This place is wonderful! It is beautiful inside and the staff is very friendly. At this bridal shop, every dress is gorgeous--even the ones you would never wear. It is evident t...
hat the owner of the shop hand-picked each dress herself. Susan was a pleasure to work with and I am so grateful for my experience here. She asked me to show pictures of dresses I like and she went from there. She picked a dress and asked if I wanted to try it on. She asked if I'm comfortable with her zipping and clipping the dress, if I want her to help me put it on, etc. I just had her zip and clip each dress and then I'd walk out to show my mom. Susan would then ask me to pick apart the dress, say everything I liked and disliked. I appreciated her openness to my critiques. After hearing my comments, she would pick out another dress and do the same thing. She knew a lot about each dress and was able to tailor the service to me completely. I am very picky, but every time she selected a new dress, it brought me significantly closer to "the one." I only tried on a few dresses before I found "the one," because she worked so hard to find each dress based on my interests. Susan made me feel good about myself and she was so helpful. I never would have thought that I'd like someone else to pick dresses out for me, but I am so glad that she did, because she had strong understanding and knowledge of each dress, and paired that information knowing my preferences.
I am so happy I got my dress here! Service was absolutely above and beyond, would recommend to anyone!

king for in my dress. I worked with Suzanne and she was absolutely incredible. She was so light hearted, genuine, and truly the best hype women. She made the process so easy; my party and I had such a wonderful time working with her! She was knowledgeable and went over every small detail of every dress I tried on. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for their perfect dress.
I would give this shop 10 stars if I could! I went to try on dresses with my mother, maid of honor, and future MIL. We worked with Michelle and had the absolute best time! She let ...
me try on everything that I asked for and was so knowledgeable about each dress! After trying on 13 dresses I ended up picking the very first one that I tried on! Thank you so much Michelle and Elizabeth's for helping me find the dress of my dreams!
Elizabeth and Suzann are truly the most amazing people. Suzann was so patient and listened to what my ideas were for what I was looking for. I was ready to order a dress I wasn’t...
sure about and was honest with Suzann. She said they had gotten 2 new dresses in from a designer. With the help of both Suzann and Elizabeth they were able to combine the things I loved from each of those into one. Their relationship with the designer and their expertise led me to ordering the unique dress I was looking for. I cannot say enough about these ladies and their efforts and love of helping brides find their perfect dress! I am so happy to say ‘I said yes to the dress’ at Elizabeth’s bridal manor. These 2 ladies are true blessings to brides looking for their perfect dress! Thank you Suzann and Elizabeth for being the amazing and special ladies that you are! I am so thankful ❤️

l...especially as I was on my own that day. From that day, I visited many bridal salons in the area, and even one in Holland, but I kept coming back to an unlikely dress I tried at Elizabeth's. I said yes to that dress as it's portrait neckline reminded me of graduation pictures my grandma had of my aunts. I was so very happy with my experience at Elizabeth's and would recommend them whole heartedly to any bride.
Thank you to everyone at Elizabeth's who helped me!

I had such a wonderful experience at Elizabeth’s Bridal Manor. I had the pleasure of working with Susan who helped me find the most beautiful wedding dress. I didn’t have a specifi...
c vision in mind when I first started looking, so Susan really took the time to help me find the perfect dress that really matched my style. Because Susan had such great taste, and there were so many gorgeous options, I only tried on five dresses before deciding on the one, which was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. She truly made the entire experience so special for me. I also want to acknowledge how great Liz and the rest of her team are. Every visit to the bridal salon, we were always greeted by such friendly faces. Mary was my seamstress, and she did a lovely job altering my dress. She really took her time with such great care as my dress was primarily made up of delicate lace and beads. I would recommend Elizabeth’s to any bride who is not only looking for a lot of variety in dresses, but an overall positive and helpful experience by a wonderful group of ladies.
Elizabeth’s was amazing! Every single employee there is a delight and so helpful. I had gone with my entourage to 3 other salons and decided to just stop into Elizabeth’s on my own...
and the employee that helped me just knew exactly what I didn’t know I was looking for. I also had them alter my dress and they were fantastic. The seamstress was so nice and the whole process was smooth, transparent, and efficient.
I went dress shopping this past weekend and out of the 7 stores we visited Elizabeth’s was hands down the best service and had the highest quality dresses within my budget! Michele...
was the best consultant and took my feed back on each dress and would find options that became more and more my style even if that meant putting back a dress she had previously picked for me. I can’t recommend Elizabeth’s more!!!
My first appointment was at Elizabeth's Bridal and I walked out with my wedding dress purchased! The stylist was warm, enthusiastic, and pulled dresses that fit exactly what I was ...
looking for, in addition to a few dresses that were slightly different but ended up being great try-ons.
Their customer service is outstanding, a bridesmaid with mobility challenges was able to attend the appointment last minute, and Elizabeth's Bridal was so great about doing everything possible to move us to an appointment where we could be on the main floor.
The 1st dress I tried on, I could have purchased but it ended up a close second to the 4th dress, which I purchased.
I felt very supported throughout the process, including trying on gowns and going through the fittings.

I was getting discouraged and overwhelmed after going to multiple bridal salons and not finding my dress. Elizabeth’s was the last salon I had an appointment with. I walked in and ...
showed Susan a picture of the dress I liked. This was the first dress she pulled and I tried on. After a day of looking at pictures I realized it had everything I wanted and more. It was the one!
When I went back and tried it on I knew. I didn’t have shoes yet. Susan literally took hers off and let me wear them so we could measure the correct length of the dress to order. She was so bubbly and helpful. She knows what is she doing and she made it a wonderful experience! I would highly recommend Elizabeth’s for your dream dress.
After trying on over 50 dresses, I was nervous that I wouldn't ever find one I loved. I'm so thankful to Liz and her team for their amazing work from helping me find my perfect dre...

ruly made me feel like a beautiful bride in every style she pulled. On the day I ended up buying this dress she heard what I liked and didn't like about the previous dresses and pulled this one. I knew from the minute I was in it this was the dress. Susan also helped me pick bridesmaid which was extremely easy because she listened to what I liked and didn’t like as well as what the girls felt comfortable in. She managed the whole process beautifully for us. Not pictured but included in the experience is my mom who bought her dress from your store. She had visited a couple other shops looking for a mother of the bride dress but nothing felt right. When she found the dress in your shop she just knew. Thank you for providing my family and bridesmaids with a truly wonderful experience! We can’t thank you enough.

ays felt like we were their one and only as well as most important customer. Their superior attention to detail was amazing. Elizabeth’s Bridal did whatever they could to make sure every one of our needs was met and then some. The atmosphere was always calm, unrushed, and very peaceful.
We cannot say enough about the quality of the staff, especially Mary C-D. We didn’t just buy a dress; we made a dear friend. We highly recommend Elizabeth’s Bridal - we would never go anywhere else! It was truly one of the best experiences of our wedding adventure especially in the midst of Covid.

on, and they had my dream dress and of course it was perfect! They even got to make time for my bridesmaids to look at dresses and we had fun looking at all the different styles and colors, we even found their dresses too! I can not wait to go back in September for my first fitting! Thank you to the lovely ladies who helped us and also to the owner Elizabeth to stop in and say hello and congratulate me and my lovely ladies. I highly recommend them if you ever need a bridal gown or even bridesmaids dresses!

to book an appointment to the moment I walked through the door to the moment I said yes to the dress! I have dreamed about trying on wedding dresses since I was a little girl and this experience was more amazing than I could have ever dreamed of. My consultant, Susan went above and beyond at making me feel special and beautiful. She even went above and beyond in making my family members who came with me feel so special as well. She listened to everything I told her of what I envisoned myself wearing on my wedding day and brought dresses that were more than perfect, she made me feel comfortable and confident. She could tell how much this day meant to me and she made me feel like a queen. Susan even told me that she was honored to help me pick out my dress, and that means the world to me because I am truly so honored to be a Elizabeth Bride. Words can’t even describe how happy I felt saying yes to the dress and just having the experience of finding my dress at this magical place. I feel so confident in my choice of my dress and in this beautiful store. I can’t recommend this salon enough, it was such a memorable experience!

ecause we didn't give ourselves much time to plan, but she was very calm and patient with me, and she really listened to what I was looking for and did her best to find something that would work. I think I went way over my appointment time, but she didn't seem to mind at all! Aside from the wonderful customer service, the store itself is also worth seeing! It makes you feel like you're in a Victorian fairy tale.
I had a great experience at Elizabeth's. They pulled dresses for me based on my theme / destination for the wedding and helped with suggestions. Susan was great and continued to br...
ing me dress after dress until I found the perfect one! I did not feel rushed at all nor did I feel any pressure to decide or annoyance that I tried on so many dresses. I even came back a second time to try on my top favorites again before deciding on the perfect dress for my destination beach wedding. My bridesmaids also purchased their dresses from Elizabeth's. Tons of options for bridesmaid and mother of the bride dresses. I would definitely recommend this salon!

experience became uncomfortable really fast. At Elizabeth’s, they encouraged me to take the time to think about everything before purchasing and promised the dress would be there when I made my decision. The dress was beyond perfect and I’m still getting compliments on it months later!
Not only did they help me find my perfect dress, but all alterations were done at the store and they helped advise on jewelry, shoes, undergarments.... everything! I absolutely loved my experience and can’t recommend them enough!

in contacting the designer to get a loaner for me to come try on. They were wonderful with communication and finally when I came in to try on the dress, they continued to provide great service. I’m so thankful they were able to get my dream dress in so that I could say yes to the dress! I had the pleasure of working with Susan, Elizabeth, and Michelle and all were wonderful. Michelle helped me with trying on dresses and was so sweet and helpful any time I had questions. I can’t wait for my dress to come in. I would definitely recommend checking this place out! nxious is a good way to put it. Met with my consultant Patricia who couldn’t have been more kind and considerate. After explaining why I was looking for as well as my “issues” off she went to pull dresses. While changing and helping me into the gown, never once did she make me feel bad nor was I embarrassed. The first gown was IT. Beautiful. Made me feel pretty. I did try on the other ones but said no, that’s my gown. Patricia ordered it and it came in in less than a week. Unfortunately Patricia wasn’t there the day I picked it up, however, Susan, Mary and of course Elizabeth were there. I can only pass on my deepest gratitude to Patricia for finding me my gown. I was terrified of embarrassing my son and daughter in law. Now I feel like I fit in. We did have an appointment at another salon afterwards. What I was worried about happening, happened. Was humiliated and not helped by staff. Left in tears. I can only say to anyone who has body “issues” to go to Elizabeth’s. They will find you your perfect gown. Thank you to all but especially Patricia. Can’t wait for the wedding.

or a walk in appointment. Susan hasn’t planned on working with two brides simultaneously, but she managed the situation gracefully and made both of us feel like we were the only ones in the shop.
She was so helpful and patient as we tried to find my perfect dress. She listened to what I wanted and then showed me things I didn’t even know existed. She helped me find my perfect dress and treated myself and my “entourage” with such respect and courtesy that I can’t wait to take my bridesmaids back to get their dresses.
Thank you to everyone who helped make finding my dress the perfect experience!
I came here in March in search of a wedding dress. Immediately upon walking inside, the place smelled of cigarette smoke. I don’t care if someone was just smoking outside and it wa...
s leaking in through the door - I still found this completely unacceptable, but didn’t want to miss out on finding my dream dress so I decided to continue on with my appointment. The smell lingered as we went upstairs to look at dresses. The consultant seemed nice, but didn’t really listen to me on the kind of dress I wanted (no lace, no beading, no sparkle). If she had just admitted that the store doesn’t have many of those in stock, ok fine, I understand that. However instead she kept bringing me dresses that were the opposite of what I wanted, and didn’t even make any suggestions on how I could get them altered to be to my liking. Also, the fitting rooms are quite small when trying on fuller dresses. Some help from the consultant in getting the dresses on/off without damaging them would have been nice, but no such assistance was offered. So yes, your dream gown might be here! Just be ready for a subpar experience in finding it.
I went to this store because of all the wonderful things that were written. I had just been to another store, and I very much knew what style I liked, yet, my consultant did not se...

as lovely and allowed me to enjoy the process again. She pulled a gown for me that was perfect. Everyone says you'll have "the feeling" when you put on the perfect dress. I was beginning to doubt that until I came to Elizabeth's.
When it came to purchasing my wedding gown, Elizabeth's was great to work with. But when it came to shopping and purchasing my bridesmaids dresses, that is a completely different ...
story. Many of the consultants were rude and impatient. Four out of my six bridesmaids purchased their gowns there, only due to the fact that the salon offered them a discount since I bought my dress there. We thought all of the gowns were ordered, only to find out months later that the shop neglected to order them. I honestly would not recommend this store.
After going to four other bridal salons, including a famous one in New York, I was discouraged about having to find a wedding dress. However, from the moment my mom and I walked in...
to Elizabeth's, we knew I would find one there. It is a quaint house that makes you feel like you are at home. I tried on two dresses and instantly found my dress for the big day! After only the second time visiting to pick up my wedding dress, Elizabeth recognized me. She made sure everything was perfect related to my dress. I would highly suggest getting alterations done during the week. On Saturday's, it become crowded and you do not get as much one-on-one time as you would during the week.
