Ella Bella RoZio is absolutely the best! Not only are they stunning designers, but they are also patient and wonderful people to work with! They made a custom mother of the bride g...
own for my mom. With every request and every detail, they made my mom’s vision come alive in the most gorgeous gown. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, our big wedding has been postponed. Even after we took her dress home, we’ve been in contact with Ella Bella RoZio. They’ve called to check in with us and have helped us with how to preserve the dress at home until the big day. They truly care about their customers beyond the transaction. It is very important to find excellent people to work with when planning a wedding, and I am so happy we found Ella Bella RoZio. Highly recommend these genuinely nice people, and most of all, extremely talented designers.
Horrific!
Let me start by saying I searched for over a year to find the perfect dress and when I found this place I thought I had found a gem. Was I wrong! Initial visits were ple...
asant and accommodating. But somewhere along the lines they believed I could not afford to shop at their store. Because of an untimely death of a family member, I was forced to push my wedding back 6 months. I made the initial payment for my dress which was 1/2 the total cost at the first meeting. When I came in for my second fitting, I scheduled a posted dated payment. On the day of planned payment they could not read my hand writing with my cc numbers so they called me on the phone. They could not reach me so proceeded to type in different sequences of numbers to find the right one. Chase cancelled my cc for potential fraudulent activity. My next fitting I was met by a gentleman I had never met who demanding full payment be made before I was allowed to try on their dress. There were multiple inferences made about my race and he even made a statement that " we don't deal with people like you". The owner emerged after sometime agreeing to allow me to try on my dress prior to payment. I tried it on under tremendous duress was ok with it made payment and left sobbing. I hope this review allows future brides to strongly consider a bridal salon that is concern with making your day special and hopefully you wont be met with the same degrading experience.
They made me feel like royalty on my wedding day! They worked with my vision to create something that was even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined.
My advice for future brides... Custom- made is the way to go! I actually stumbled upon Ella Bella Rozio on the Shop Coral Gables website and saw they were having a trunk show! I im...
mediately fell in love with the owner/ designers, they were so warm and truly wanted to help me!
My wedding dress shopping experience... I went down the mile, did my appointments and walked in every store, but I never felt the attention I received at Ella Bella. Instead I was shoved into dressing rooms with 20 different dresses with my mom and sister. I hated trying all these different dresses! I never thought wedding dress shopping would be so horrible! I shopped every Saturday for months! Liking some dresses, hating others! Don't get me wrong I liked a lot of the dresses I tried on, but none of them were "wow" or the "one". I even raised my price point for my wedding dress because I thought I would never find it! Honestly, I never thought having something custom- made for me was an option! I also assumed it would be ridiculously expensive since I saw gowns at some stores for $15,000++.
So back to my experience... Rocio and Ella both helped figure out exactly what I wanted and loved in my original budget! I honestly felt comfortable in their store, which is super important for me! I was attended by Rocio, the owner/ designer at every single fitting, which made me feel I was in good hands! Thank you for my dream wedding dress Rocio!
Truly amazing service!!!! Top notch and couldn't be happier with their work!

d to make an appointment at Ella Bella Rozio because since I am the first one of all of my friends to get married, I had no idea what I wanted for my wedding and I needed a bit of guidance. They showed me all the different styles there were and the fabrics that I could choose from. After seeing everything, I described to them what I liked and they sketched it out for me. I chose the fabrics to go with it and they ordered them that same afternoon!
Although my first fitting won't be until January, I had a blast picking out the perfect fabric and color for my bridesmaids dresses. They helped me pick a dress style that would flatter all of the girls' body types and have given me suggestions with regards to shoe colors, jewelry, hair dos, bouquet flowers, etc. It all starts to become more real when you see the girls going in for their fittings. It's all anticipating the big day for my first fitting!
You will be pleased to see how they make everything so tasteful and classy. This is a UNIQUE dress you will always have!
Thank you Rozio and Ella for such a wonderful experience!
They made me feel like family, and helped with the whole process from start to finish.

y fitting making sure the gown was perfect! I tried hundreds of gowns and none were the "one".
They captured every detail I wanted from the way it looked to the way it made me feel.
The quality was exceptional, from the fabrics (silks) to the workmanship.
It was truly an honor being dressed by Rozio!
My dress even had the Rozio signature; she always makes sure all her designs have more than 1 look. In my case my wedding gown was transformed into 3 different looks, I could not have asked for more!
Rozio and Ella surprised me on my wedding day, and even dressed me :)!!!! Thank you!!!

tion to my desires and needs in finding the perfect gown for me. Owner and employees sat with me for hours designing the dress I had in mind until it was perfect. I went to several boutiques and tried on maybe 20 dresses but something was always missing. I believe you should be a 100% happy with every part of your wedding gown and never settle. The dress designed for me had every detail I was looking for and both the quality of materials and craftsmanship came out exquisite. My gown was very regal and I felt like a beautiful princess on my wedding day. All my friends and family complemented my dress. It couldn't have been more perfect. Thank You so much for making that dream come true!
My daughter and I had a wonderful experience working with Rozio and Ella over my daughter's wedding. They were exquisite in advising us what to do and they made, designed and put ...
so much love into creating and bringing into reality my daughter's wedding gown, and mine as the mother of the bride. We really thank them for all their work, patience and love/////

mfortable right away. They helped ease my wedding stress with all their expertise. The dress fit like a glove :). I highly recommend going the custom- made route for your wedding. Its your day and I definitely know none of my friends will ever wear the same dress I wore. If I would have bought my dress off the rack it would have cost me at least $6,000, but since I went straight to the designers it was as if I would have bought it wholesale at $3,000. Thanks again

My wedding 06/22/13
I could not have asked for more! It was a wonderful experience!
Rocio and Ella designed my bridal gown and veil as well as my entire wedding party (brid...
esmaids, flower-girls, and my mother's dress). Everything coordinated beautifully from colors to fabrics.
I spent half the amount on my wedding dress getting it custom made with high quality fabric silks, than at any bridal shop. Very cool experience since they are designers, they sell directly to the clients (at a bridal shop my dress would have cost me double!)
My experience: I was really behind with my wedding planning. I came in January 2013 for my bridal consult freaking out thinking I needed to wait 6 months to actually get my dress and then get it altered, but NOT AT ALL!!! They took my measurements and designed a beautiful one-of-a-kind wedding gown just for me with MY MEASUREMENTS! I had 2 fittings and by the beginning of March I had my dress :)! Then we coordinated the whole wedding party and colors. My bridesmaids really enjoyed having a couture gown made for them that they could wear again because it has detachable components just like their ella1DRESS that you can check out on their website.
Can't believe they did it all so quickly and so beautifully!!!
Thank you Rocio & Ella for making my day so memorable!!!

more than a regular off the rack dress. You must try to do it this way, no clamps, no waiting months for a dress, your unique design is yours forever.
Your wedding dress is the single most important dress you will ever wear as a woman; it should not be bought in the wrong size and tailored a million ways to fit your body! For wha...
t it costs to buy a dress of the racks, the artists/designers at Ella Bella for roZio couture made me a custom-made convertible wedding dress that was the talk of my wedding and facebook page for weeks after the wedding! The dress was designed for me, with my input; I chose the materials (peau de soi) and embellishments and it was made from scratch to fit my body! There is NOTHING like custom made! I wanted to be able to repurpose my dress after the wedding, so Ella Bella made me a dress that looked like one piece, but was actually four parts and convertible! So I had a corset top with a pleated waist hand-stitched over it, a long skirt and detachable train and then... the long skirt came off for the party and I had a matching mini skirt to wear with the corset for dancing! Everyone was asking how the skirt had "gotten short" because they looked like two dresses! Thank you to Ella Bella for making me feel like a movie star on my most beautiful day!
