I came in with no idea what kind of dress I was wanting. My consultant Carly was so kind and helped me find “the one” in my very first appointment!! My first stop dress shopping and I found the one! The space is amazing. You get our own private space and its spacious and comfortable. My stylist Carly was the absolute best! I couldn’t recommend this place more!!!

They were absolutely fantastic. They catered to my every need. I loved how they had me pick out some dresses that I liked online before I got there so that they had an idea of what I liked. From there, they pulled all types just to be sure I didn't like something else. They were extremely helpful and professional. Would highly recommend.

I felt like absolute royalty when I had my appointment here at Ella Park. They truly have an amazing staff who go above and beyond and they know exactly what they’re doing and they give you their absolute full attention to not just what you thought you want but what you truly want in your dream dress. Ella Park Bridal was the first and only bridal salon I went to. The staff was professional, they were Covid cautious, and they made my experience great for me and my party. I had Lizzie as a consultant and she did NOT disappoint. She even put me in a brand new Cinderella-type ball gown that no one and put on yet in the salon and it made me feel SO special. She took my wishlist to heart and let me re-try on so many of the options I had and made sure I felt comfortable and at ease with my decisions. I will be sending my fiance and his groomsmen there and I cannot WAIT to get my dress in!!

These women are life savers!! After a seamstress butchered my dress the week of my wedding, my mother and I called these women after seeing my dress for sale at their salon. They quickly over-nighted my dress from IN to IL to get it to me just in time for my Friday wedding. I don’t know what I would do without them! Huge thank you!! Your selflessness did not go unnoticed!

Ella Park made wedding dress shopping so enjoyable and stress free for my family friends and I! My consultant knew exactly what I was looking for and pulled a wide variety of dresses that helped me to land on my perfect one! I loved working with all of the staff!

I could not more highly recommend Ella Park! My dress came in earlier than expected and they promptly called to schedule my try-on appointment! At my try-on appointment, my same consultant, Carly, helped me ensure that the dress was everything I envisioned (which, of course, it was). Carly also helped me round out my wedding vision by ensuring I found the perfect veil to match my perfect dress. Absolutely amazing!

My consultant Carly was amazing! I originally signed up for wrong type of consultation but she was so kind and was able to work me into their already busy schedule. I came in having tried on dresses from three other dress shops so I kind of had an idea of what I liked and didn’t like. Carly listened to me and was very knowledgeable about their stock of bridal gowns. She picked my perfect gown and gave great advice on how to style it and make it flawless.

I had been a few places looking for a wedding gown and had not had any luck. I went to Ella Park with high hopes that I would find what I was looking for. Lizzie was my consultant and she was so amazing! Because of her working with me and listening to me I found the perfect dress for me! Ella Park did an awesome job with my dress shopping experience! Elizabeth was my consultant and she did a great job with picking out dresses while staying in our budget. The payment process was easy and I got my dress very fast!

Carly and all of the staff at Ella Park Bridal are AMAZING. They made me feel so special and helped me find the dress and veil of my dreams. I shopped around at 3 other dress stores and none of them compared to their dress options or customer service. We plan on getting all of our bridal party dresses and all tuxes for the groom/groomsmen as well. Will DEFINITELY be recommending them to any bride!

Ella Park was absolutely amazing! From the minute I walked in to the minute I left they were kind, helpful, and made me feel like I was the most important person in the world. Carly was so fun and knowledgeable! She described my dream dress to me better than I could have before I tried a single thing on! Today was my first try on appointment anywhere and it will be my last. I said yes to the dress at Ella Park!

I went here on a whim (with my fiancé!) to try on dresses shortly after our engagement announcement and had the most wonderful visits. Carly was my bridal consultant and she was just absolutely fabulous. She took the time to check my Pinterest before my appointment and knew my taste and style right off the bat. I went from wanting a sharp, killer jumpsuit to leaving in a GORGEOUS Maggie Sottero ballgown, and I couldn’t be happier. It’s true what they say: you don’t usually leave with what you had in mind at the beginning. My dress came in months early and I can’t wait to visit again for my alterations and last minute styling pointers from Carly. All in all, I’m so happy I purchased my dress here.

Ella Park has been AMAZING for my sister in law and now myself!!! As a plus size girl they had MANY options and with filling out the samples list I picked my dress after only trying on 5! The quality and designs are excellent and the staff is AMAZING! Didn’t even want to look any where else!

I walked into my appointment not expecting to find "the dress" as this was my first ever dress appointment for my wedding. I was very unsure as to what I wanted and expected my appointment to just create some clarity. However I found the dress! My stylist Elizabeth was amazing and although we had just met, it was like she knew my "different" style just as much as my own friends and family do. She found me a dress with every single feature I would want in a dream wedding dress and I know my wedding guests will see my dress and automatically think "that dress was made for Nicole". I went to ella park and had the best wedding dress shopping experience! I was really short on time to get a dress (I live out of the country), so it was a bit unconventional, but the ladies were so great and did everything they could to help me!! I had already gone to David’s bridal earlier and bought a dress but I was unhappy with it... it was my last day in the states and I was resigned to the fact that I wouldn’t “love my dress”. We decided to give Ella park a try even though we hadn’t made an appointment. We got SO lucky that one girl was able to squeeze us in! She was very sweet, funny, and helpful. I tried on the dresses in a beautiful room with a couch and large mirrors (much better than my first experience) and I really felt like a princess. Once I found the “one” they put a veil on me and it was perfect!! I am so happy that I didn’t resign myself to a dress that I didn’t absolutely love!! Would 10/10 recommend!

I had a special dress in mind, a two piece dress and those are not common. They helped me create my dream dress and make my big day so special with my one of a kind dress. They were so nice through the entire process of me picking dresses, altering the dresses into what I wanted, and picking bridesmaids and groomsmen attire. They made the entire process stressless. Most recently I had to get measured for a bridesmaid dress and they were still just as helpful and friendly and remembered that I had been a bride.

Ella Park Bridal is the perfect place to get your wedding dress! My consultant Elizabeth was very welcoming and brought in the types of dresses I was leaning towards! She absolutely nailed it, even with the veil! Everyone was so nice and helpful during the whole appointment!

I ended up finding THE dress somewhere else, but they had some amazing options! The room we were in was very comfortable and I felt my nerves go away the second we walked in. I love their shop so much. The people there are amazing and did a great job helping me find my dream dress. They also helped my Fiancé put together a really nice Tux. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else to get a Dress. They have nice plus size options as well!

I drove 6 hours to visit this store (because family had used them before) and I couldn’t be happier. I had exceptional service and my attendant really worked hard to find me my gown! She genuinely listened to what I was looking for and made the experience fun. Love this place!

I loved my experience at Ella Park. I found my dress within three dresses. I did not think it would make me cry but it did and it was a day to truly remeber. Carly was my consultent and she did a great job. I highly recommend her she made the experience fun and not stressful.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Lizzie was wonderful and so helpful. She was so nice to me, my mom, and bridal party. Lizzie found so many beautiful dresses and had me try on one that was not what I envisioned as the dress because it was sleeveless. She told me to have an open mind with this dress and I instantly fell in love with it but ended up picking another dress with long sleeves because I was self conscious. The next day I knew I made a mistake and picked the one I fell in love with. They were happy to change the dress for me. I would recommend them for anyone for their special day!

My consultant was so helpful as are all of the staff. They truly have something for any bride. This applies to all body types and all personalities. I am so glad I get to be an Ella Park bride.

Ella Park Bridal was such an amazing experience to be able to find my perfect wedding dress. The consultant that I had that worked with me during my full appointment was very helpful and honest. You are sectioned off into your own space, so that feels great for a time when you're trying on dresses so you don't feel crowded or overwhelmed. Such an amazing place overall! They seemed to have any kind of dress you could want, as well.

Before going to Ella Park I was discouraged as I was told by different bridal stores my dream dress did not exist. When I walked into Ella Park I felt confident my dress consultant would find THE dress. Carly was amazing and assured me we would find the dress for me. On my second appointment with Carly and after browsing online I was able to find my perfect dress. The amazing thing about Ella Park is that it is a place for all your wedding party needs. I loved that I could get my guys suits there and my girls dresses all in one place and not have to worry about anything. My bridesmaid even said they loved their experience with Ella Park as it was effortless and stress free compared to other bridal stores they have been to! I loved that I had different consultants for my different needs such as my own personal dress consultant, tux/suit consultant and bridesmaid consultant. They all have made the process of getting everything ordered so effortless and stress free which makes you feel confident and comfortable in your decision with them. I would recommend Ella Park to anybody as their staff is amazing. Various staff members would pop in and compliment me on something along with my bridesmaids making you feel confident in some way! They also take the time to get to know you and your style to help you find the perfect dress and truly consider your budget when looking for a dress. I loved that I was able to tell Carly what I was looking for and she would pull things based off what I told her. At Ella Park you as the bride do not have to physically look at every dress in the store like some bridal stores and pick out which ones you want to try on which I felt could be overwhelming and at times discouraging. Ella Park allows you to sit and relax and let them do the work for you. You can also go online and create a wishlist of dresses they carry in-store and try on. Overall Ella Park is the one stop all for a stress free wedding dress/wedding party store!

It was such a wonderful experience at Ella Park Bridal! Lizzie, my bridal consultant was so very nice, personable and knowledgeable and helped me pick my perfect dress! She was so patient and answered every question I had. From what to wear under the dress, to her opinion on my hair design I showed her that I had picked out ahead of time. I was able to speak with the owner Mike, and he was happy to talk with me and see the dress I chose. Seeing how personable and accommodating he was, I now see why this shop is such a success. I ended up going back a few days later and purchased another formal dress for a party in Europe for July. The outcome was the same. Found the perfect dress for me and it actually fit so well I needed no alteration! Any friend family member that is in need of that perfect dress or tux will be directed to Ella Park Bridal by me. Simply amazing!

Shopping at Ella Park Bridal was the best decision I believe I could have made when shopping for a wedding dress. They have such a variety of dresses to choose from, with each being beautiful in their own way. My consultant was the lovely Carly. She is fun, honest, kind, and so helpful! If you are in the SwIN area, Ella Park Bridal is THE place to go dress shopping! They have such a large selection, they can really hone in on your style and help you find the perfect dress. They were so accommodating to my wishes, budget, and group. They even pulled some bridesmaid dresses, a tux, and a bouquet so I could see it all together when I said yes! I can't wait to wear my dress on the big day!

When I walked into Ella Park Bridal, I was taken back by the beautiful dresses and the layout of the boutique! Lovely!!! The dresses were elegant and I had a wide range to chose from. Their staff were professional and great with all my questions!!

My daughter and I drove here from St Louis, and it was well worth the trip. My daughter liked a certain dress she tried on in StL, but she had great uncertainties because it was too small. Ella Parks had it in her size, so a road trip was in order. Ella Parks and our assistant, Katie, were amazing. The store itself is beautiful, with rows and rows of highly-cared for sample gowns. We really appreciated the privacy and intimacy of our suite area. Although we went there with that one dress in mind, Katie gladly treated our visit like a regular appointment. There were dresses we hadn’t seen anywhere else. Katie was very helpful and creative, and she understood the vision while still letting us explore other options. We wound up buying the dress we drove there for, and yes, there were tears. To our great amazement, as we were completing the sale, Katie and the other staff offered tip after tip after tip regarding multiple facets of the wedding. We were overwhelmed with gratitude for this wonderful store and its amazing employees.

I was disappointed with my trip to ELLA Park Bridal. My consultant was the only one who picked out dresses for me. I was told my mom, sisters and I could only go and look at the bridal dresses “if we have time” and that when a preview day for a designer is being done, they typically do not let brides look through the bridal dresses. This would have been nice to know before my appointment. When I previously went shopping here for my sister, we got to look through the dresses and each pick 2 or 3 that we liked for her along with the consultant picking dresses. This was not the case at my trip. Also, my consultant took a long time to discover my dress type and I felt like I was clear and honest after trying on about 5 dresses. I also felt rushed when I finally was given the styles I liked and was told I only had 10 minutes left. I was not encouraged to stay and look around the store. I actually felt like it seemed frowned upon even if I did not ask for a consultant’s help. I had high hopes since my sister’s experience here was so great, but unfortunately that was not the case for mine.

I could not have had a better experience at Ella Park. I went to a couple places beforehand and had no luck, but loved every dress my consultant, Lizzie, recommended for me. It was such a relaxed and comfortable experience. I found the perfect dress!

Carly was absolutely amazing during my appointment. I was struggling to figure out what I really wanted in a dress and by the end of the appointment I had found the one! Carly took the time to figure out what elements I loved about certain dresses and knew exactly which dresses to pull for me to try on. There was no stress and no pressure which made me love the experience even more.
