Lindsey and her team were amazing!!!! I used Ella Grey Events for my month of coordinating and also for florals. They went above and beyond to make our big day a dream come true. S...
he not only helped with planning, but she also decorated all our tables, ceremony space, and dessert tables. I’m a very Type A bride so I had a specific vision- Lindsey and Taylor executed it perfectly. My bouquets were absolutely beautiful. I informed her ahead of time that I wanted to keep my bouquet for preservation. She listened to the request and she made sure my bouquet was in water the whole night and placed in a vehicle to go home.
She also held onto my phone the whole night and she captured so many candid videos and pictures. Such a nice surprise to view the day after.
I can’t recommend Ella Grey enough.
I would never recommend Ella Grey after the experience I had. While the flowers at my wedding were beautiful, what happened afterward was completely unacceptable and deeply disappo...
inting.
After my wedding, the florist came back and took nearly all of the floral arrangements that I paid for — without my knowledge or consent. I was told that this was “standard practice.” I was never given the chance to decide what I wanted to do with the flowers that I purchased. These decisions were made on my behalf, without my approval.
To make matters worse, I later found out that my wedding flowers were going to be used at a funeral. After emailing Lindsey and expressing my confusion, I requested for my florals to be returned. However, that didn’t happen until Monday night, after the funeral had already taken place. (My wedding was on Saturday)
When I questioned why certain items like bouquets, corsages, and boutonnières were left behind, I was told it was because “the boutonnières are typically still attached to the guys’ jackets and the bouquets are typically kept as keepsakes.” That explanation makes no sense when I paid for all of the flowers, not just the personal pieces.
I have never heard of a florist taking back paid florals and repurposing them for another event, let alone a funeral, without the bride’s consent. The complete lack of communication and professionalism was shocking.
If you are a bride considering this company, make sure you get everything in writing — especially what happens to your flowers after your event. I would never want anyone else to go through the same experience.

ur ceremony area. No other vendor was able to make this possible. Ella Grey Events came to my rescue and made this major feature for me possible for our special day. They also provided my wedding bouquet, garters, and corsages.
I cannot say enough good things about Lindsey! She was such an angel and the best florist I could've imagined. I initially contacted her for my floral arrangements and ended up pla...
nning as much as I could with her. She went above and beyond in helping make our day so special. I was so wishing I would've met her in the beginning stages of planning because she can seriously do ALL things wedding! On top of everything, she surprised me on my wedding day with a bouquet full of peonies.. in the middle of July! How is that even possible? :) So much love and appreciation for this girl!
