with answering any questions or desires I had for the vendors. Truly it was the best decision I have ever made by hiring her to coordinate my special day! Elizabeth was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. She was always few steps ahead of solving any problem that came up and I couldn’t imagine our wedding day without her! Elizabeth insured our day is stress free and full of fun and enjoyment. with us without worrying about every little detail. We decided to hire Elizabeth to help us coordinate our wedding day. Let me tell you, it was the best decision we made! made sure the day went as smooth as possible and helped me with my nerves. She constantly reminded me to eat since I was having a hard time with that due to nerves 😅. Elizabeth made sure there was a drink in my hand after my wedding ceremony for the nerves too lol. Elizabeth even helped with my dresses bustle since no one in my wedding party nor my family knew how to pin the bustle. Elizabeth meet up with me a month before the wedding to go over details and she was open to all my emails I would constantly send her of my wedding decorations and wedding details. I’m so happy I went with Elizabeth as my day-of-coordinator, she truly helped the day go by flawlessly. Her price for a day-of-coordinator was very affordable too compared to other day-of-coordinators I looked into. Thank you Elizabeth once again!

my husband and I deciding to get married and have an actual wedding after our brief engagement. Elizabeth took on the challenge of this prompt to wedding and made everything as stress free as she could for my big day. She worked well with all the vendors and was very hands on and easy to reach. She reached out to me on numerous occasions not only for the wedding but also just to make sure i was ok. She offered different vendors if there were any i needed such as a photographer, last minute DJ or anything else. She gave tips and suggestions but still let me figure out how i wanted my day to go. I have definitely enjoyed working with her and will be using her for any future events i have except with a wider time span in the future lol. She also suggested a photo booth which was a favorite amongst me and my guest. Overall she was amazing.
