ourse, they are capable of doing some very sophisticated cuisines for those interested. What really makes Elliotts stand out is their presentation (they brought their own table decorations and a lighted "EAT" sign that fit our wedding theme) as well as their ability to work with us on our menu. For example, I knew I wanted a brownie tower that could be converted into brownie sundaes for guests instead of a cake. I sent a few Pinterest photos to Morgan (who is the Catering Director and was our POC) and she worked with the team to make it happen. Overall, we were very very pleased with the quality and service we received from Elliotts.
