With a true passion for creating meaningful celebrations, Chrissy is dedicated to helping couples turn their vision into unforgettable memories while enjoying a seamless, stress-free planning experience.
Originally from Latrobe, Pennsylvania, Chrissy’s warm, welcoming personality and love for the outdoors naturally shine through in her work. Known for making the planning process fun, organized, and enjoyable, she takes pride in guiding couples every step of the way to ensure their wedding day — and their entire resort experience — is nothing short of exceptional.

During our last stay at The Ellie Beach Resort from July 13–18, 2025, my family and I experienced outstanding service from Ms. Denise, who went well beyond the call of duty to ensure our stay was comfortable and stress-free.
Before our arrival, she took the time to personally check the room we requested and verify the layout to make sure it would accommodate our family’s needs. Traveling hundreds of miles and not having enough space would have been difficult, but thanks to her attention to detail, everything was perfect when we arrived.
We’ve stayed at the same hotel each year for the our annual SCAPT convention — whether it was The DoubleTree by Hilton or The Ellie Beach Resort since 2017, and each visit seems to get better than the last. A big reason for that has been the warm, professional, and attentive service from the staff, especially Ms. Denise. Her attention to your customers is beyond exceptional and made a real difference in our experience.
Even after check-in, Ms. Denise continued to follow up to make sure our accommodations met our expectations. Since our stay coincided with a work conference I was attending, she was especially considerate of my family’s needs while I was in meetings. Whether it was responding to phone calls or multiple emails from myself and my colleagues, Ms. Denise consistently handled every question with patience, professionalism, and genuine care.
Our sincere thanks and recognition to Ms. Denise for her exceptional service, professionalism, and kindness. She truly represents the best of Doubletree Resort By Hilton, and The Ellie Beach Resort.

des a fun kids pool with safe water activities built in. There are also 3 thrilling waterslides and larger pool. An adults only pool area is in between the two resort hotel buildings. A lazy river is in front of the Doubletree. Multiple onsite resteraunts and bars. Many bars around pool areas which are seasonal / demand dependant. Rooms are comfortable and accommodating. The airport is close by so very convenient; also get air traffic noise. Service at this resort is outstanding. Modern vibe and very clean. Parking not included in room price. This was a joint venture / work conference with a stayover for family weekend. Denise N. was fabulous and took care of me the whole stay. Thank you!

Negative... At just under $600 a night over Memorial weekend I would expect to be able to get a cup of coffee at 6:30am but that was not the case. It took 8-9 hours to charge our phones in the room which is hours longer than anywhere else inclu...
ding the car. The put put course was in very rough shape and in dire need of some cleanup and repairs but we still had fun.
Positive... The employees are friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and very clean. The food at the restaurants in the hotel was pretty good to very good depending on which place you ate at. The views of the ocean from our fifth floor room, the balcony, and even our door was beautiful. Pools, pools, and more pools! They were cleaned every morning and the water was great but we only used the adult pool. The pier was nice for walking in the morning to see the sunrise and to watch people catching fish. The beach in front of the hotel was clean and surprisingly not overcrowded for a holiday weekend. Located close enough to the hot spots but far enough away from North Myrtle Beach to avoid the insanity. As far as my complaint about the coffee, compared to what other hotels try to pass off as coffee, it was well worth the wait I suppose. lol
The good far outweighed any minor issues or complaints we might have. We would certainly stay there again!

Just watch out when you're making your "reservations." When you get to the hotel, they're going to tell you that they're going to take out $75 a night for "incidentals." Then, once you check out, they're going to charge your card that much and ...
then tell you they charge for parking and the wristbands. I'm telling you right now, you don't need those wristbands because there's nothing on that property that needed those wristbands, except to walk on the boardwalk. So, basically, you're paying 75 dollars a night extra for parking. On top of paying near 500 for 2 nights. This is unacceptable for such a big hotel chain. The front staff should automatically let guests know why they are charging your card. Instead, they want to play the incidentals game, and then when you call and ask for your money back, they're going to tell you that they charge an extra $75 a night for parking and to be privileged enough to wear a wristband (that has no use) the whole stay. This feels almost illegal. They say they're charging for incidentals, but they won't tell you, even in fine print, that it's not for incidentals, but what they're actually charging you for is parking. I would've never paid $500+ for two nights. There are way better hotels along the strip that actually include breakfast. The blanket we slept on was a literal sheet. The food was not worth the money we spent. Not worth it..
