om start to finish she was extremely attentive. I even had my ring sent in prior to the wedding and she had it cleaned and checked all of the settings to make sure it was perfect.
My husband had the best experience with picking out the ring and I myself with the wedding band, that we went back to Ellis Jewelers for my one year anniversary band. Once again we were wowed with the customer service.
I will definitely be going to Ellis Jewelers for all future purchases.
May I also add that I constantly am getting compliments on my wedding set. The diamonds are so clear and the design is one of a kind.
My fiancé and I had an amazing experience at Ellis Jewelers. We went to many other jewelry stores throughout Concord and their customer service was not even close to the service at...
Ellis. We were blown away at the thoughtfulness and patience of each employee at Ellis. We chose a ring and planned to come back the following day to pick it up and even after we left, they called and said they had continued looking and found a few more that would work with my engagement ring. I was so impressed that they were willing to spend that time on us (especially since it was after their closing hours). You can't beat Ellis Jewelers!
My fiancé purchased my engament ring and band from Ellis Jewlers. He has such a wonderful experience that now this is our go to Jewelry store. Not only do they have affordable pric...
es but the quality of jewelry and customer service can't be touched by other stores. They go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of so much that this is the only jewelry store we shop at because of how well you are treated and how they take care of you after you have made your purchase.
I have been to Ellis Jewelers on several occasions. The fist was for my then girlfriends engagement ring, they helped me find exactly what I wanted and help me figure out the best ...
option was to make sure I had the right size before they sent it off for resizing. They all were just so excited for me and what was going to be a huge surprise for my girlfriend. Since then I have only use Ellis for my jewelery needs. I had my grandads wedding band resized and it came back looking like a new ring, they had uncovered its true beauty. I also bought a pair of earrings that were like no others. The staff is the true diamond in the store and they will help make what ever your occasion is for being there the best it could be!

elry needs for the past 30 plus years. So if my grandmother trusts them, I knew I couldn't go wrong! From the moment we walked in, Dan and all the associates were beyond helpful. I wanted to custom design my ring, and the finished product is EXACTLY as I asked for! Dan is such a wonderful and kind man who knows the jewelry buisness no doubt. I will forever use Ellis jewelers!!
Dan and his staff are the best...always available to help and ready to find that perfect piece. They are very in tune and pay particular attention to what you are looking for.

d such a wonderful selection of loose diamonds and diamond engagement rings for me to try on and admire. He made sure we felt completely at ease and not rushed while I made my perfect choice. I simply felt like a princess while I was there and I will never forget the beautiful experience Dan created for us. Afterwards, my fiancé and I walked across the street for a romantic Italian dinner and celebrated. Thank you Dan for this special memory!
My husband worked with Dan to design my engagement ring, and it is everything I dreamed of and then some. Dan and Ellis Jewelers have been making jewelry for my family for years (I...
wore the earrings they made for my 21st birthday on my wedding day!), so there was no question who I would put my husband in touch with when it was time to talk engagement rings.
Not only did they perfectly execute a stunning ring, they incorporated a stone from a pair of earrings my dad gave my mom, and I have to say I think it looks better in the ring than it did when she wore it as earrings! Dan helped find the perfect trillions to flank the center stone, and the rose gold setting... Let's just say I spend a lot of time staring at how gorgeous my ring turned out! From conversations with my husband and just a few inspiration photos, Dan and Ellis Jewelers nailed it.
Dan is so knowledgable, open to creative and out-of-the-box ideas (you should see some of the things my mom has worked with him on!), and a great source of guidance and information for someone like my husband, who I don't think had ever been in a jewelry store before we started looking at rings.
If you're looking for a place to design a custom ring or to try on what's in the jewelry case, you'll be thrilled with your experience with Ellis Jewelers!
Simply amazing! The team at Ellis Jewelers were behind the scenes making sure the ring made it across the country and kept it a surprise! Love the ring and the TLC they gave to us ...

nd suited my style, but I didn't want to trust it to just anyone. Dan talked to me about what I might like, presented some options, and I feel that he nailed it right away. Using the diamonds from the one ring, he made two rings for me, a diamond eternity band to match my engagement ring and a right hand ring in which he incorporated two sapphires. Dan was conscious and respectful of what my mother's ring means to me and I noticed that throughout the process. He made sure that the finished product was exactly to my liking. My husband and I both feel that my mother and father would have been very pleased with the new settings. Dan has a great eye for design. He was definitely the right person for the job.
