You can also rent the clothing for your special day if this suits your needs. The way it works is simple. Couples can book an appointment and initial consultations last for up to 90 minutes. When you have successfully selected a dress or suit, follow-up meetings are offered for fittings and alterations. You can bring six of your nearest and dearest along with you to join in the happy experience. For last-minute individuals seeking a quick solution, there are off-the-rack options as well as rush-orders available.

She took my style inspiration and pulled a few dresses for me to try on, including a fun wild card. She offered honest feedback with each dress, and if it was not modest to my liking she was knowledgeable and upfront about what alterations could or couldn't be done.
I was thoroughly impressed by the quality and beautifully curated dresses at Ella Park. They provided a wonderful fitting experience, where one consultant was assigned to one bride, each to their own semi-private room with a raised platform, large mirror and extra seating (if you brought family and friends).
I still can’t get over how much I LOVED my wedding dress. It was high quality, and comfortable. I didn’t want to take it off! I truly felt like a princess in it.

der. Ella Parks and our assistant, Katie, were amazing. The store itself is beautiful, with rows and rows of highly-cared for sample gowns. We really appreciated the privacy and intimacy of our suite area. Although we went there with that one dress in mind, Katie gladly treated our visit like a regular appointment. There were dresses we hadn’t seen anywhere else. Katie was very helpful and creative, and she understood the vision while still letting us explore other options. We wound up buying the dress we drove there for, and yes, there were tears. To our great amazement, as we were completing the sale, Katie and the other staff offered tip after tip after tip regarding multiple facets of the wedding. We were overwhelmed with gratitude for this wonderful store and its amazing employees.

I was disappointed with my trip to ELLA Park Bridal. My consultant was the only one who picked out dresses for me. I was told my mom, sisters and I could only go and look at the bridal dresses “if we have time” and that when a preview day for a...

When I previously went shopping here for my sister, we got to look through the dresses and each pick 2 or 3 that we liked for her along with the consultant picking dresses. This was not the case at my trip. Also, my consultant took a long time to discover my dress type and I felt like I was clear and honest after trying on about 5 dresses. I also felt rushed when I finally was given the styles I liked and was told I only had 10 minutes left. I was not encouraged to stay and look around the store. I actually felt like it seemed frowned upon even if I did not ask for a consultant’s help. I had high hopes since my sister’s experience here was so great, but unfortunately that was not the case for mine.

My consultant Katie actually listened to the little direction I gave her (I had some Pinterest pictures with me) and put me in all different styles to help me find the perfect dress for me. I was brutally honest with her and she handled it like a champ - she even encouraged it. I even ended up being THAT girl who cries at the salon!! All the other consultants were incredibly sweet and lovely - they even popped their heads in from time to time to see my progress. At the end (I tried on quite a few dresses), everyone was cheering. I had such a great experience at Ella Park, I am sending my bridesmaids and fiance there too.

o many hands in the pot” acting like I shouldn’t call ask about my own purchase? I was told by a fellow bridesmaid that some of the dresses were ruined in transit.. I would think that was worthy of a phone call so I decided to check on my dress. Previously, I was told by a worker that all the dresses were made from the exact same dyed fabric so there weren’t any variances. My friends received texts about their dresses being ready so I just called to check on my own. My mom called back after hearing how they treated me and the manager Steve was extremely rude to her. He said “we are all family here so I have nothing to say to you”. He didn’t apologize for how his staff was treating a customer AT ALL. This establishment is an embarrassment to the community and I would advise all future brides and bridesmaids to beware. If I was a bride and was treated like this... I would find a new dress immediately.. no matter the cost. I will never work with this establishment again.

She went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect dress with no pressure put on me whatsoever. There was a part of my dress that I was unsure of, and Katie was quick to give me options in order for me to feel the most comfortable in it as I could. Even when I saw her out and about, she would say hi and ask how the wedding planning was going.
We also bought my bridesmaids dresses and rented the groomsmen’s’ suits from Ella Park, and I couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. It was exactly how I envisioned it and loved it. They were flexible with us as we had a groomsman who lived across the country. Everything was exactly how I had wanted it.
I had my wedding dress altered through them as well and everything was perfect. My dress fit perfectly, and it was so beautiful.
I would like to thank the entire Ella Park staff; my wedding wouldn’t have been as perfect as it was without you all! I will continue to recommend Ella Park!
