Regardless of your budget, the décor creates the ambience and look of your wedding that can really take your day to the next level. Lastly, if you are unsure of the design/vibe for your wedding (like me who had no idea what she wanted), using a more comprehensive designer like Elliott Events will help guide you and create your perfect day. From a pure wedding planning service Elliott Events is top notch. Tiffanie is VERY organized. For example, she uses a fantastic online wedding portal which contains: a comprehensive “to-do” list for the bride/groom, design boards, guest list management tools (i.e. uploading all guests, organizing seating charts), notes from all wedding planning meetings, and a full budget. I never once felt overwhelmed throughout the planning process because I always knew exactly what I should be doing or what Tiffanie was working on. Additionally, Tiffanie is an absolute pleasure to work with. I probably interviewed 5 other Nashville wedding planners and Tiffanie was the best. As soon as I got off the phone with her I knew she was the one and that she would do a great job. She was always honest about what things would cost, went above-and-beyond to find creative solutions if something I wanted was out of budget, and provided honest advice when necessary. On to the décor – “Wow” is all I can say! I was truly at awe when I walked into the reception space and saw the STUNNING work of Elliott Events. Tiffanie created one-of-a-kind pieces throughout the wedding from a gorgeous floral-wall seating chart, to giant floral arrangements and candelabras on all the tables to the hundreds of candles scattered around. More importantly, the design and arrangements really fit us – this goes back to having the combined planning/décor services. Tiffanie knew us so well that she was able to create such a beautiful wedding day that that was also authentic to our personalities. I’m not the easiest person to please, but I wholeheartedly enjoyed working with Tiffanie and she fully exceeded my expectations.

She quickly responded to texts and emails and made sure I was always in the know about details with vendors, since I can't seem to just let it be in someone else's hands altogether. The wedding was amazing and we will always be grateful to the entire crew that worked so hard to decorate and plan our beautiful wedding!

considerable deposit for the wedding. As time started to go on I realized that with my budget and her service cost I wasnt going to have much of a wedding. I started doing research and discovered that it was going to cost too much to hire her to do everything. I started trying to cut down all the duties I had initally gave her responsibility of, but it was her service charge that was taking me over the budget. I went and spoke with Wendy and advised her of my dillemma. I fully understood I could not get my deposit back, but I needed to know how it could best be used as to maximize results. She was honest, fair, and consistent. She advised that if she was able to book someone else for my wedding date she would work something out with me. We met and wrote down all the things that I needed for the wedding and the reception. Instead of billing me for a whole team she got it down to two workers for the reception. That seriously decreased my cost for labor. She allowed me to rent the other items I needed. We used my entire balance, I got everything I needed, she booked someone else and got paid for my job. everything worked out. I appreciated her flexibility and willingness to work with me. Wendy was a budget saver!
