She listened to everything I had to say about each and every dress I tried on, and pieced it all together to find the absolute perfect dress. One that fit all my "no's" at the start, but ended up being perfect for me. She pushed me out of my comfort zone, with regard to things I'd liked along the way, and I couldn't be more thankful. Their process, communication, attention to detail, knowledge of their product and willingness to listen to your wants and needs is absolutely top notch. I could not say enough good things about them, and I can't wait to see them again soon for my fittings!

Not only did she find a way to combine the two very different styles I was torn between, but she didn't take "it looks good!" for an answer. She worked until I knew the dress was just absolutely perfect. She was relatable and knowledgeable, and made my entire appointment seamless. Due to all of this, I felt confident to buy my dress immediately after my appointment. Whereas in other places I felt like I need to sleep on my decision, I didn't feel that way here at Elle James Bridal. You will not regret your decision to shop here! We took a beautiful dress and made it MY DRESS, that feels one of a kind. I truly cannot say enough about this experience. 100/10 recommend for all of your wedding dress needs.

Sarah was my consultant and made the process SO easy, fun, relaxing, comfortable, etc. I LOVED that it was just one bride per appointment. The environment was intimate and boutique, and the focus was really all on the bride. It was such a different experience than my first one in my hometown. All the ladies that work there are so sweet, and even gave me information about some vendors that I was inquiring about, even texting me after about some possible contacts. This is the BEST bridal experience. I will forever refer future brides here!

From the moment I walked in, my stylist really took time to help me and encouraged me throughout the entire process. She legitimately took time to make sure I chose dresses I truly liked, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process of trying on wedding gowns. They had vast selection of dresses of all bridal styles, and the staff took time helping me determine my true bridal style. It was such a one on one experience. As someone who has been a huge fan of Elle James and an avid Instagram follower for as long as I can remember, I was absolutely over the moon when the owner, Kristin, took the time out of her busy day took time to give me a hug and tell me how beautiful I looked. It meant the world to me, and I will never forget that as long as I live. The staff is PHENOMENAL, and my Elle James experience overall was spectacular. Words can never accurately describe how special that day was for me, and I am beyond thankful for Elle James bridal. I’ll cherish the Elle James experience for the rest of my life.

zed how many stores in the Greater New Orleans area all had the same designers, sure maybe different dresses but there wasn't a huge difference between the shops. So I researched the dress I thought I wanted, found the designer, and found that it was at Elle James Bridal in Mississippi. I packed up my mom, MOH, & my mom's best friend & we took a trip. The ladies at the shop were so helpful! They made the process easy & they had so many beautiful dresses to try on. Sarah was great at talking me through each dress, the difference in each dress, & building up to the dress I traveled for. Everyone that was working while I had my appointment were the sweetest people. They would each pop in to see what I looked like & just made me feel very special. In the end, I fell in love with two dresses, the one we traveled for & a dress my MOH found. I chose the one my MOH found & Sarah helped dress me up to complete the look. I even left buying a veil which I swore I would never want to wear at my wedding, but it just completed the look so much. If you are looking for unique dresses & a personalized experience, I would highly suggest going to these ladies!

stylist, Sarah, was absolutely amazing! She figured out my style and what I liked very quickly. So quick that we had my dress in 45 minutes, which I never expected because I am so picky! I found my dream dress at Elle James and I know you can too! I am so glad I chose Elle James as my first bridal store because it quickly became my last! I will always choose Elle James!

were professional and organized. I also told them that I was going to wear my older sisters veil with the dress. They looked at a picture of it and then was able find one similar for me to try on dresses with once I narrowed it down to my top favorites. I felt like they were so kind and supportive throughout the entire process. One note I do have, when you give them your budget- example 3k, they will pull dresses 3K and under. But if you choose the dress that costs 3K exactly, you will still have taxes, alterations, etc. So make sure to think about that before giving your budget! But they only show you dresses in the budget you give them!
