Every single girl they serviced was absolutely beautiful. Hair, make-up, hair extensions, eye lash extension, you name it, they have it. Every women looked beautiful and they couldn’t have been nicer. The morning of my wedding I was oddly calm because the two of them. They weren’t just two girls I hired for hair and make-up, they felt like long lost best friends who I was hanging out and talking sh*t with! Everything the morning before my special day was amazing because of them. Thank you Elle & Michelle, I will recommend you 10000x over again. If you hire them for your wedding, you will not be disappointed!

EXACTLY what I wanted without stressing me out at all was all I could ask for!

tment. In our case, that meant spending a weekend in the Bahamas completely paid for by us (travel + accommodations). In my opinion, when you are traveling outside of the country you should plan for unforeseen, and not always perfect, travel circumstances ESPECIALLY with ever-changing COVID protocols. In our case, this meant there being a change in travel options to the island. Instead of being understanding of the change in options for travel (that were out of our control) in addition to the extra costs associated with keeping them out of the country for an extra night ($300+) , Elle and Michelle charged us a damage fee as they booked themselves with other clients the day after the wedding. If we chose not to pay the fee to keep them, we would have been in cancellation of our contract and would not have been refunded our money. In my opinion, their contract is extremely vague and they were not clear on many aspects regarding change of number in wedding services and transfer of deposit(s). Their deposit does NOT apply to the total services if someone backs out so be sure to have everyone locked in before you commit to a number. For instance, my grandmother had to drop from the wedding due to health concerns and the money from the deposit that they "allocated" to her services was NOT transferable to the total amount due like a normal deposit. They wanted us to then pay them EXTRA because we committed her services. Luckily, we determined that was unfair on top of all the extra unforeseen charges they threw at us and did not have to pay it. Lastly, day of the wedding was far from perfect. Elle offered hair pieces to my bridal party as she was doing their hair. Many of them were really excited and told her they would love to have one put in. AFTER she put them in she then asked them to Venmo her. So unprofessional. If you are going to sell something to someone you tell them there is a cost BEFORE you offer it to them. Then, Michelle was supposed to order my foundation and lipstick for day of. She completely forgot to do this and I had to pull out my own foundation and had to settle on a lipstick that I did not like at all. This was completely ridiculous considering I paid $300 alone for bridal hair and makeup. Overall, in my opinion, I would not hire Elle and Michelle if you are planning a destination wedding as we paid more money getting them to the island plus all their unforeseen fees than we spent paying them for services. I would say they do a pretty good job but for me it can't make up for the lack of professionalism and complaining we felt like they displayed in communicating and provided services for us. Based on my experience, I would not hire them for a destination wedding.

them! I scheduled my trial with them the same day I did my engagement photos to make sure it looked good in person AND in photography and I was blown away! They really know how to create exactly what you are going for while looking 'done up' but also very clean and soft. Both my hair and makeup actually lasted throughout my whole wedding which I was totally not expecting considering how hot and humid it was. They were also super awesome people to begin with and made you feel comfortable and relaxed, especially on a crazy day such as my wedding. If I ever need professional hair & makeup again I will for sure be contacting them and would recommend them to others in a heart beat! THANK YOU for making me look flawless on my big day!
