Horrific! Let me start by saying I searched for over a year to find the perfect dress and when I found this place I thought I had found a gem. Was I wrong! Initial visits were pleasant and accommodating. But somewhere along the lines they believed I could not afford to shop at their store. Because of an untimely death of a family member, I was forced to push my wedding back 6 months. I made the initial payment for my dress which was 1/2 the total cost at the first meeting. When I came in for my second fitting, I scheduled a posted dated payment. On the day of planned payment they could not read my hand writing with my cc numbers so they called me on the phone. They could not reach me so proceeded to type in different sequences of numbers to find the right one. Chase cancelled my cc for potential fraudulent activity. My next fitting I was met by a gentleman I had never met who demanding full payment be made before I was allowed to try on their dress. There were multiple inferences made about my race and he even made a statement that " we don't deal with people like you". The owner emerged after sometime agreeing to allow me to try on my dress prior to payment. I tried it on under tremendous duress was ok with it made payment and left sobbing. I hope this review allows future brides to strongly consider a bridal salon that is concern with making your day special and hopefully you wont be met with the same degrading experience.

They made me feel like royalty on my wedding day! They worked with my vision to create something that was even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined.

My advice for future brides... Custom- made is the way to go! I actually stumbled upon Ella Bella Rozio on the Shop Coral Gables website and saw they were having a trunk show! I immediately fell in love with the owner/ designers, they were so warm and truly wanted to help me! My wedding dress shopping experience... I went down the mile, did my appointments and walked in every store, but I never felt the attention I received at Ella Bella. Instead I was shoved into dressing rooms with 20 different dresses with my mom and sister. I hated trying all these different dresses! I never thought wedding dress shopping would be so horrible! I shopped every Saturday for months! Liking some dresses, hating others! Don't get me wrong I liked a lot of the dresses I tried on, but none of them were "wow" or the "one". I even raised my price point for my wedding dress because I thought I would never find it! Honestly, I never thought having something custom- made for me was an option! I also assumed it would be ridiculously expensive since I saw gowns at some stores for $15,000++. So back to my experience... Rocio and Ella both helped figure out exactly what I wanted and loved in my original budget! I honestly felt comfortable in their store, which is super important for me! I was attended by Rocio, the owner/ designer at every single fitting, which made me feel I was in good hands! Thank you for my dream wedding dress Rocio!
