Working with Emily and Alyssa the day of our wedding was one of the highlights of our best day ever. The professionalism, patience and pure talent was on total display throughout the most hectic day. What originally drew us to Elle Studios was how understanding Emily was of our vision. We were reluctant to have a first look but wanted to maximize the amount of time we spent enjoying our wedding besides taking pictures. Emily ensured us we could do this with or without a first look which was great to not have any pressure. We ultimately opted into the first look and did private vows and got some of the most special pictures ever. Our wedding day was met with many delays to the timeline and some truly chaotic interactions due to the sheer amount of people involved in the bridal party and through it all Emily and Alyssa were the consummate professionals. The understanding was always for us to put the wedding first and pictures second however after the wedding we were worried we maybe didn’t get enough pictures although we did really enjoy ourselves. When we received the preview from Elle Studios we were in complete awe of how perfect every single photo was and how every second Emily and Alyssa spent with us on August 25th, 2024 was maximized. If we could do our wedding day all over again we’d choose Elle Studios a million times over plus probably hire them for the whole weekend of wedding related festivities. Emily/Elle Studios is the ultimate catch when it comes to wedding photography! She is professional, prompt, and communicative throughout the entire process. Enough good things could not be said about the images we received from our day. They were organic, crisp, clean, romantic, and fun! Wow, where do we even begin!? Finding the perfect photographer to capture the biggest day of our lives was number 1 on our extremely long to do list. I found Emily on a wedding app and once I looked at her website and her Instagram I was absolutely blown away. The way she captures people in photos is breathtaking, it was exactly what we were looking for. Our first phone call felt like we were talking to a friend, she is so easy to talk to and fun to work with. We had our two dogs with us for our engagement photos and she worked so well with them and captured our little family perfectly. Where to begin! Emily was our wedding photographer but honestly, she felt like another friend spending the day with us. We got to know her prior when she shot our engagement photos and automatically we knew it was a great fit. She is super laid back and really cares about getting to know you as a couple before taking photos, making it a much more personal experience. Not to mention, she's insanely talented. We had a very rainy wedding day and you aren't even able to tell when you look at our photos. She captured our day beautifully, all of our friends and family have been raving about her work. You can tell her passion extends to every piece of each project and any team member she brings on with her, Aryen was AMAZING with the boys as our second shooter. The Elle Studio team’s entire chemistry with you and your whole group is on point and they totally listen and absorb what is important to you and your spouse (and moms) to make sure it’s all capture perfectly. Turn around of sneak peaks the next day for both engagement and wedding photos, during the CRAZIEST time of year was the best thing to wake up to. I can not wait to see all the final pictures but our engagement shoot, the sneak peak of the big day already have me in awe!

This review is SO overdue for this amazing human being. Emily was our photographer for our wedding 10.23.21 & my goodness are we beyond grateful for her. Picking our photographer was our number one priority for our wedding. We ended up finding her through instagram & we fell in love with her work. We had our engagement shoot with her and were so nervous leading up because we had never been in front of a camera. I also really wanted a snow shoot since we were getting married in the fall & Emily made it happen. Literally in the freezing cold, by the water Emily shot the most beautiful pictures ever and made us BEYOND comfortable. It felt so easy being with her. She sent us sneak peaks that night & I could not believe how beautiful they were!! Leading up to the wedding, Emily answered all my questions & trust me I had a million. She was very easy to communicate with. She gave me great advice on multiple things. Wedding day, Emily & her assistant Ally were absolute angels. Succeeded our expectations. From getting things organized, telling people where to go/be, to fixing my veil, to making me crack up & paying attention to every little detail. She sent us sneak peaks the NXET morning, which blew our mind, & oh my goodness we were SO excited to get the rest. When we got all our pictures, my husband & I just cried. Could not believe how beautiful they came out. Every single picture is so beautiful. Every single picture has intention. We now have these for the rest of our lives. I would HIGHLY recommend Elle Studios to any bride. Emily was extremely organized, helpful, and always available for us. We had our photos shot by Emily's associate Cara and we were thrilled with Cara's work! Cara made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and helped us capture beautiful photos that we're natural but still professional. Both our engagement and Wedding photos were edited and returned to us very quickly and we are OBSESSED with them. They are truly pictures that we will cherish forever!

Emily was amazing to work with! We had to postpone our wedding in 2020 and she was so understanding. It was definitely worth the wait. If we could give 6 stars we would! Emily is an absolutely incredible photographer and person, and we couldn’t have asked for a better photographer for our big day. Her and her assistant were with us the entire day, working effortlessly to capture every last moment. She set a schedule that was easy for us to follow, and that allowed us to also have time to enjoy our wedding. We returned from our wedding weekend to a fun and special sneak peak that had us on our toes until the the final album was complete. The entire album she created was breathtaking, it was everything we hoped for and more. Countless friends and family have already asked for copies of various candid photos in the album, aside from the absolutely perfect formal pictures. I’m sure you have seen quite a few of her pictures if you’re at the point of reading reviews, and they certainly speak for themselves. All we can say is that Emily is just as reliable as her photos are amazing, and we would recommend her to anyone looking for someone to capture their big day!

Emily was absolutely amazing on our wedding day! Emily is an extremely personable individual, with an artistic eye, she will make your experience memorable! We had so many speed bumps on our wedding day and she kept me calm and worked so easily to overcome the obstacles. We had a very large wedding party with whom she was so patient. To say that Emily created magic is an understatement!! I am so glad I stumbled upon her on the knot, our wedding was outdoors and I was looking for someone who was an expert with natural lighting. She did NOT disappoint. From our first conversation I felt like I was talking to my best friend, that translated into the care & detail that she showed to our families in prep & the day of. Just book now! There’s no words for how amazing Emily and her assistant were for our special day! She was nothing short of amazing to work with. Emily did a fantastic job capturing our intimate courthouse elopement! I absolutely couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. Choosing a wedding photographer was the most important part of the wedding planning process for us. This was the person that would be giving us our memories we could look back on for years to come (no pressure). Well, Emily went above and beyond all of our expectations. It started with our amazing engagement photos at longwood gardens, where emily not only made the drive to meet us there but managed to make my dreams of a magical foresty shoot come to life. Which is difficult to do in the middle of a PA winter. Then our wedding. Emily truly out did herself. From helping me with my dress, calming anxious family members, taking the most breathtaking photos, and helping pull off a firework surprise. She truly was by our side throughout the day and was like a close friend celebrating with us, embracing all of the out of the ordinary cultural shenanigans like money dances and dabke's (lebanese line dancing). Thank you Emily for not only being the photographer we needed that day, but a friend as well!

Where do I even begin with Emily?! My husband and I modeled for a staged elopement shoot that she shot and the experience from beginning to end was truly magical. She had our favorite snacks waiting for us to munch on while we got ready and made us feel super special the entire day. The vendors she chose to work with were both professional and hilarious (she’s got some amazing suggestions if you’re not sure who to hire in terms of cake, flowers, etc.)! We got engaged in May 2018, and began the hunt for our venue and then vendors. The feedback from so many of our friends was find a photographer you love — cool, no pressure. Being from NYC, we didn’t know much about the Poconos and Stroudsburg. After some deep, and I am talking DEEP, Google, Knot, Yelp stalking, we kept coming back to these photos taken at our venue of choice by Elle Studios. We stalked her website, Instagram and Facebook and we knew we had to have her. We set up a FaceTime call and knew we made the right choice. Fast forward to September for our engagement photos, Emily made it incredibly easy by picking a beautiful spot in Wind Gap, and walking us through the entire shoot. We felt so comfortable and grateful to have a connection with her; we knew she was there with us but also didn’t feel like she was there. Neither of us have previously taken part in any professional photo shoots so we were worried we would feel awkward and uncomfortable, but that was not the case. We couldn’t believe how beautiful our engagement photos were and we spent the next 13 months so excited for our wedding. Emily sends a document for you to fill out to ensure you get photos with everyone you need to, keep you organized, and on schedule so you can enjoy all the elements of your day. Emily and her associate, Jessica, shot our wedding on 10/11/2019 at The Stroudsmoor Country Inn at Lawnhaven. We rented an Airbnb for my girls and I to get ready in and take our first look photos at. Emily came up and helped me get dressed — no like HELPED me into my Spanx get dressed — alongside my sister/MOH. Emily is so patient and kind. She will laugh with you, cry with you, help you, recommend amazing vendors to you, and capture moments to help you never forget your day. My husband and I are so grateful for Emily, her dedication to her work, and her passion for her work. Our friends and family are blown away by the photos she has shared with us already. Elle Studios photographed our wedding on 10/6/18, Emily and Alyssa were just amazing! Emily is so organized and really helps you figure out exactly how you want your photographs to be captured, planning a timeline is not as easy as it seems. No matter what she is shooting her photos are absolutely breathtaking. What can I say. Emily has captured our journey beautifully from the beginning. In September of 2017 she photographed what ended up being a surprise engagement photo shoot, and the photos were truly amazing and I’ll cherish them and that special day forever. Flash forward to our wedding day, Emily and her assistant were phenomenal!! They made the day fun and relaxing, and captured every single detail beautifully. I can honestly say that every time I look through my wedding photos I can relive the day, all of the emotions come flooding back, and I’m able to remember the small details I may have otherwise forgotten. Emily was such an AMAZING photographer! She helped with anything from a hair strand that was out of place to capturing the most beautiful, engaging and candid photos from the whole night. Emily was easy to get in touch with and very transparent about pricing, which we really appreciated.
