alled me to discuss specifics for my dress and had five pulled for my appointment. Cindy was so helpful with the appointment and was quick to assist. I felt well taken care of and they even provided complimentary steaming prior to the wedding day. Although the dresses are more expensive compared to places such as David's Bridal, the customer service and friendliness more than made up for it!
