so many different fillings with our cakes to really get an idea of what we wanted. We ended up getting four flavor combinations: vanilla with raspberry cream, vanilla with chocolate hazelnut, cherry chip with cream cheese, and cherry chip with chocolate cream. I couldn't even begin to pick a favorite they were all so delicious! The design of the cake was spectacular, as well. We showed Lynda a photo of what we wanted and she recreated it perfectly. She was also so kind and easy to work with. We can't wait to come back to ELM and order a cake every year on our anniversary! :)

delivery. I wanted peacock themed cupcakes and trusted her to come up with the design for that. They looked amazing on a six-tiered stand with peacock feathers attached to the stand. Besides the look, the taste was seriously the best we have ever had! She also did cupcakes for my sister's shower a few years ago, and people that were at that shower, were so excited because they remembered how good they were. When we cut the cake, we want more than just the one bite right then and there! She is very friendly and professional!
