I was provided with a client portal which allowed me to track vendor payments, tasks, and all vendor related contracts. I was even provided a personalized wedding binder that acted as my planning bible throughout the whole experience. Kristin was always on top of her game reaching out to vendors, keeping us on track with the planning process and attending vendor meetings with us. She was always reachable and I knew that I could put my full faith and trust in her to get things done. She allowed me to really enjoy the moment of being a bride and took away all the stress that comes with planning such an intricate event. When it came to the day of, Kristin and the rest of the Elle Nicole staff was so attentive and executed the day seamlessly. I cannot thank each one of them enough. day of was assisted by Erika and Ky who were also great. Kristin was extremely helpful in assisting with finding vendors that would travel to the Eastern Shore and were within our price range. At one point Kristin was able to get us a bundle deal for a photographer and videographer. No matter what whether I didn't like a vendor or their product she would always go back to the drawing board without hesitation. The week before my wedding I decided I wanted a photobooth. I texted Kristin this at 6 a.m. in the morning and within 48 hours she had sent me 3 vendors, that would service the Eastern Shore for a very reasonable price. A day before the wedding the gift for my husband had still not arrived so in a panic I called Kristin and she designed a picture with the gift info, printed from Kinkos and framed. Truly a blessing to have a planner she was not only my planner but my therapist, mediator and now a dear friend. We enjoyed breakfast together last week and will remain life long friends. Hire Elle Nicole events and be clear about what you need and your expectations. There were things in their contract that were not up for debate for me and they made exceptions. For example I needed my planner to assist with mailing the invitations but not with DIY projects so I made this known upfront.

He saw it as a chance to save and do it ourselves. We had a tight but modest budget. I appreciate that Ashlee was realistic with us and offered planning options. That helped my husband accept the idea. Ashlee was organized and set up meetings way ahead of time. We met in person or via video chat. Which all worked out perfectly with our busy working schedules. She devised a Plan A scenario and Plan B. Of course as mother nature would have it, it rained and thank goodness for Plan B. The Day of the wedding we had so many mini crisis that she was able to handle. That is what I appreciate the most. I would not be a happy bride if I had to be the one executing and making the decisions. I just wanted to enjoy my day with my family and friends. I did just that! I will never forget that when it was sadly over. The mansion's clean up crew and Ashlee's team had everything packed up and ready to go. I didn't lift a finger.
