I called to make an appointment for my 19 year old (college student) daughter and was quoted + or - $150. After the service was completed, she was charged more than double this amo...
unt. I called to try to remedy the situation, and the owner’s answer was to have the receptionist call and apologize. It was so uncomfortable for this poor girl, who clearly was not at fault for the situation. I do NOT recommend Chelsea as a stylist to anyone. Not only did she do a subpar coloring job, she unfairly overcharged for her service and took no responsibility for the lack of communication.
Elle Salon made my dreams come true! Not only were they accommodating for my 10 person wedding day group, but the makeup and hair literally lasted all night and was phenomenal in p...
hotos! Marina and her team are exceptional!

runette requesting a caramel byalage. I came out with orange hair. I had to find another salon that could fix it. I’ve tried to reach Elle about the issue and have had no response. I’d look elsewhere!
I went to Chelsea at Elle Studio for my hair and make-up for my wedding and she was absolutely amazing! She was so easy to work with and made me feel completely at ease. I went in...
for a trial, which was really helpful so I could give her better direction for what I liked and what I didn't like. She did a phenomenal job and I got so many compliments on both hair and make up! My make-up lasted through a 12 hour day and mid-80's for weather. I never had to worry about reapplying or wonder if my face was melting off. She played a big part in making my day that much more perfect! Thank you Chelsea and Elle team!!!!
I had a wonderful experience at Elle for my wedding make-up trial & wedding day. I showed Chelsea a few pictures & let her take it from there. She did everything perfect (from the ...
air brush, eyes, lashes, lips, etc.) My make up stayed on all day and night and I could not be more pleased with my service at this studio and Chelsea's work. I would highly recommend them to anyone if you want a stress free wedding day & look like a princess!
Gina did an AMAZING job on my hair and makeup! Chelsea also did a great job coordinating my trail and wedding day appointments. LOVE this salon :)

r and makeup trial was done at the salon, and they traveled to our hotel in downtown Detroit the day of the wedding. I had eight bridesmaids, two moms, and myself, and they beautified all of us in a timely manor. Everyone had their own unique style, and the stylists from Elle definitely accommodated all of their requests. The bridal party looked absolutely stunning, and I have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day. If any of my friends were ever looking for a place for hair and makeup for their wedding (or just a new salon!!) I would 1000% recommend Elle. They truly are the best at what they do!
